“My husband and I stopped for lunch and despite being a Saturday with perfect weather, there was plenty of seating and we didn’t have to wait to get a table. Amanda was our server and she was delightful. Everything we ordered arrived quickly and was perfect. We got the impression that the whole operation - from the parking attendants to the kitchen staff to the servers to the bussers to the merchandise shop - was seamless. And all of the outdoor tables have a view of the mountains! I enjoyed every minute we were there and look forward to going back!“

“May 2024-This winery is not the most beautiful of the wineries in the area and does not have a view but the staff member was very friendly and I really liked the Petite Manseng. Their wines tend to be on the dry side. I would recommend visiting here.“

“I really like the grounds here as it is breathtakingly beautiful. I mainly liked their Gewürztraminer wine. I found one of the staff members with short hair to be kind of snobby and not great with customer service but the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like that you could not choose which wines to try. They choose them for you and they are all served prepoured and refrigerated which I did not appreciate with some of them being reds. I would much rather choose some of the wines poured directly from the bottle.“

“This is the first time we’ve been here. Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was amazing! We did the Valentines Day special. We received 3 of Kelly’s Kitchen cheesecakes they had so much flavor and complimented the alcohol that came with it. We ended up dropping some of our cheesecake in the parking lot. I went in and told one of the servers and she replaced it immediately no questions asked. Will definitely go back!“

“I got take-out from here, and it was quick and very, very good, i got a rueben with frys and for desert peanut butter pie. My wife got the drunken shrimp and a burger, and she absolutely loved it. The only thing i can say that was upsetting was my pie was upside down in the container, but it was still AMAZING LOL. Definitely recommend eating here!! Will 100 percent be back“

“I live in Richmond and have family in Waynesboro. Every time we travel for a visit, our meal decision is so easy because we never want anything other than Alex's Tacos. Hands down, these are the tastiest tacos my family has had anywhere, even when compared to well-known specialty restaurants or at vacation destinations in other countries. The chicken is so flavorful and cooked to such perfection and the sauces are so tasty that they don't need to add a bunch of different toppings. Even the corn tortillas are high quality and don't break apart in your hands. The Absolute Best! Please don't ever change!“

During summer I prefer the lighter beers, sometimes a fruity Hefeweizen or light Kolsch, Pilsner, or Gose/Lambic/Gueze. Going into fall, I’ll order a spiced IPA or lager. “A pizza that size and actually good is fantastic. The pepperoni and mushrooms I ordered as toppings were generous and very tasty. The sauce and cheese were good as well. It was cooked correctly and the crust was also quite good. Not a huge soggy mess like many other large pies. It was done quickly and when they said. Friendly staff and I like the location and shop as well. Cool spot. Classic foldable Brooklyn style slice that is not paper thin. For what you get it is worth the money. Have room in your car, she is a big one.“

“My husband and I discovered this delightful place while in Waynesboro. We had breakfast there, and it was outstanding! The portions were so large it was nearly impossible to eat it all. But ...we did because the food was so good. Our server was fantastic! We live in Carolina Beach, NC and we're several hours away from Waynesboro when I discovered that I had left my purse there. I called and thankfully they had it! I gave them my address, and they mailed it to me....it cost them $38 to send it priority mail. “This is our favorite local mexican restaurant. The kids really like coming here. These guys make the best arroz con pollo anywhere I know of. It isn't just rice, chicken, and cheese sauce here; they load it with vegetables and top it with some melted cheese too. This is one of my favorite dishes, for sure. Their tamales are also very good, something I find a pretty good indicator of the overall quality of a mexican place.“

“Play the July the fifth. Course was absolutely beautiful. Had a friend with me which has played Some of the top golf courses in the country. And he said, as far as the views. In the condition of the course. Was as good as he has played in a long time. We look forward to going back real soon.“

“We came here on a recommendation for their steaks but the server indicated that steaks were served only after 4. Fortunately, their brunch menu includes a steak option because their steak is fabulous melt in your mouth good. The atmosphere was great, similar to a high class sports bar with a couple of tvs sitting over the full bar. It stays fairly busy so service can be a bit slow, or it was at least on the day that we came out to visit. We did have to flag a couple of times to get attention, but again, could have been the day. The food is outstanding and we enjoyed the outing.“

“Wow. Color me impressed. I've been to a lot of breweries. This place is awesome. Nice selection of brews with some surprising flavors (try the Gringo Mole Stout, it's somethin else). But it's not your average brewery. The whole place is an old industrial complex and there are three businesses stacked together and working in concert. Basic City is the brewery, then there is the restaurant with amazing wood fired pizzas, and finally there is The Foundry which is the music venue. It's all connected inside with ample seating, and arcade, shuffle board, ping pong... MAN I was surprised. Would love to come back one day, if only I didn't like 2200 miles away.“

Parking: Parking lot is shared with a church, barbershop, and Post office... So parking is sometimes a challenge, but worth the effort.“

“We love Domino’s, but today they blew us away!!! I think the guy that delivered our pizza’s name was Sebastian (sorry if that’s wrong - tall sweet young guy) we were missing a salad and he went and got it and brought it back to us. “We eat here two times, while visiting. Excellent service from Becca and Ariel, each visit. Food came out fast and hot. Had the catfish both time and my wife had the catfish the second visit, after trying mine.
