The food this time around was 10/10! The fries were cooked to perfection, golden brown and had the right crisp to them. The teriyaki fingers were superb. Even the carrots and celery were fresh. We’ll definitely be coming here again and requesting Zina when we do. 😁“

“This was my first time coming here, and I got the tri tip torta. It tasted fresh (and very flavorful!), the bread was soft, light and airy, and it was very reasonably priced. It tasted homemade in the best way!

As a home cook, I don’t often eat out because the price does not often reflect the quality of the food and experience, but I was actually very impressed with Cubby’s. I wish I could’ve gotten a cookie because they looked so soft and delicious!“

“Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night. The place was almost empty. We ordered the Arella Pizza and it was pleasantly different. I liked the hints of blue cheese and the way it complimented the candy pecans and pears. The caprese was good but would have liked a thicker balsamic. The deep fried calzone was good and had a sweetness which was unexpected. The service was great and I appreciated the suggestions Sam gave us. Great date night location, place to have a good conversation and or business meeting.

The design and decor are absolutely stunning, and the staff from the door person to the host to the servers and managers were all so friendly and knowledgeable. We started off with the chips and whipped feta, hamachi crudo, snap peas, and ribs. All were delicious in their own rite. For the main course, I had the pasta special which included handmade pappardelle noodles, duck, oyster mushrooms, and a spicy red sauce. Yum! The miso cod, bolognese, and fish sandwich were also ordered and everyone in our group was over the moon with their selections. For dessert we shared the maple pecan respado - a must try dessert! Cocktails were amazing per usual.“

They have ludicrous hours (closing the grill at 6:45, the peak of dinner time???). My wife and I have also noticed multiple times where the grill workers will move at a snails pace from 6:15 until they close it at 6:45. I don't know if that's intentional, but it's frustrating to be in line for 25 minutes and then they just close the grill station. At no other time of day, no matter how busy, does it take 25 minutes at the grill.“

It wasn’t in an intrusive way by any means it was nice. They gave us complimentary bread that was to die for to start. The menu had so many options that looked amazing that it was hard to choose. I got their garlic and herb chicken and it was the best chicken that I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with boursin cheese and multiple other condiments that made it delicious. The server was great and the chef came to check on us before we left. The service was amazing, the food was amazing, the whole experience was amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone and I probably will do just that! As someone who has a soy intolerance, I was also happy to hear they used Canola oil for their fries, not soybean oil like so many other restaurants do. I'd probably make this place a regular visit if the prices were a bit more competitive with other burger joints. There are definitely some great options here.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Salt Republic, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! I ordered the Caesar salad with a flat iron steak added, and it was the perfect amount. The steak was flavorful and tender, though I would recommend cooking it just a tad longer for those who prefer it well-done.

The setting was lovely and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. One small suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours until at least noon on Sundays. There's something incredibly comforting about having eggs on a Sunday morning, and it would be a fantastic addition to the already great menu.

Overall, The Salt Republic offers a wonderful dining experience, and I can't wait to return!“
