“Food: was mislead by the marketing photos. You can tell a coffee place by the pictures. If they can do the latte art and have that crema on top, that's a good coffee shop. You know there may be a legitimate coffee. Unfortunately, this was not it... I ordered a latte and a cortado - they don't have or offer sparkling water for cortados. The size was also wrong for the cortado and both drinks had very little to no crema, and the texture was just like steamed milk. Definitely need to hire an actual coffee barista - Super disappointed 😞. We also ordered the bagel and pepper jack - it was just okay!

Service - the people there are super nice! They were patient, friendly and lovely. They brought your order to you. Cannot complain - super nice!

Atmosphere - it looks legit, super nice atmosphere that you can chill, study, or work there. This probably mislead my food expectations too haha. But the place was clean, bathroom was super clean and can sit outside on a nice day.

“Found this little gem from a simple Google search and I’m already addicted! My friend and I enjoyed breakfast there and we’re already planning a return trip. Who cares that it’s an hour away from home, it’s worth the drive! I had the granola pancake (🤤) and my friend had the strawberry french toast special (equally delicious). We also took home cinnamon and raspberry rolls (to die for). Give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did!“

“First time there today and we were not disappointed! We had the buffalo chicken melt and prime rib sandwiches.... oh my gosh it was beyond amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, very kind! we also tried the pumpkin cookie, lemon zucchini cookie, and the toffee! We will definitely be back!“

“Overall good experience, have visited several times and enjoyed myself. Celebrated a birthday this time on a Saturday. Busy as expected but had reservations. “Love the wait list! We were seated almost immediately on a Saturday morning! However, once we were seated, nobody came to greet us at our table. We waited for a while and then finally Mel came up and told us that we weren’t assigned to a server because that server had called out! She said that she felt so bad when she saw us just sitting here and so she was more than happy to be our server! Lucky us! Mel took great care of us! “This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“
