“I did not realize I hadn't put this in earlier so I apologize for this very late review. The experience with Kalyani from start to finish was amazing. I wanted some things I couldn't see on the order form online and she was so very accommodating, gracious and so quick to respond. I ordered 8 mini cheesecakes (Nutella, lavender, blueberry, saffron, red velvet and plain) and a 9" chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache. Everything was so beautifully presented...one of those moments where you eat first with your eyes in anticipation because you almost don't want to cut into it. They all were fantastic...tasting true to their flavors and the ingredients were so incredibly fresh with just the right amount of balance of spice, sweet and slight tang. I'm sensitive to ingredients and I had no reactions so I knew hers were top quality. As this was for a special occasion with a friend coming into town, it really made her visit extra special. I would definitely recommend her cheesecake to anyone who loves quality cheesecake and wonderful customer service. You can feel the love and passion she puts into everything she touches with her business. Hoping more people discover just how talented she is.“

“Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! I was surprised to see a basket 🧺 way back in the corner for those less fortunate to take a loaf of bread 🥖 if you yourself are in hard times or even if you know someone, but it was empty . Although I’m not sure exactly how many loaves go into this basket nor when they bread 🍞 gets placed . My guess is at the end of the day or possibly in the morning . It would be nice to know .“

“We worked with Simply Desserts for our wedding cake and they did an AMAZING job! The cake was gorgeous and the team was really helpful. We loved doing the at home tasting and appreciated that Ocean took the time to do a video call with us before we booked!! The team includes a free cake on your one-year anniversary so we didn't even have to worry about boxing it up after the wedding. My only regret is not getting enough cake on wedding day lol guess I'll just have to wait until our anniversary 😉😋!“

“Great coffee and pastry! You can get a good traditional biscotti here but the real treats are the Korean pastries which are an adventure to someone who is not familiar with them. We tried a bun stuffed with green bean paste and it was really tasty! Our Americano coffees were also very good. The people are super friendly too.“

“I ordered Cupt for a friend with a dairy allergy. All the 5-star reviews are accurate. Polina is pleasant, accommodating, and my friend said the vegan cupcakes are delicious! I ordered a dozen: half chocolate, half strawberry. I love that she could split the dozen between two different flavors. I highly recommend this shop. Be sure to make your order no less than 5 days in advance from when you want it.“
