“Subway isn't what it used to be but if you are a regular, this location is on point. I got my food quicker than originally predicted in the app when I pre-ordered online. Quantity has gone down over the years, sandwiches are a bit shorter and ingredient portions are smaller than before but still seem quite good. Subway fans will like this location.“

“I visited Subway tonight (3/24 at 9:18 PM), and I wanted to share some feedback regarding the experience.
There was only one employee working, and he was doing his absolute best to manage everything—taking in-store orders, preparing sandwiches, and handling online orders at the same time. There were about six customers waiting in line, and despite the pressure, he remained professional and continued working as efficiently as possible.
However, it was clear that having only one person running the entire store during that time is not sufficient. This situation not only creates long wait times for customers but also places unnecessary stress on the employee.
I strongly recommend scheduling at least two employees during evening hours to ensure better service and a more manageable workload.

“I was service by Nick and he has excellent customer and he makes the sandwich look like it should be in commercials. I’ve visited multiple times when he was on shift and each time he is friendly and efficient. He makes me feel like I’m getting my sandwich made at home by a good friend. I pass 5 other subways to come to this one because of nicks excellent service and sandwich making skills. I’m military and I’ve been to subways all over the US and in other countries on base and he should be moved to training manager so everyone could feel like family and get a great sandwich“

“On the note I said i put so much mayo and red wine vinegar it makes you uncomfortable and boy did she deliver sooooo much mayo that was the best sandwich I had in a while I was in texture heaven (I have a texture issue lol) cured my pregnancy craving yum thank you“

“1st time at this location. Very friendly and helpful employees. Even after I had so many questions about the deals. Never once was I rushed into placing an order even if I created a line behind me (so sorry for that). Will be returning to location in the future.“

“I placed an order through Uber Eats for pickup, followed by another through the Subway app. I received exceptional customer service from Joshua, who demonstrated remarkable politeness and attentiveness to my requests. He proactively informed me about the unavailability of certain toppings we had requested for our subs. Way to go Joshua“

“I have to say I was really happy when I found the subway in side this circle k or valeros whatever the hell you want to call. I'm not just saying this because mine wife also works there but she's at the cashier box Not at Subway. sandwiches are actually really good the bread is always soft not hard like the other subways around here. meatball sandwich is really good just ask for it with lights marinara on it with white American cheese toasted really really the lady that works in the mornings and lunch is really nice“

“If you are a creature of habit this is the subway for you! I’ve came at least 2x a week got the same thing every time cute quiet place clean good music Ricki the manager learned my order now all I do is walk in she sees me I run the the restroom to wash my hands when I come out my sandwich is ready at the register with my large cup rang up and everything! Now I come daily !!! Love this subway and love management“

“The food is ok at best, my family and I ate there this last weekend as a quick stop. We dined in to ensure the freshness of the food would be hot. What we thought would be a great meal turned out to be something that we were all left wanting something else. None of us finished our meal for many reasons. The juice soaked through the buns so fast that it became a soggy mess that actually would have been better off eating with a fork. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on mine and got lettuce and no pickles.The flavor of normal was way off on the fries like the oil had not be changed in a good while. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt food at the counter when ordering that was a bit of a turnoff as well which may have caused the partial loss of appetite. Top all of that off with folks taking your order consistently clearing their throat to the point you could hear the congestion really set things off for us. To make things even better, none of the fountain drinks were working and we were stuck to having the lemonade. But as a side note, the lemonade is likely the best thing at this location!“

“Felicia was amazing with her service. She assisted my daughters and I with all the special order instructions that our sandwiches needed. I marked a 2 star for atmosphere because well scout the manager on duty was quite rude to not only us the consumer but constantly asking us rudely mind you to assist us with our order when Felicia was already working on our order. Scout then proceeded to walk off hitting her employee Felicia with the oven door for no good reason. Also I should point out there were other customers she should have been helping. Overall experience Felicia saved our visit experience by finishing the sale with a professional goodbye for us and asked us to come back to visit this location again. And we will. Hopefully she will be there again she was awesome!!“

“The sandwiches were great today. Fresh ingredients and bread and great service. My only consistent complaint with the Lytle location is that the ice machine for the fountain sodas has been broken for awhile...more than 6 months if not a year. Whenever we ask, the manager is always across the street at HEB getting ice.“
