“This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. Plus Hardee's has new crinkle fries that are really good.Only negative was we practically had to lift our legs up for the guy mopping the floor lol...........lot's of invasion of space lol.“

“Ate at this location on Sunday at around 5pm (9/7/25). First time and wow I was amazed at how great the customer service was. The young lady working the register was really friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Even asked how much ice I wanted in my cup and checked on me occasionally while I was eating to make sure everything was good. Gotta say the customer service at this location would give chick fil a a run for their money. Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be returning.“

“So the manager and the assistant manager are very nice to deal with, they always make sure that you have what you need, and our very friendly, but the other employees that work there or kind of racial in my opinion, when you go in there if you're white, they totally ignore you when you try to talk to them, and they seem like they don't like white people. I bought it to the assistant manager's attention, and she said she cannot help what they do when she's not there, but she would mention it to them. I was in there this past Sunday getting breakfast, and I still had standoffish attitudes. Maybe the people that own it can do something about it, it's not good for business.“

“At the risk of sounding dramatic, this is the best Taco Bell on the planet and it needs to be said. I have never had an issue with my order here and the staff is amazing. I have never seen a Taco Bell with such a positive and happy staff in my life. Everyone there exudes positivity and friendliness. Every single time I come here, the ladies working the counter are amazing. The entire team seems to get along. I’ve waited an hour for Taco Bell before at other locations but even during peak hours, this place always has it together. “Unfortunately, Hardee's has been removed from most of Northern VA. I live in Manassas, and they are all gone. Oh, but we have a McDonald's on every corner. They also did away with Long Jonhn Silver's and RoyRoger's as well. Hardee's and Carl Jr.'s are still #1 in my book. Keep up the good work. I visited 2 locations, Williamsburg and Hayes, both were emaculate and on point.“

“I just wanted to say I stopped in today. There have been a lot of menu changes which has nothing to do with the location that's all corporate. Even though they had a completely full drive-through and did not have half the things on the menu that I wanted to order they were so very sweet and kind and able to customize an order for me. I think they're doing a great job especially with the hand the corporate has dealt them with menu changes. Very polite workers ♡“

“Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened“

“Went to drive thru window. I was picking g up 3 different people's lunch from church projects.
I ask to be able to pay for each separate.
I was told they could only process two separate orders at drive thru. so they took the order and I pulled to drive thru window. I paid for one order and then explained that I had 40 dollars to pay for the other order. the clerk at the register called her supervisor I guess, to the drive thru window and said I told you it was only 2 separate orders at drive thru. You should have came in and placed the order. I was just trying to get the correct change to give back to the person with that order. I guess I should had her give me change for one of the $20 bills.“

“The Marketplace region of Virginia it depends what time you go. I think the morning crew slack and they’re A bit lazy and slow in processing and thinking. I ran into A error with the company. We will see how they resolve my issue with them. But the Chic Fil A in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, VA are the best locations to serve very quality hot food.“

“Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. The teenager that took orders and bagged them moved as quickly as his teenage mind and hands could move. Each day we as consumers want “fast food”, fresh, and without mistake. Not realizing that we’re dealing with people, not machines. The store is under staffed, yet they still give us options on choosing to come inside or be outside in the drive thru. Be kind to these young and older men and women. They’re working to provide for their families or themselves and deserve some grace. If you don’t have patience when you see everyone is working hard. Take your behind home and cook for yourself. Huffing, puffing, and poking your chest out won’t get you fed any faster if they’re short on staff. I’m not saying its wrong to get frustrated sometimes. I do as well, but when it’s clear that everyone is doing all that they can, be patient or go home.“
