“I was in the neighborhood and was looking for a sandwich. Oh man, I found this gem. I walked i. And was greeted by a person. No kiosks, no tv menus, no ads and fake smiles. No 5 bread choices, no arugula no aiolis. Just a sandwich for under $10 and drinks 2 or under. These are the places we need to support.“

“My husband was craving banh mi and I was craving bot chien..and this place seemingly answered my husband’s and daughter’s cravings except mines… they sold out of the bot chien 😔 I also ordered my daughter some fried spring rolls and she enjoyed the crispy/greasiness of them. We did enjoy everything we ordered, even the extremely filling bao with quail egg, which we ended up saving them for tomorrow. The sesame ball was good and we ate one of the banana fritters (it’s fried so it’s also very greasy) while driving home. The true star of this order is the banh mi dac biet 😊 It was soooo good!“

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

“The good: Omar was great and he was so helpful and nice, he even went over the deals of the day. The other lady not so much, she had bad attitude, and rude come backs when she barely put cheese on the sandwich and then when I asked her which sandwich had jalapeños she asked Omar to open the sandwich because she didn’t remember. Her attitude was terrible! All she had to do was make a mark on the sandwich that was different, that was it. The only reason I take a star is because of her attitude, other than that it was good service.“

“I decided to give the store and MOST ESPECIALLY the Team 5 stars because it was during lunchtime when i walked in there. Looked like they were making online orders and only servicing a handful of people so it should have been a quick in and out but it wasn’t. But not because they were slow, because they were busy with the online orders and then within minutes the rush came in. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind. People make mistakes…give grace when grace is needed and it will be contagious and repaid if not paid forward. My parents loved their subs and so did I! Thank you James and team!!!“

I have other nearby subways within walking distance, but the friendliness and consistently good experience is why I choose this location.“
