“I've been by the Boones Mill Subway a couple times and I have enjoyed my experiences. The subs are very fresh and taste good. I love how they load me down with lots of tuna fish on my footlongs. Steve and the rest of the crew are nice people and offer friendly, sincere greetings. They remember you by name too“

“Amazing South Indian food! I always get the masala dosa (giant crepe with spiced potatoes and lentil soup dip). The idli are also great, and the mango lassi. My family like the samosas. Almost everything on the menu is naturally gluten free, which is great for me. They are in Blacksburg on Sundays, and I sometimes also catch them in Roanoke. I follow them on Facebook to find out when they will be where. I also recommend calling ahead if you are in a hurry to place a pickup order during their busiest hours.“

“My daughters and I randomly chose to try Blaze Pizza for the first time because it smelt so good when we were going to get our hair cuts next door. We were not disappointed! From the moment we walked in the door, confused about the process, we were greeted and helped. Issac was amazing from start to finish. He explained the different choices and worked with my daughter to build her perfect salad. He checked on us while we ate and helped us take what we didn’t eat to go. So top tier service. And the food, soooo good! No complaints except we didn’t have enough room to finish it all. Thank you again and we will be back very soon!“

“Currently my favorite restaurant. Staff is hit or miss. Most are very friendly, but there are a few who act like you're bothering them by ordering food. You normally get great portions, but some staff will really short you and you feel like you got robbed for a $17 bowl. The restaurant is clean and the outdoor seating is a nice touch. “Just left the drive thru and the guy at the drive thru at 9:30-40 ish am Friday August 21st is amazing, great customer service, was super kind, this is the better bojangles compared to the one on brambleton. Every time I go there I’ll ask for a chicken supreme combo, and even if it’s one minute before 10:30 “we can’t do that” “it’s not 10:30” and are always rude about it, I go and park and wait and go back through just for them to forget my dipping cup and have to drive back. But this Bojangles is great. Fries are fresh, he got me my chicken supreme with a small wait which was perfectly fine. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Consistently good subs and excellent service, at every location I have been to in SW VA. The shore points system gives me a free sub every once in a while. The cheesesteaks are almost always excellent, although once or twice I had one that was cooked a little too long, especially if the location was really busy. They are the best of the sandwich chains at least in this area.“

Front girl was incredibly personable and efficient. What made it more amazing was that it was just after 12 noon, height of lunch time & the place wash busy. I didn't get her name, but it was on Thursday 7/30, so if management looks at these reviews, she needs to be recognized.
The rest room was VERY clean.
Most important, the food was great. I had a burger done Cook Out style (onions, coleslaw and chili, with lettuce & tomato). My sides were onion rings & their cheese curds and I had a CheerWine. Everything to perfection.“

We had the best experience we have ever had coming here (and we have been coming for years) this young lady goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible. She just looked like she knew exactly what she was doing. Even when she started to get a little busy with carry out customers and the drive thru and taking phone calls she never let that affect her attitude or her attention on us. “I visited this location on August 27, 2026, at 1:32 PM, and the exceptional customer service absolutely made my day! When I asked the young lady taking my order what she would recommend for my 1 and 3-year-old children, the General Manager kindly and quickly stepped in over the intercom to offer the absolute perfect suggestions. The team coordination was flawless! When I asked for her personal favorite menu item for myself, she absolutely knocked it out of the park! When I drove to the window, I was greeted by a beautiful smile from the same young lady who took my order and handled the register. She was incredibly polite and friendly. Stop in at the Franklin Road store for a pleasant fast food dining experience!“

“Placing order online was easy and intuitive. Delivery was a few minutes earlier from estimate, food was very very hot on delivery, Thin crust was perfectly crisp. Ordered a 3 large topping of bacon, ground beef and mushroom. The ground beef was pretty salty, and bacon was salty as expected, making the whole pizza a little on the overly salty side overall.
Personal pan held an exceptionally large amount of cheese, and lesser toppings. Still it was a tasty pan!“

“I enjoy eating here and particularly the current avocado crispy chicken ranch burrito, a sure sign that it will not survive it's limited time availability. The store runs well. I like using the kiosks, though there are too many annoyance screens trying to sell something else and other stuff. The buttons to skip through those are in different places so that is extra annoying. That is not the stores fault I am sure. I lunch here often and they are fast and the orders are correct.“
