“One of the best restaurant staff I have seen on this side of the city. We ordered $5 pizzas through the mobile app and I did not look at the pricing carefully. The app gave a $5 promotion for one pizza and the rest was in full prize. I did not realize until I picked up the pizzas from the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant to ask them if they could do something. Unfortunately system did not allow them to do any store credit or return the money. The staff suggested to call the manager. But, surprisingly 10 minutes later one of the store staff called me and she took care of everything by talking to the manager herself on the phone. They revised the bill.

I ordered online and within a minute, I got a call from them informing me they were a little backed up/short staffed today so my food would take about 30 minutes. I loved that they set me up for realistic expectations instead of just having me waiting without me knowing why. Even when the delivery driver came, she also apologized for the wait, my sandwich and drink were still all fresh“

The Philly Cheesesteak combo is phenomenal, I’ve already purchased it 3x, and they have a special Parmesan Peppercorn Philly that’s next on my list! They offer excellent customer service, host a great atmosphere with music & arcade games, plus the establishment is clean & well maintained !✨ I got a small Philly Cheesesteak with fries and a large delicious strawberry lemonade for approx. $14.25! (It’s a bit pricier but the quality is A1) - I highly recommend 10/10

The cashier/owner was not so friendly and was constantly pushing workers to move faster. I told her that this location was one of the fastest to serve the food, and she needed to be thankful she had fast employees.“

She just called me to let me know that she called the restaurant to find out how to get a sub delivered as she doesn’t know how to use any apps and no longer drives. “UPDATE: This SubWay is getting much much better since that unpleasant experience last summer. The manager and the people working here are actually very friendly most of the time so why judge by one bad experience? To top it off, they always have the ingredients for my favorite sub sandwich in stock. The only downside: it takes a little while to get through the queue.

“I was so excited about my pickle sandwich that I forgot to grab a bag of chips that I payed for with my pickles. I didn't relize it till I got all the way home. Besides that my pickle sandwiches were amazing. Especially with the jalepeno dipping sauce. A must try if you love pickles!“
