The manager Joe was absolutely incredible and very attentive, he was quick to offer solutions to my concerns. The whole staff was very kind and polite when I entered the store. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. “I had to wait a while for my food but it was worth it. The chicken tenders were really hot so they were obviously freshly cooked. The only downside to that is that the chicken was significantly fresher than the fries. The staff was very nice and it was a smooth transaction. I didn’t mind waiting and liked that I didn’t have to drive away from the window to wait. I would recommend this location. They also weren’t stingy with the napkins so that’s always appreciated!“

Next time I go I am going to see if I can remember to see this one lady's name. “It has been a while 6 or more years since I've dined in, but I decided to do it. It was rainy, so the floors were wet. The finishing of the floors made me worry that someone could slip if not wearing good shoes. The service kiosk for payment wasn't working, but the employees made sure you were still able to pay quickly. The food also came quickly, so that was great. One of the 2 soda machines has a lot of variety, but some of the flavors were unavailable. The second machine wasn't on at all.“

“They forgot my straws and bbq sauce. I didn't notice until I was too fat away to go back. You would think that if you have someone 2 drinks that straws is an automatic item to follow. And when they ask you what king of sauce you want and you tell them bbq that they put it in the bag. Food was good and it was still warm when we ate it.“

“Today the staff at this Bojangles should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. They not only had a line in the inside, they also had a line in the drive thru. As they dealt with angry customers from all angles. The male manager on duty kept his calm, made eye contact with each customer that needed help, and proceeded to get each customer’s orders out. The teenager that took orders and bagged them moved as quickly as his teenage mind and hands could move. Each day we as consumers want “fast food”, fresh, and without mistake. Not realizing that we’re dealing with people, not machines. The store is under staffed, yet they still give us options on choosing to come inside or be outside in the drive thru. Be kind to these young and older men and women. They’re working to provide for their families or themselves and deserve some grace. If you don’t have patience when you see everyone is working hard. Take your behind home and cook for yourself. Huffing, puffing, and poking your chest out won’t get you fed any faster if they’re short on staff. I’m not saying its wrong to get frustrated sometimes. I do as well, but when it’s clear that everyone is doing all that they can, be patient or go home.“

The young lady who handled our order was so nice and polite. We had one mistake in our order but it was late and we were very tired so we didn't go back through the drive thru to get it fixed. It was just nice to see someone who had a smile, was mannered, and wasn't rude.“
