“The event was our 25th wedding anniversary and Vow renewal party. The cake was beautiful and delivered on time. I would certainly recommend Sugar Art Cakery to anyone who needs an event cake. She was also very easy to work with. 5 stars. Cindy Pease“

“The cookies are yummy!! Can’t wait to try some of their other treats!“

“Last Saturday morning, we had an ordering issue error which was caused by our teen. I spoke to the manager (if I remember correctly, her name was Faith) and she could not have been any nicer or more professional in straightening out our problem. Crumbl is lucky to have such a pleasant person working for them, and taking the time to help me out....
And the cookies are delicious as well (especially the raspberry one!} :0)“

“I had an awesome experience at Mangas Mini Treats this afternoon. I just so happened to be traveling back home on 288 and found Mangas Mini Treats on google, the reviews looked great and I needed cupcakes for an event tomorrow. Upon entering Jeaketa welcomed me with such hospitality. Not to mention the store smelt AMAZING! The presentation was absolutely beautiful. My daughter asked for a chocolate chip cookie too and it was gone within a matter of minutes. We of course tried one of the oreo cupcakes tonight and WOW! Just wow. I usually am an icing girl (don’t get me wrong the icing was outstanding) but with this cupcake I was both icing and cake :) The little touch of the oreo cookie at the bottom was so perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Jeaketa! I look forward to seeing you again!“

“I had them do 24 cupcakes for my Mom’s 75th birthday and they not only looked amazing, they tasted amazing! I got so many compliments on how good they were and I definitely pointed them to Smallcakes!“

“I’ve always had a great experience at the Colonial Heights Crumbl Cookies location. The staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and always greet customers with a smile. What I appreciate even more is how supportive they are of teachers—they generously gave out gift cards during Teacher Appreciation Week, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

I’ve never had any issues with my orders. The cookies are always freshly made, carefully packed, and consistently delicious. My personal favorites are the Original Chocolate Chip and the Dubai Brownie Cookie—both are absolutely worth trying! If you’re looking for amazing cookies and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend supporting this location.“

“El pan súper rico y fresco“

“Tbh, I recommend everything! We met her at NuVegan about two weeks ago, and was thoroughly impressed! She had samples that inspired us to buy about five products. But wait, we ordered (sea moss & brownies) yesterday, and she delivered by hand today, all the way from Richmond to Newport News!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Try it, you’ll love it!“

“Made our wedding cake and macarons. All our guests commented about how delicious they both were. I highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed!“

“Peanut butter cupcakes were amazing! Easy ordering & great customer service!“

“Always clean and the people very nice and knowledgeable plus it's a great alternative on prices compared to grocery and other stores. The lower prices alone is worth going. Thank you for being a dependable option in these times and days of humanitarian need.“

“I’m a bit disappointed! I came to get ice cream and funnel cake. The kitchen was already closed, well before the listed closing time and the cost of the ice cream for a single scoop was shocking. I know y’all have good food but I will be reconsidering coming back. 🥺“

“The tamales are awesome. I had banana leaf wrapped pork tamales that were awesome, country of origin recipe undetermined. It wasn't a traditional Mexican variety, but it was next level good. The Mexican tamales on my second visit were good as well. I had a language barrier issue that I will definitely overcome with my translate app. I'm going to have them call me when the banana leaf wrapped tamales are available again. Seriously next level.“

“The cheesecakes are incredible!“

“Quesadillas and Tres leches are sooooo good 😊“

“The best lemon tarts ever and amazing rum cake“

“Hi how are you a chocolate frosting cake with butter cream on balloons from grandmas Sandy’s birthday for me yes“

“👏Absolutely talented and unique. This is a highly suggested should visit bakery! Wonderful people!“

“I ordered an assortment of several dozen cupcakes for a bridal shower. They were amazing! The cake was moist and the frosting was beautifully applied and not too sweet. They had little silver decorations on top. So cute! They were the perfect bites! The owner is so nice and creative. You must try this shop!“

“I was looking for someone to make a butterscotch pie for my father-in-law for his birthday. It's something his mother would always do, but sadly she passed away this year. The idea came to me basically last minute, and I had about a week or so to search around and see if it would even be possible. I reached out to Micá and she responded within a day saying she would love to! Besides her being so sweet and accommodating on such short notice, she even delivered the pie to me! My father-in-law said the pie was the best part of his birthday. Thank you so much again Micá, I will definitely be reaching out again!“

“Best cinnamon rolls I have ever ate!!!“

“muy buen servicio y buena comida se los recomiendo a todo el mundo“

“I rushed in, last minute and same day needing a savior. These ladies showed me options, I created what I wanted and they brought it to life in less than 6 hours! I slightly dropped it so it shifted on the plate, it still got tons of compliments and was DELICIOUS!!!“

“¡Comida extremamente deliciosa! sin duda alguna regresaría.“

“We had some extra time on our hands, so we stopped in. We were surprised to find Keto bread there at less than half the regular store prices. We saw several items that looked good. Service was good. The store was well stocked and clean.“

“George made a DELICIOUS apple pie for me! I needed an apple pie for a birthday celebration that was happening on a Sunday evening. George made the pie on Sunday morning and drove to the West End to deliver the pie to me that afternoon. It was still WARM! Everyone at the party LOVED the pie. It was the best apple pie I have ever had! He used three different types of apples and they were wonderful. The crust was unbelievable! I ordered the "monstrous butter crust" topping and it was amazing. I would definitely order from Poor Georgie's Bake Shoppe again. Fantastic customer service!“

“Great ice cream and quick service.“

“We have been looking for this place and we are glad it is near our residence. The sweet young girl that helped me and daughter with our big order, I must add that she's super friendly, helpful and fast. We will be back to say hi to her and get her name down. Great addiction.“

“Love Brecotea! This was my husband's and my first time at this location (we usually go to the one on Broad in the West End) and we came late in the day, near closing time, hence the reduced pastry options - the video shows what was left. The most popular options go earlier, so come early for the best selection.

Same menu as the other locations, as far as I can tell. My go to are the sparkling fruit teas, and my husband likes their boba tea. This location has some unique seating options. It's better for 2-3 people groups, though there is the round seating/tables if you're with a larger group. It's quite aesthetic, and unique from the other locations. More plants and greenery in this location.“

“Friendly staff and delicious cakes!!! Melissa's cakes are beautiful and delicious. We buy all our family's birthday and special occasion cakes here. It's totally worth the hour drive for us. Thank u for making another wonderful birthday cake for my son.“
