Ordered me a thick shake and it was everything I love in a shake. Took home a quart of Strawberry Cheesecake Chunk to try later and make ice cream sandwiches with Graham crackers. “One of the last shaved ice/snow cone places in the Salt lake valley. Especially this cute local shake type. The type I would walk to every week as a kid during the summer or work at to earn some extra cash. Very glad I found this place and I will go out of way to go here when it’s open. Cute outdoor seating with tables and beach chairs and wells as corn hole. Shade with some trees and a local bookstore next door. Very reasonably priced. I hope people support this place because I don’t wanna go to some franchised store building for Summer memories.“

“I have went to Baskin-Robbins 4 times in the past few weeks. Each time I am refused service for extended periods of time while other patrons are treated with grace. It is my approach to treat everyone with kindness, but this evening ,I was once again not greeted warmly or told that someone would be right with me. One of the associates began to serve people that had just walked in before me despite serving my friend. I assumed that perhaps the person was shy but when two more patrons entered, the sales associate warmly greeted them. It was at that point that I decided not to make a purchase. I am deeply disappointed at these actions. I can only help but feel these acts are racially motivated. I will not name names because I am not seeking to get anyone fired but I think a greater lesson can be learned.“

“One star held for cleanliness! To management: we loved our treats and the vibe. Sad no one wiped a table in 45 minutes (we wiped our own). Also the pass counter where you set everyone's shakes - badly needing regular cleaning. Please re-train! & we will be back to give u another chance on the sparkle!“

“I had a dynamite burrito that was bursting full of ingredients. The included salsa had a good kick.

The staff did not speak English, and I don't speak much Spanish - but ordering wasn't too difficult.

It's also a neat convenience store and a check-cashing establishment. I will absolutely be going back for another menu item, I have no doubt it will be delicious.“

“What a cool and unique ice cream experience! The presentation alone is what initially caught my attention, it was such a fun and different way to enjoy ice cream.
They had some really unique soft serve flavors, including strawberry lemonade and Oreo, along with a great selection of toppings to customize your treat. The combination of fun flavors and the creative presentation made this such a memorable stop.
Definitely a must try if you’re looking for a fun dessert experience rather than just your typical ice cream shop!“

“The ice cream is fantastic. It’s a childhood favorite of my husband’s and his family. Every time we cross the country, we pack our freezer in our jeep to save for later and to take back to family members on the coasts. It has always worked out great, however the last time we were there in early October, we ended up with the 2 quarts of the pistachio almond fudge that we got only having a pint worth of ice cream in them. Super disappointing as that one is my absolute favorite and it’s not like we can just go get more on a whim. I know it’s a huge PITA having to pack 12 quarts of ice cream by hand so we make sure to tip very well to make it worth their time and effort but now I fear next time we stop we will have to keep a super close eye on whoever is packing them to make sure we don’t get shorted again. I hate being that person“

“This place reminds me of a combination of a vintage ice cream parlor and Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen because of the food items on the menu.

I've been to 46 states, 16 countries, and 4 continents so far and this place has the best ice cream shakes that I can remember ever having. Even the root beer float (my son ordered) was pretty flipping good. I would really recommend this place, especially on a hot summer afternoon.“

“We had churros, some kind of strawberries and cream, and a milkshake. The food was good but not unforgettable. The shop is very small and it was very busy. We waited a really long time for our food, but they gifted us the strawberries and cream thing as a result. They were very apologetic about the wait. It was nice that they cared.“

“There is absolutely nothing quite like hitting Freddy’s at 5:00 AM to kick off a travel day. If you are catching an early flight out of SLC, this spot is a total lifesaver. What makes it so incredible is the absolute flexibility of the menu because they do not limit you to standard breakfast food. If your body clock is completely scrambled and you want a burger at dawn, you can order almost anything off the regular daytime menu right alongside their breakfast items.

Apparently a cheeseburger at sunrise is perfectly acceptable but frozen custard at five in the morning is where society draws the line, which is probably for the best.

To top it all off, the morning crew here is incredible. Being that energetic, friendly, and efficient so early in the day is a massive win. They get you moving and on your way with a smile, making this hands down the best stop in the airport before your flight.“

“Another custard place down the street went out of business, so if I wanted custard, I had to go to Freddy's. I was pleasantly surprised. The custard was super yummy. My husband felt like it was over priced, but I thought it cost about what would be expected.“
