“They offer free water here along with disposable cups, which is really convenient. I love fries, so I ordered some — they’re lightly salted on the outside and super tasty. There’s also a designated dining area for guests to sit and enjoy their food. After skiing, it’s a perfect spot to recharge, grab a quick bite, and take a short break. Highly recommend if you need a little energy boost!”

“No shotski because it’s fall. Come on, you know how hard it is to get friends together for a shotski, and they all agree to take a shot because it’s a shotski, then your bartender refuses to bring the shot ski out , even tho the shotski is there gathering dust. ”

“I like the taste of the soups taste good here I’d suggest be mitre consistent I feel like I’m getting overcharged at times I can explain because I have come in a few times ordered a large soup and might get like one pieces of lobster in the lobster bisque but then I order a lunch combo and half a soup and salad and my lobster bisque smaller half the size has 4x the amount of lobster than j had in my large so I think working on consistency would be good cause it’s just not cool to spend money on a large soup and get way less ingredients than I get when I get half a soup”

“The food! I don’t know where else I could order salt fish. Delicious! Also sooo many options. The staff are friendly and ready to help if you’re unfamiliar with the dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. It’s as close as you’re going to get to the Caribbean in Kimball Junction!”

“My wife and I ate here for the very first time yesterday. The atmosphere, food, and service were all excellent. There is a wide range of healthy foods to choose from. The food is very fresh and full of flavor. My wife got the Coconut Curry Bowl and I got the Tri Tip Salad. I also got the Super Protein Berry smoothie. We were both really satisfied with our choices. The only odd part was when you come in, you go down a chute similar to Qdoba and we didn't see any menus. It wasn't until we got closer to the cash register that we got menus and chose our meals. Chalk that up to us being newbies here. :) I highly recommend Aubergine Kitched for lunch or dinner.”

“Not sure how they keep all of this elaborate food tasting fresh but they do. I’ve been very impressed with every lunch I’ve had here. Staff is friendly and engaging. Build out is clean and welcoming. High end ingredients and flavor at a very reasonable price. And it’s fast!”

“Great location, food is thoughtful and tasty, staff is trying really hard. Obviously a little worn, but that is what you get on a ski mountain when everyone is wearing ski boots.

“My wife & I had an excellent dinner experience. Much of that was due to our waiter. Gilbert was very professional, friendly & personable. Being our first time there, he was quick to explain the dishes and menu options. The timing of each meal course was perfect with no feeling of rush to finish. The restaurant is very elegant and inviting. The whole staff worked very well together to make sure the experience was memorable. I would definitely eat there again.”

“It's a little confusing that the pho place is inside a restaurant with a different name (Saola), but the pho was excellent, and they had a ton of options of things to add to it. They make fried dough sticks here, and they are so good dipped in broth!”
