“Terrible drive through. It goes all around a hotel parking lot. It is hard to get to as well. You can only turn in if you are going east on the road. No turn in going the other way. Love the employees and food though. I don’t go to this particular one because of the location.“

“I just went through the drive-thru at 8:55 p.m. on January 27th. I placed my order and then drove up to the window to pay and get my food. It seems to be the norm to get greeted by an employee that you can tell really doesn't want to be there and has no personality, and most the time just mumbles at you and then throws you your food.
The young lady working the drive-thru tonight was one of, if not the most polite, friendly, and professional people I have had the pleasure in talking with. She greeted me with a smile, engaged in conversation with some friendly banter, and wished me well as I left. Thank you, that made my night. Keep it up, you definitely deserve a raise. ;)“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“I get a craving every couple of weeks for a certain dish and I have to spell my name every time and no one got it right until Jamil! The first time I ordered with him I showed a former receipt with the correct spelling and the next 2 times I didn't have to SAY anything! He remembered my name with correct spelling and order both times and was very friendly to this Senior Citizen. This young man blew me away and made my day! Excellent service!“

If you're trying to figure out where to eat and you came across this, just trust me. Go eat at Zupas. Their food loves your belly and you won't poop geysers after eating it.“

“The staff did an awesome job making a gluten free order. The person waiting on me asked if it was a need or a preference. Once they knew it was a need they cleaned the grill and cooked fresh corn shells to avoid contamination. The person at checkout put the order in a different bag. I appreciate the care and concern.“

David always has a positive attitude and helps make me feel valued as a customer during my fairly frequent visits. Most recently, David was wearing a Wendy’s beanie cap and making the other employees laugh and spreading positivity amongst the other staff. It’s is obvious from an outsider perspective that David’s work ethic and contagious positivity make him an effective and vital employee of this location and in a world full of negatives, he deserves to be called out for bringing a little light back to it.“

“I've been a fan of Chef Viet Pham through watching his appearances on the Food Network and was very excited to go to Pretty Bird while on vacation in Salt Lake City. The food didn't disappoint! “My favorite chicken place by far. I always order the chicken and waffles with buffalo sauce- it's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The house fries and fry sauce are chefs kiss. Make sure to request ranch- it's delicious with the fries and the chicken. The music and atmosphere is a vibe. PS you can get amazing deals if you have the rewards app. You get a different reward monthly and you get points for every dollar spent. Today i got the chicken and waffle combo for 10 dollars with my reward. Can't beat that.“

We order catering from them all the time and its always perfect and theyve even helped us bring it up to our floor when we didnt being enough carts. “I am compelled to give this establishment a rating of 1 star due to a deeply concerning incident that occurred during the night shift on Friday, September 6th, at 9:50pm. While preparing food, one of the kitchen staff members was observed leaning over the food with his head, subsequently returning to a normal posture and wiping saliva from his lips. What's even more alarming is that two of the workers on duty that night found this behavior amusing, as evidenced by their laughter. In my opinion, such unprofessional and unsanitary conduct warrants immediate termination. It is disheartening to see that the night shift staff employed by this establishment exhibit such a blatant disregard for customer well-being and basic hygiene standards.“

Arby's tends to do a good job having orders ready, but this location is a always on it and communicative if there is a wait on fryables. They rock!“

The store was super clean and had PLENTY of seating. A few relics around the store to show off the history.

The food is fast food… it was okay. Plenty of affordable options.

“I give it a four star rating for the food that we get there when we get it. However, this day, the restaurant was closed. And it even said that it was in standard operating hours. I hope they're not permanently closed. But, when they are open, I love everything A&W and their KFC side is pretty good too. The lemonade on the KFC side is really good. But, nothing beats a good root beer freeze or root beer float with A&W Root beer. That's probably one of my favorite flavors in my life.“

“The best value menu deal (non-breakfast items) goes to Taco Bell's bean, rice and cheese burrito. Most locations charge $1.49 or $1.59. This one sells them for a buck! The only other location I know of that does that is Shiprock New Mexico. Three of these fill me up. (Don't need meat at every meal.) The Diablo sauce is primo and very hot, as it should be. The packets are too small, but that's not worth a deduction.“
