“Definitely worth the wait. Took me a while to time a bike ride over to Bethesda as they are only open through (late) lunchtime hours but I am grateful I was able to make it.
I sampled the combo fajitas with steak and chicken, accompanied by peppers and onions, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and rice and beans. Everything was excellent, really good meat quality and well seasoned and grilled. Rice and beans were superb, authentic Mexican flavor.
I also squeezed in an Al Pastor taco and a Chorizo taco and both were very tasty. The Al Pastor was a lighter flavor, but really solid and nice they include the grilled pineapple as hoped. The chorizo is a chunkier variety, vs ground fine, and rich with flavor as well.
Staff is very polite and friendly, and will make modifications where they can.
Can't wait to return to try more items!“

“Taco Bamba was playing some rocking music when we ordered our Tacos on a great fall day. The portions are reasonable and not huge. Flavor instead of large size, with several tasty dressings you choose yourself, after preparation. The quesadillas with carne asada were packed with flavor and quality sear.“

“I found these tacos good but not great. The campechano and suadero tacos were decent, but the fish taco was clearly not fried to order and the al pastor was quite dry. However, I really liked the tetela and margaritas, the space was well designed and inviting, and service was friendly.“
“This is a food truck. Does not appear to move around. We found this place via Google. There is no pricing on the menu. We got one burrito and two chicken tacos for $20. It is a small menu and honestly, they do it well.
The chicken taco meat is well seasoned and the lime provides a layer of freshness. Add the hot sauce for that extra kick. The hot sauce has a hint of smokiness. This gives a nice touch to the taste.
The burrito is a nice size. Overall, good price and great tasting.“

“It's an absolute MUST if you love Americna twists on traditional delicious Mexican food. I just arrived a few hours ago from Mexico, so I'm coming from good authority when I say you HAVE GOT TO try this place. The salsas were a little underwhelming, but the rest of the menu is stellar! The bar tender was a gem and even handled a Karen very respectfully but was hilarious. It was a clean, fun, and overall wonderful experience with food, staff, and atmosphere.“

“I think the concept is great but could use some improvement. The shawarma meat is a bit tough to eat in a taco so I think they should work on making the meat a bit softer otherwise the food was good. If I happen to eat here again and they improve on the meats tenderness I will edit this review to give a full 5/5 otherwise until then 4/5.“

“I love this place, every taco just melts in the mouth and the portions and prices here are amazing. The bibimbap I got this time was saucy and tasted like heaven. The churros are crispy and made to perfection. THE FREE SALSA to die for, it’s super delicious.
My only issue is they used to play good music and now they just play the remixes? Like every single song but remixed and it honestly takes away from the experience bc it gets really repetitive and annoying. They could just play anything else.“

“Great joint. Food is innovative and subtle, drawing flavor from unexpected places (as opposed to piling on the salt), and the menu has great variety, in terms of proteins, flavors, and array of dishes.
Add a fun, curated wine list, and exceptional service, all at abundantly reasonable prices, and this is one of the best pure meals you’ll get in the area.
L&C is still growing into the space, and it isn’t helped by some shabby, dated surroundings—but so much care has gone into this place, I’m really hopeful they’ll hang on and help revitalize that whole neck of the woods…“

“First of all the atmosphere is so cute!! They went all out for halloween but in general you can tell a lot of thought was put into the decor to make it a fun environment. The happy hour was great, 10/10 recommend their spicy margarita. The beef empanadas were so delicious and all of their salsas and house sauce was so good. Lastly, our server Lucas was so attentive and great. Everything came out extremely quick and he was very personable. This will be our new go to spot before EagleBank events!

“Excellent restaurant . The hostess was very gracious with a genuine smile . Very warm and welcoming and accommodating. Restaurant was cute neat and clean. Our waitress was a gem with kindness and a beautiful smile. She explained the menu in great length. She was smart together and a natural to serve her customers. Two recommendations Mexican Restaurant can use a little more spices, it is too Luke warm, tacos appear unhealthy looking, like they were sleepy or taking a nap. I rather you increase a little price but make it lively looking spicy meal New ill see you soon . And yes we will recommend to others

“Wow! Besides the food being exceptional, I was also informed that they cook in exclusively olive oil, use good quality ingredients (no shortcuts), and their meat is halal. The owners are passionate and the food tastes like a lot of love and thought has gone into curating each dish.
I got the guac taco dip, Mexican chicken tacos, and pressed taco- flavorful, fresh and probably the best food I’ve had in a while.
10/10- must visit!“
