“My husband and I love Lil' Bowl. Tonight I decided to surprise my husband with a bento bowl which he has never had. They were so good. There was so much food, we had leftovers for tomorrow. Yum! I had the Pad Thai...very good. My husband had the chicken fried rice, and we both really enjoyed our Bento Boxes. We also really enjoyed the mango sticky rice for our dessert. If you like Thai and Japanese cuisine, you have to try Lil' Bowl. We highly recommend it.“

“Decided to try mae ornnit with my sister based on the strong reviews they have. Our server provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Mixed reviews on the food: Papaya salad was a downer. Lacks that nice flavor with fish sauce and papaya slices were sliced a bit too thick. Tom kha gai and chicken wonton soups were a winner. Lovely coconut milk flavor for tom kha soup. Fried tofu was pretty decent. The sweet and sour sauce for crispy flounder rocked, but I was expecting a slightly fresher flounder than what we had. Overall a pretty nice experience and we may return if we pass by the area again.“

“Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! I don't normally write reviews, but again, I was impressed. Definitely recommend!“

However, I ventured out of that standard order this past time and decided to get the Drunken Noodles as well. They were just plain noodles with oil, and no sauce. I'm not sure if the cook forgot the sauce or if this was standard for them, but steer clear of the Drunken Noodles. Everything else I've had has been fantastic though!“

I was impressed by the many menu items I’d never heard of before, especially the ones that said there was no option to substitute ingredients, even the meat. Crispy Chicken Kapow- Must have. The crispy tender chicken with the fried basil and flavorful sauce topped on some white rice, amazing.
Shrimp Tom Kha- decent! Similar to tom yum, could be a bit more coconut-y
Beef drunken noodles- The noodles has incredible flavor. The beef- not so much. Noodles were thick, coated, and had lots of umami to them.
Beef spicy basil fried rice- loved it. So much flavor, the beef was great on this.
Penang chicken curry- very nutty, definitely something for people that don’t prefer spice, creamy and rich curry served with rice.
Creme brulee thai iced tea- loved it! Crispy sugar top with a creamy layer to mix in
Mango Creamy cheese drink- reminded me of mango lassi with a hint of cream cheese

“There is a lot of Thai in the area, but this place seems to get it right every time. Some of my favorites continue to be Chicken with Eggplant, Chicken with Green Beans, and Drunken Noodles. And there is nothing like washing it all down with a cold Singha. Fantastic flavors all delivered with great service.

Dining in can be a challenge some times as the place is small and attracts a lot of customers. So plan accordingly. Or, take out is always an option.“

I like to call it a hidden gem, it’s not real noticeable as it sits in a plaza, but the restaurant is so cute and quaint, the food is fresh and the quality is top notch; the service is second to none; you really can’t ask for anything better. It was warm, yummy and the chicken was seasoned amazingly. I ordered the edamame, and for 6.50 I expected a little more than what I got. I enjoyed the self serve water dispenser. I am giving a 4 - star review because my sister had ordered separately (she got the same thing) and her broth was very bland. As someone who does not have halal options near them, this was great!“

“Food is good, decent variety. Portions are balanced, not large or small. You need to ask them if you want it spicy though, their default spice, even on spicy dishes like red curry, is tuned for a more sensitive palette.

The food is well plated and looks appetizing. Servers are attentive without being overbearing. Taste was fine, but a bit lame on spice. Will.make sure to ask for extra spicy next time.“

I ordered the Hunan Chicken (both times) The food was piping hot, large portions, veggies were crisp, chicken was tender and it had just enough sauce and the fried rice was perfect (with nice chunks of egg).“
