“I always have such a positive experience at this Starbucks location. The food is great, the service is outstanding, and the staff is top quality. Life has been challenging lately as I go through a divorce, losing my home I loved, while caring for my elderly parents, my sister who is disabled and bedridden, and my 18-year-old senior dog. With so much on my plate, it means the world to start my mornings here. A friendly smile, delicious food, and kind people truly set the tone for my day and give me the energy to care for my family and keep going.

“I stopped by this little coffee and rock shop the other day, and I’ve got to say, it’s a solid find. The coffee was legitimately impressive—rich, smooth, and easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. No weak brews or burnt aftertaste, just a damn good cup. On top of that, the owner’s got an extensive collection of rocks and gems for sale. We’re talking a wide range of unique pieces—everything from polished stones to raw chunks—at prices that won’t make you flinch. The vibe’s laid-back, and it’s clear the owner knows their stuff without being pushy. If you’re into coffee or cool rocks, it’s worth a visit.“

“TENET is the cutest place! It’s connected to Torrent Cycle and I met the owner Mike and he’s so kind! I got a fresh pumpkin muffin right out of the oven and it was DIVINE. So flavorful and moist. I also loved their zucchini muffin. I ordered the PBC chocolate peanut butter shake because it has 33g of protein and it did not disappoint. This place is tucked away and is truly a hidden gem of Salt Lake! Definitely worth stopping by. I want to try their paninis next time.“

“Probably my favorite coffee place in Salt Lake. Their outdoor seating is the best. So nice and cosy, decent coffee, and prices. The only thing - I wish they would give barristas some tools so they are not as loud when making coffee. That thwack sound when they knock coffee grounds out makes me jump up every time.

I also wish their burritos tasted better and/or they had more vegetarian food options.“

“We do not dine out often due to the poor food quality of many restaurants; however, when our friends found this organic, gluten-free diner, I was intrigued. The food was an absolute celebration of life. Delectable delights danced on an ambrosial causeway of artistic creation few eateries achieve. Our table ordered a variety of entrees and drinks. We started with complimentary chips, avocado and verde sauce. Very tasty. For the main course, I choose enchiladas and was curious about the horchata (rice milk soaked in cream with cinnamon), so I had this as well. Normally, I do not order specialty drinks, but their horchata was an exceptional experience as was the hand-squeezed limeade. I highly recommend both. Reading many of the other reviews that criticized the room temperature water, the service, and the ambiance, I must adamantly disagree. The best temperature for water when dining is room temperature. And their water is finely filtered and refreshing. The service may be perceived as slow, but I love being left to chat and laugh with my party. I relish this time. A meal out should be relaxing in a friendly, pleasant atmosphere without feeling rushed—and it was. The dining area is a little noisy, like most restaurants in this country. As an experienced sound engineer, I would recommend some sound absorbers blended into the corners, some appropriate picturesque art absorbers on the walls, and maybe a row of carpet down the main walkway to absorb sound and define the lovely wait staff’s path. The price: well worth it. You will not be disappointed. Spend without regret, and enjoy the articulation of tastes that shall frolic upon thy palate. “I come here all the time! Truthfully I have been to other coffee shops Downtown and none compare. The barista, Nate, is the best! He is super friendly and always asks me about my day! He has helped broaden my understanding of coffee and helped me diversify my order :) I now time my visits when I know he will be there as he feels like a friend at this point. Can’t say enough good things!“

“MiaoMiao Cafe is such an amazing spot for cat lovers! 🐾 The space is super clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the owners are so kind and clearly care deeply for their cats. The café and cat house are in two connected houses (separate spaces), and you can bring your drink inside when you visit the cats. All of the cats were sweet, playful, and cuddly you can tell they’re well-loved. They even had kittens available when we went! Just a heads up: not everything on the food menu may be available, but honestly, the coffee and drinks are 10/10, and that alone made it worth it for us. We didn’t get to try the food this time, but we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and heartwarming experience!“

“The coffee is good and the service is friendly. However, all 3 times I've come in there's been a miscommunication with my drinks.
1st time a medium is a 12 oz, not a 16 oz. okay my bad.
2nd time I said a large, got given a 12 oz.
3rd time said a 16 oz hot caramel, was given a cold. They did remake it, but it's a regular latte with no flavor 💀.“

I wanted a frozen mocha but they didnt have those, staff was very friendly though and gave me alternative options. I appreciate the clear communication. The iced mocha is still pretty good“
