The breakfast bagels were really good, they had some spices or herbs with the egg or something that gave it a nice je ne sais quoi. It was kind of sweet but a really unique egg bagel sandwich.
We went on a weekend morning and it was hopping! There was just enough seating to fit everyone in there, but I could see it getting tight if it was any busier.

“Our favorite go to breakfast place on weekends. Rose latte and davant coffee’s are the best in the store for someone who likes sweet coffee. House special bacon egg and cheese on a croissant is my most ordered breakfast. This place has nice aesthetics and it’s always busy on a weekend. Although they have plenty of seating to accommodate people.“

“After visiting several bike shops in the Loudoun/Fairfax Co area, The Bike Lane Reston provided the best vibe and customer experience, hands down. Adam Reel and Ben (I think I was Ben's first customer on his first day on the job!) were fantastic - they took time on a typically busy but rainy Sunday to patiently educate me on different types of bikes, sizing/fitting, and getting me on the RIGHT bike with NO pressure or up-sell. In the end, I fell in love with and purchased the Trek Checkpoint ALR 4 in Lavender Haze, kitted out for touring. Adam worked diligently in arriving at a very fair price and was also gracious in sharing his considerable knowledge, experience and advice for riding the type of trails that I aspire toward, such as the C&O/GAP. Of note, another Trek dealership closer to home offered to match the price for the same bike, but the stellar service I received from Adam won me over. Well done to Adam and Ben and the entire Bike Lane team!
UPDATE: 8/04/25: Just returned from the C&O Canal trail. The bike totally crushed the ride - even the hilly gravel between Purcellville and Brunswick. So pleased with this purchase!“

I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte (one size) and a steak and cheese and both were delicious! Food and coffee came out within 5-7 minutes.

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

“Oh my gosh! I love this place! We were visiting from Texas and this was our everyday morning stop (and it may or may not have been an evening snack or two also ). All the different pastries were awesome (my son had a mango cream bun every time). You HAVE to try the Tiramisu latte. Oh! Oh! And the Black Forest Cake was the friggin bomb! More than how great the food was, the ownership and staff were spectacular! We felt like we were popping in and seeing old friends. “A hidden gem in downtown Rockville, near the metro station and town center. Their brewed coffee is very good (though I wish they'd let customers add milk themselves) and the freshly prepared foods are also excellent. (I can recommend the parfait and the quinoa-butternut squash salad.) The cafe is counter-service with an airy, light-filled sitting area; very pleasant atmosphere and solid wifi. One cashier is a little brusque but the other staff are extra friendly.“

“Java Loco seemed very laidback and quiet when I dropped by around 1700 on a Tuesday afternoon. There weren't too many customers so it was fairly quiet. They have several tables and barstools/table inside with optional outside seating as well. It was a really hot afternoon, so the lack of many customers was much wanted!

I ordered the Golden Dream fruit tea with light ice (unfortunately, the sweetness couldn't be customized!). I also had a chocolate cigar Danish. I asked if they made their pasties in-house. They informed me they were not, but they are local. I didn't get the name of the bakery though. I quite liked the chocolate Danish. The drink was pretty good, but was just a tad bit too sweet for my taste.

I really like the ambiance in there and would not hesitate to go back and try some of their other offerings.“
