“This is an incredible gem in deer valley. Representative of the top 5% of italian food I have ever had. Chef Joe was so nice to create a couple custom dishes (rigatoni with a pink sauce/morels and chicken parmesan) that we loved having. The manager Dave greeted us personally on arriving and checked on us a couple times during our dinner. The dinner service flowed smoothly and we had a great time.
The gnocchi dish with asparagus/peas and morel mushrooms is truly worthy of what a michelin awarded restaurant would serve.
It was so great the first night we went the following night as well. Would definitely come again.“

“Beautiful chic atmosphere with interesting and funny quotes on the walls. The servers are genuinely nice, knowledgeable about their food and the wine.
The lamb chops were the best I had in town. Far better than some other swanky places nearby.
We sat at the best table in the house upstairs near the back overlooking the patio.

“This restaurant is soo good we had to go back three days later, as we were leaving on Friday! We requested Sean again as he made both our nights perfect. The food is outstanding, no matter if it was the salad, soup (mushroom), main entrees (pork chop/salmon) and desserts (we had 3 different ones during our two visits). You won't be disappointed! Oh, can not forget that delicious focaccia bread with the aioli spread, OMG, over the top!! The sad part is we have to wait awhile before we get back up there again, but we will be back!!“

“Everything we tried here yesterday was fantastic! Philly cheesesteak, house salad, lasagna and French fries. Our waitress Windsor was very attentive to our needs and the service was spot on. Restaurant is dog friendly and will provide a water bowl for your furbaby while you dine. We will definitely be back!“

“An amazing culinary experience! Almost don’t want to post for fear we will never get a reservation. All joking aside, amazing dining experience! Service on point! Love that there’s an added dinning space. The menu is perfectly constructed. Dishes made daily with freshly made pasta. Perfectly seasoned!! Plan to keep this gem on repeat for guests that visit us.. not to mention a casual evening dinning experience. (Hopefully we can still make a reservation)“

“We arrived early before reservation time, but we were seated immediately, and at a good table. My wife had the beet salad and the spinach gnocchi, both of which were reportedly very tasty. I had calamari fritti and the pappardelle bolognese, both of which were deliciously prepared. This was our first visit to Ghidotti's, but will not be our last.“

“Great food and service. We had the mushroom and broccoli pizza which was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Utah and baked ricotta gnocchi which was delicious. We also had a bunch of the apps and they were all amazing. 10/10 would go again.“

“Bartolo’s is our favorite restaurant in Park City. It is a local’s place in a tourist tour.
The baby blueberry “pan” cake is the best breakfast in Utah (same great breakfast in the Sugarhouse location). The servers in Park City are top notch - especially Lavinia and Adrianna- always happy to see us and take great care of us. We love breakfast at Bartolo’s but the dinner is also very delicious.“
