Food was vey good -but not great -and for premium pricing is it wrong for it to be great? Nevertheless, it is worth a try.“

“Had a wonderful non-traditional Mexican meal that was perfect from start to finish. Cocktails were crafted very well. Started with queso fundido that was yummy with chorizo then had the trio soup sampler that we shared and each were quite tasty. The elk London broil was grilled to perfection and the grilled shrimp with avocado was prepared unexpectedly and delicious. Hannah our server was attentive and so thoughtful. The custard filled churros with ice cream and chocolate sauce was such a nice finish.“

“This is Alta's main on-mountain dining restaurant to stop at for a break during your day of skiing. The food is expensive but it is solid. The oatmeal raisin cookie is probably the best one we have ever had. It was amazing! There is also a small gift shop within Alf's that has tons of cool Alta branded stuff.“

The soft lighting, the plush seating, and the attentive staff all created a sense of luxury and sophistication. We started with the Oysters which were beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Seabass, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with snap peas and lentils. My husband had the wild game trio which included Buffalo, Venison, and Elk. Cooked medium rare and the perfect portion size. Our 12 year old had the 7 Oz Center Cut Filet and it was honestly the best we had ever eaten as far as flavor and tenderness. We finished our meals with the Molten Lava Cake, Tiramisu, and Pudding which was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. It was light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Riverhorse on Main. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.“

“Albion Grill is a great place to relax before or in the middle of a ski day, or to wait and eat/drink if you're not skiing. You have great views and you can get there without skiing, so it's a good option for someone who doesn't want to just sit in the car. Food is more expensive than down in the valley, but not too crazy.“

The food was outstanding, but the highlights for me were the tater tots, the biscuits, and the risotto that came with the steak and barley—each one absolutely incredible. The tots were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, the biscuits with honey butter were next level, and the risotto alongside the steak and barley was rich, creamy, and perfectly executed. To top it all off, the Tupelo crispy donuts for dessert were the perfect finish—warm, light, and absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and overall a really memorable experience. Highly reccomend the Blackend Salmon Sandwich and Tortilla Bisque. Both were delicious and very filling. Our server was friendly though service could have been a bit better. “The food and service was great! The only reason why I am giving less than a 5 star is because of the globe experience. This particular night was a cold night and I thought dining in the globe would be a warm experience and it was not. The small heater we had could not keep up and when another was brought in, the electricity would go out and the cold air came back and to reheat would take a while. The employees definitely tried to help as much as possible with that situation, but it wasn't pleasant for us. My family was cold the whole time in there.“
