“I just went through the drive-thru at 8:55 p.m. on January 27th. I placed my order and then drove up to the window to pay and get my food. It seems to be the norm to get greeted by an employee that you can tell really doesn't want to be there and has no personality, and most the time just mumbles at you and then throws you your food.
The young lady working the drive-thru tonight was one of, if not the most polite, friendly, and professional people I have had the pleasure in talking with. She greeted me with a smile, engaged in conversation with some friendly banter, and wished me well as I left. Thank you, that made my night. Keep it up, you definitely deserve a raise. ;)“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“I get a craving every couple of weeks for a certain dish and I have to spell my name every time and no one got it right until Jamil! The first time I ordered with him I showed a former receipt with the correct spelling and the next 2 times I didn't have to SAY anything! He remembered my name with correct spelling and order both times and was very friendly to this Senior Citizen. This young man blew me away and made my day! Excellent service!“

“I wanted to point out a positive experience I had at this location and have had before centered around David. David always has a positive attitude and helps make me feel valued as a customer during my fairly frequent visits. Most recently, David was wearing a Wendy’s beanie cap and making the other employees laugh and spreading positivity amongst the other staff. “I am compelled to give this establishment a rating of 1 star due to a deeply concerning incident that occurred during the night shift on Friday, September 6th, at 9:50pm. While preparing food, one of the kitchen staff members was observed leaning over the food with his head, subsequently returning to a normal posture and wiping saliva from his lips. What's even more alarming is that two of the workers on duty that night found this behavior amusing, as evidenced by their laughter. In my opinion, such unprofessional and unsanitary conduct warrants immediate termination. It is disheartening to see that the night shift staff employed by this establishment exhibit such a blatant disregard for customer well-being and basic hygiene standards.“

“Pecan chicken sandwich is great! The peace lemonade I got was a rip off though, I ordered a regular size and I literally drank a few sips and it was empty. Filled to the top with ice! That's very annoying Arbys!!! Do better on the specialty drinks please. Besides that, drive thru is fast and friendly.“

“UPDATE,
After receiving an email back from the owner of the store I have chosen to update my review because we've actually now eaten at this location. Same day he responded to me is the day my wife actually went and bought some food.
Atmosphere was great customer service was great however there were a couple issues with the food that are maybe attributed to new crew. My wife asked for extra peppers on her Philly which he did get unfortunately The girl making the sandwich on the grill didn't add the veggies until the very end so they weren't cooked and had to be picked out of the sandwich as they were just regular onions and peppers not fried onions and peppers with your much more soft and their savory. That was definitely a letdown but a simple reminder that they need to actually cook to soften them up and to bring out their flavor seems a simple fix. My sandwich the super sub was great however I'm pretty sure they guessed on the bread size as I've had at least a hundred regular size sandwiches before and this was much smaller. It was a good 2 in smaller than my wife's now all the meat and stuff was on it but still a little thick because they had to try to fit everything on such a small bunn. Overall could have been a lot worse could be better but all this seems like it can be handled in time.
Thank you Jersey Mike's owner for getting in touch with me to give me a chance to address this and giving me hope that we can continue to use as much closer location and it will only get better as time goes on.

As a customer of Jersey Mike's for a long time, talking years, I must say I love their food. We always had to go to the one on Foothill boulevard which is about a 10-15 minute drive from our house. You can see my review of this location and my wife's of the same location and they are excellent. Finally they open one literally 4 minutes off the street from me. It's been open for a short while, I can't recall but I wouldn't say more than 2 months.

The very first time we attempted to go there My wife showed up 15 minutes before closing. As we run restaurants ourselves our hours are our hours. If we say we're open till 10:00 we are open till 10:00 to serve you whatever is on the menu. Well they closed early, I won't go into the descriptions other than a shorter gentleman with darker hair was very rude and had no concerns about closing early, the taller gentleman with blonder hair didn't say anything but he kind of had the look of feeling bad but again didn't say anything. My wife expressed concern that when you open a brand new location maybe it's not a good idea to close early and be so bold about it. They said they had already cleaned up and didn't want to make a mess and they had just closed early and tough luck.

It actually saddens me to give such a bad review to a Jersey Mike's as the name brand, but there is actually more insight to this than I can say on this review. You would think you would want to put your best foot forward especially opening a store up in East Mill Creek. Word spreads fast when you do stuff like this, seems like management needs to get a handle on the situation. Of course one of them could have been a manager but they weren't wearing name tags.

I will simply end that it disappoints me to absolutely no end to know I can't have my favorite food that we used to eat two to three times a week, I know, we were addicted, and we can't even go to the brand new one just minutes from our house.“

“My husband and I tried Freddy’s while at the Salt Lake City airport. (We had already had a several hour drive from Pocatello, ID. We then were to catch a flight to Phoenix before heading home to the San José, CA area.) My husband suggested we get a treat at Freddy’s. We shared a tasty hot fudge sundae, including whipped cream, pecans and a cherry! The sundae was a good sized portion, at an extremely affordable price; $4.69 plus tax. I couldn’t get over the low price at an airport! We should have bought two! I don’t know if there’s a Freddy’s near us- but I’ll check- and next time try other items on their menu. Thanks Freddy’s, for a delicious treat for us weary travelers! God BLESS you all- He LOVES you!

I hope they're not permanently closed. But, when they are open, I love everything A&W and their KFC side is pretty good too. The lemonade on the KFC side is really good. But, nothing beats a good root beer freeze or root beer float with A&W Root beer. That's probably one of my favorite flavors in my life.“

“The best value menu deal (non-breakfast items) goes to Taco Bell's bean, rice and cheese burrito. Most locations charge $1.49 or $1.59. This one sells them for a buck! The only other location I know of that does that is Shiprock New Mexico. Three of these fill me up. (Don't need meat at every meal.) The Diablo sauce is primo and very hot, as it should be. The packets are too small, but that's not worth a deduction.“
