“This place is AMAZING! Was in town for appointments at Primary Children’s and came here right after. My picky 12 year old was able to find multiple things he loved and the staff was friendly, patient, understanding, and helpful. We ordered cheese burgers either fries and a drink plus onion rings, a shake, and a hand scooped ice cream and it all cost us under $30! The burgers were juicy and delicious, the fries were perfectly done ( crispy but not hard or overdone with a delicious softer inside, not undercooked, and everything was served quickly, kindly, and deliciously. We didn’t have a long wait at all! I loved the atmosphere as did my son! Their shakes are SO THICK you have to eat it with a spoon then try a straw later after it settles / melts a little and it was SO GOOD! Easily the best shake I’ve had in years! Lastly, their fry sauce. I’ve been to a lot of places that serve fry sauce all over the state and this was THE BEST fry sauce I’ve ever had! Not too tangy but not too light on flavor. I loved that they included it for free as well! 100/10 for food and experience!“

“I love the Crown Burger and the Greek salad with a side of Gyro meat. What I love about the Crown Burger it that their pastrami is always gristle-free. Almost every other time I've had pastrami on anything, there's gristle, and I have to fight it, rather than chew peacefully.
Crown Burger makes a delicious, hearty Greek salad. They don't skimp on anything, plenty of Feta cheese and Kalamata olives.
I've had a few other dishes from here that have also been really good.“

The first time I ordered with him I showed a former receipt with the correct spelling and the next 2 times I didn't have to SAY anything! “I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

The Sandwich: Delicious! I got the OG Sandwich with Lift Off spice level; this is my regular order. I can hold my own when it comes to the Scoleville scale, and I've also done the Houston We Have a Problem, so proceed with caution as the Lift Off is definitely very spicy.

“Will truly stands out at this KFC/Taco Bell. We went through on Sunday night the 21st around 8:30ish and just like every other time he’s working, the service was outstanding. He’s quick, polite, and always adds a little extra friendliness that makes the experience memorable. We also work in customer service, and it’s rare to find someone this consistent and positive. Will deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!! He’d be a fantastic trainer or manager and is a huge asset to this location.“

“Update as of 10-11-2025 :

The staff members who have been here for the past 6 months between the hours of 3pm and 11:59 pm are really good. Do not fire them. If you do, this location will lower in quality for sure. All the other del taco locations have bad vibes and bad food. Study this location thoroughly if you want this franchise to be successful. They spice food right, all of my ingredients have always tasted fresh every order, and the value beats most other restaurants. When i do a custom order they get that right every time too. This location is on par with the good street taco stands which is saying a lot (obviously still tex mex tho but thats okay) long story short: i see a lot of del taco locations struggling compared to this one.

“Went to arbys to try their 7.99 box deal. Got the crispy chicken with potato cakes, peach pie and moz sticks with drink. Ended up very satisfying. Plenty of food to fill me up and it tasted great. Chicken sandwich surprised me being so tastefull at a beef place. I love their potato cakes. Fresh. Helpfull cashier and speedy.“

We placed a mobile order using the 40th birthday BOGO code and it turned the store into a bit of a mad house. Our order was marked completed when we walked in, probably because it was past the promised time, and the staff wasn’t sure why but assured us that our order was still in the works. I felt super bad for them, they had 4 people to take orders, answer questions, and also cook /prep. While my order took about 40 minutes to prepare, it wasn’t as bad as some others. When my order finally came, it was correct, which I was surprised about.

Huge props to the staff working tonight at this location. They called in reinforcements, which brought them to a total of 8 members who jumped in to try to bring the line down and you could see the line disappear pretty quickly. Many customers left angry and demanded refunds before they had a full kitchen, but the staff kept things professional and did what they could. I felt really bad that their scheduling/staffing seemed to have taken the worse hit, as if they didn’t realize how well the promo would be and how much strain it put on them. The 4 stars is because of the poor staffing for the night.

Overall, still good service and they still thanked every customer that came in. Would still go back but maybe not on promo code days.“

“I give it a four star rating for the food that we get there when we get it. However, this day, the restaurant was closed. And it even said that it was in standard operating hours. I hope they're not permanently closed. But, when they are open, I love everything A&W and their KFC side is pretty good too. The lemonade on the KFC side is really good. But, nothing beats a good root beer freeze or root beer float with A&W Root beer. That's probably one of my favorite flavors in my life.“

I frequent here often because I work nearby and the staff is always incredibly friendly. The restaurant itself is always clean. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the accuracy of my orders. That being said, going off the menu prices, everything here is overpriced, especially since the quality of Subway food has dropped dramatically in the past decade or two. I will only order here if there is a deal, discount, promotion etc., - usually via the Subway app. Otherwise, you can find much better quality food for the same prices. But again, the staff of this location are stellar at their jobs, they're just unable tocontrol the quality of the ingredients they're supplied with, or the prices.“
