“As someone with alpha gal, this place is amazing. Most of the food is vegan, and everything is put together in front of you.
The rice is absolutely amazing. The hummus and the green herb sauce is also really good (though not spicy even though it said it was). We went twice once at dinner and lunch the next day.
Definitely a new favorite I will always go to while in Roanoke.“

“This Bojangles in Plateau Plaza is part of the brand new refreshed building and is ABSOLUTELY better, in terms of layout and seating, than it used to be. I have come to this Bojangles pre-renovation and post, and have found fairly good food and decent service. This visit was SPOTLESS as the refreshed version hasn't been open all that long. What an amazing improvement.

Note: it is a shared footprint with Dairy Queen, so the seating is comprised for both restat, but there are a LOT of seats.“

“The food is great here, sometimes they have not had the food we want at the drive through and we had to wait, but in our experience we have never had a problem with the staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. But other then that they are good.* Update* we still live this Bojangles better than the rest. But please please fo back to the box. The paper bag is not a good thing to use. As the tea swears and makes the bag rip. Sadly today we ordered our food and it came with the tea but rhe tea was busted at the bottom, and tore the bag luckily it was in the car, but we almost lost the food. But our car is now sticky and stained. Please go back to the box and check your teas for leaks before giving them out.“

“I ate at the Five Guys in Tanglewood Mall. There is alot to like about a Five Guys. It's kinda fast food, but your burgers are cooked fresh. Lots of ingredants that they'll load it up with. I liked the Cajun fries, and they filled the container to overflowing. The lady that waited on me was super nice. Most coplaints that I've heard about this place has to do with cost. I can 't really defend that. A meal here will cost you about 20 dollars. The food is good, but you'll pay for it.“

“I made a trip to Arbys on Williamson to try the new Cheesesteak. Upon my arrival I was told they don't have the product for it. So I dont give up hope I go to try another Arbys. Before going I give the one on Brandon a call. Im then informed they have what the cheesesteak. I tell the manager Kristin(or thats why I think her name is) about my experience and how I had to drive across town to their store. Her fantastic customer service skills and make it right attitude is something that keeps the customers coming back. I frequent Jamison because it is closer to me. But I really wouldn't driving 5 more minutes to keep getting an experience like that! Not sure has been running it since Seleste had been gone, but I will say that made a right choice with hiring that manager.“

“The team at this location is always so friendly, and helpful. The Breakfast team is super fast and efficient. This is a very clean store also.
They have the 2 for five dollars at breakfast... an amazing deal! I can get in and out of the drive thru quickly. Kudos to this team!“

It is 10 times better than the one near my house in Lynchburg, they must get their tenders from a different place because they are twice the size of the Lynchburg Timberlake location. “I am really proud of Cook Out, their food is amazing, although when I have coleslaw it has dressing in it not just raw veggies cut up like what I received with my meal. The other thing I like about Cook Out, their burgers are actually burger not whatever McDonalds sells and to be honest you would think the place is expensive but in the long run your getting more for your money compared to ordering the same from another Burger place like McDonalds or Burger King and the best part is Cook Out costs the same, actually a little less then buying one of the Combos from those other Burger joints. Definitely my go to spot now for a nice juicy burger.“

“I enjoy eating here and particularly the current avocado crispy chicken ranch burrito, a sure sign that it will not survive it's limited time availability. The store runs well. I like using the kiosks, though there are too many annoyance screens trying to sell something else and other stuff. The buttons to skip through those are in different places so that is extra annoying. That is not the stores fault I am sure. I lunch here often and they are fast and the orders are correct.“

“Just stopped here for lunch on a work day. Walked in place seemed clean. Was greeted at the counter by Kiersten . Off The bat an employee like this is what really sets a pizza hut apart from the rest. Most of The time food is generally Good across the board. But this lovely young lady made this place. She was One of the most genuinely polite person I've ever met. Sometimes we've all had them. You get the ones that are a little grumpy. Sometimes they're kind of neutral and sometimes you can tell not normally. Maybe that good of a person but they're like faking it and forcing it. This young lady 100% was just a sweetheart. She kept my drinks full anytime. I asked her anything. It was smile on her face and just happy to help the customer in between customers and helping me. This young lady was wiping down tables sweeping floors. Summa tables didn't even look like they needed a wiping, but she would wipe it off again just to stay productive in between customers. What an amazing young lady! Next time I'm in this area and I'm stopping for lunch. I am sure I'm going to hit this place up again just because of such great service. A+ . The food was delicious. Also, they have some of my favorite hot wings. I'll order them. Was sit down. Drink brought to me. The wings made fresh and brought to me and my table were the best hot wings I have ever gotten from a Pizza Hut“

“The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .“
