“Truly delicious! Visited Alexandria and noticed there are lots of ice cream shops to get a scoop you could get at home, but we wanted something special. Goodies is it! We tried the brownie sandwich sundae, the apple donut sandwich with homemade caramel sauce and the Oreo sundae. All were fantastic and my family loved them! Very nice outdoor seating area in a great location. Brandon (the owner) was really helpful and friendly. There was a bit of a line on a sunny Sunday afternoon, but it moved quickly and was so worth the wait. FYI, it was cash only. We'll be back for sure!“

“The tres leches was so good! I love that they change the menu every week, there's definitely times where you see a good cookie flavor so you have to go try . Prices are expensive but honestly it's expected and the cookies are pretty big so you can share with others.“

“We had many flavors. I'm not a fan of fancy-flavored ice cream, so my most favorite one was chocolate. Their ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The cones are good. The staff were very nice and friendly. They were so patient waiting for us discussing the flavors and making decisions. The store is clean and cute. This is a great place to stop by and get some ice cream.“

“Delicious (vegan) donuts sold alongside awesome frozen custard. We had the special, a banana pudding custard, which was one of the best ice cream/custards I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back.Parking: Parking in the lot across the street is free!“

“I have been a fan of Rita's for a few years and was excited to see one opening in Alexandria much closer to where I currently live than going to DC, Maryland, or other NOVA locations. It was even better to learn that they are a year-round open location. I have mainly ordered large gelatis and have had them both in-person and by Grubhub delivery. When I have been there in-person, the location is clean with some bench seating outside and the employees are friendly (one time I ordered for delivery and they promptly called me when the flavor I requested was out and I needed a substitute flavor). I have also ordered pup cups for my dog and they are a good size and reasonably priced. I recommend this spot for people who like Rita's or frozen treats, as they have a varied menu between the water ice, custard, and combinations of the two, along with milkshakes and more.“

“First time Customer 05/12/23. My experience was great. I was very surprised at the variety of flavors, I chose Vanilla (I figured you can’t go too wrong w/ Vanilla), IT was Delicious, I can’t wait to try some of the other Flavors now, the Homemade Taste was awesome, the prices were great, the speed of service was marvelous( It was seemingly right during “rush hour”, there was a line, however, the line moved swiftly, the Helpers (Young Staff), was very flexible, friendly, patient, quick, on top of things and handled business very professionally. I was impressed. I will GO BACK and refer Friends and Family to my New Found “Custard/ Ice Cream” Place. It’s been kept a secret from me. Now I Know.“

“Good ice cream but every time I order to go, they give me every item individually (one at a time) and I have to ask for a bag. Idk if that's just how you do it but when I'm trying to take my kids home with their after dinner treat I don't want to hold melting ice cream in both my hands while waiting on the rest of my order with a very energetic toddler and have to bag everything myself at the window. Please just hold the entire order until you've got everything ready and if it's not too much trouble drop all that in a bag. If you can make that change I'll change my review to 5 stars.“

“My toddler and I love this coldstone. It's our go-to, not just because of how close it is to our house, but also because of how clean it is and how amazing the customer service is. The inside is well-kept and the ice cream and toppings are well stocked (and awesome quality). Every time we go, the staff is so kind and patient with my 3 year old and me. Coldstone was my first job, as a 16 year old, so I'm familiar with their rules, procedures, and processes. However not all Coldstone locations actually adhere to Corporate's rules/standards etc. This specific location goes well beyond the set standards. We'll certainly continue visiting this location! :)“

“First coming here I was a bit stressed from the day and ordered my usual, a black milk tea with extra boba. The tea was sweet but not overpowered with the milk inside. They didn't use powdered milk, they used regular but in their options menu they could change out the type of milk if you asked. ( almond, etc) The drink came out fast. I sat down and it was already done which was quite nice. So I was able to sit down and truly enjoy the drink for a bit. The place itself was small but comfortable, with things to look at in every turn. I went down to the back hall and was greeted by the many artworks or phrases on walls from other customers. I had time to kill so I took some time to add in my own touch and although they only had two markers at the moment, they took the time to look around to see if they had any others with me asking. It was a very nice experience and I truly enjoyed it. It certainly made me less stressed. I would come back here again. :)“

“This is our go to on a nice hot day for soft serve. Lots of selections and choices for a yummy dessert. My husband recently had the chili and loved it. A tad on the spicy side and very meaty. A friend of ours loves their breakfast so we came for lunch today! We both had the steak and cheese with fries and a soda. $41 for two sub combos. Sandwiches were large and fresh but the meat was very gristly. Would like to try other things. Def a hole in the wall. Friendly staff. Reminds me of an old drive in.“

“After a nice diner, I found myself with a bit of room left in my stomach and decided to fill it with a frozen treat. I came across this place. And I am glad that I did. This is a neat little FroYo spot that is located in a nice little strip mall. Being that it is in a strip mall. There is a lot of parking available. It is your typical make your own FroYo, adorn with your own toppings, weigh and pay, type of shop. They have small and large cups for you to use. You will find some SweetFrog Merch here too, that includes T-shirts, towels and stuffies. The women that we working the shop during my visit were very friendly and helpful. I got a small cup and filled it with about $8 of FroYo and toppings. They had this awesome unique combo that I just had to try, peanut butter and grape....peanut butter and jelly. I topped it with pie crust and some wet walnuts. Mmmmmmm, it was delicious. One of my best FroYo creations. The shop has a few chairs and tables in its dining area to sit, and eat your treat, so I took full advantage of it. I sat and devoured my FroYo. As I mentioned, this is your typical FroYo joint, but they have some awesome flavors and great staff. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back soon.“

“Yes! Yes! And MORE YES! I'm not even sure why they have a 4 star rating but I would give them 10 stars if I could! I walk in, a man immediately greets me with a smile, he's busy working with a huge pan of caramel apples. I move past the buckets of candy! There are the trays of apples! I want them all. The sweet girl behind the counter says she will be right with me. Customer service is amazing but coming home and eating my candy was perfection! Coming back every time I'm at the Harbor!“

“When I went there yesterday the service was amazing. Maaz was there and unfortunately just by himself. But he still performed excellent service and was very accommodating to our requests for a caramel instead of fudge for the hot fudge Sundae.“
