“I’ve been here twice in the past week, and both times the customer service was absolutely exceptional. On my first visit, a staff member (I wish I could remember his name!) was incredibly helpful. I had no idea it was a Martha Stewart collaboration, and he patiently walked us through all our options for the order we selected.
When I went in last night, the manager was there, and she was phenomenal! She had such an incredible vibe and exuded so much positive energy that I knew I had to leave a review. As for the cookies themselves—they were delicious! I typically prefer a thinner cookie, and these were absolutely perfect!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“

“I did not realize I hadn't put this in earlier so I apologize for this very late review. The experience with Kalyani from start to finish was amazing. I wanted some things I couldn't see on the order form online and she was so very accommodating, gracious and so quick to respond. I ordered 8 mini cheesecakes (Nutella, lavender, blueberry, saffron, red velvet and plain) and a 9" chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache. Everything was so beautifully presented...one of those moments where you eat first with your eyes in anticipation because you almost don't want to cut into it. They all were fantastic...tasting true to their flavors and the ingredients were so incredibly fresh with just the right amount of balance of spice, sweet and slight tang. I'm sensitive to ingredients and I had no reactions so I knew hers were top quality. As this was for a special occasion with a friend coming into town, it really made her visit extra special. I would definitely recommend her cheesecake to anyone who loves quality cheesecake and wonderful customer service. You can feel the love and passion she puts into everything she touches with her business. Hoping more people discover just how talented she is.“

“Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Not that big of a deal except the chocolate chip is the only one of my family member will eat. Also every time I ask this location to add a special note it never gets done. Tried contacting support, but it didnt work. Next time I guess ill save the extra $5 delivery fee and go in myself so I can verify I got what I paid for.“

“We buy Sangak and Barbari bread with black and white sesame every week, and we have been doing so for the past three years. The taste is always excellent, with a wonderful aroma of herbs, the Italians or the ones who have had genuine Italian bread know what I mean.

When my family came from England to visit, they couldn’t believe how much Barbari and Taftoon bread we eat—it is truly delicious. Before leaving, they ordered 10 of each to take back for their friends so they could enjoy it longer. The bread reminds us of the home made bread my grandma used to bake in her own clay oven in her kitchen. Who would have thought how many sweet memories this kind of bread could evoke?

This small family bakery is always super clean, with an amazing atmosphere. The team are friendly and welcoming, and the space is spotless. It truly feels like being back home, full of beautiful memories.

“Was in a bind and way behind over the Christmas celebration with a wife who is gluten sensitive and has a birthday on Christmas Eve. Did an order in the AM and drove over to check out the place and glad I did as they were super busy and usually get orders weeks in advance. Chef Dennis did some magic and delivered an amazing teal colored (her favorite color) cake with yellow butter cake and chocolate butter icing. Definitely was a huge hit, and will get in front of this for my next order.“

“We (on a whim) stopped in with a group of ten, 10 year old girls after a morning of playing at Activate. We probably threw the staff off for a few minutes until we got everyone situated and the staff handled it wonderfully. It was a lot of kids to come in at lunchtime on a Sunday and we really appreciated the staff stepping up to keep things moving right along so we didn’t impede anyone else’s experience. The girls had a wonderful time getting a treat or two and we did as well. At the end, someone realized it was our daughter’s birthday and brought over a slice of cake and a candle. Over the top thoughtfulness and kindness. I was already a fan of Paris Baguette, but even more so after our experience. Our wedding cake (Heaven) was made by Victorias and many people have said it is the best wedding cake they have ever eaten.
