“I know for the same price I can get my own pint of Haagen Dazs. But it’s one of the few treats I really let myself indulge in. I come here after a big accomplishment at work or need a pick-me-up. I get the chocolate cone with sprinkled peanuts and two scoops of coffee ice-cream - and it’s the best. Nothing hits the spot quite like it. Staff are super friendly. The restaurant was quite busy, which was a good sign considering its prime location near shopping stores and not far from Chinatown. “If you’ve got a sweet tooth, Crumbl is dangerously good. The cookies are massive, soft, and served warm—basically a dessert lover’s dream. What really sets Crumbl apart is the weekly rotating menu. There’s always something new to try, from classic chocolate chip to wild, creative flavors like churro, key lime pie, or cosmic brownie. Some are hit-or-miss depending on your taste, but when they hit, they hit hard.

The presentation is also on point. The pink box feels premium, and the cookies look like they came straight out of a bakery photoshoot. They’re rich, thick, and shareable (though you might not want to share).

Only downside? They’re not cheap, and they’re definitely not “health food,” but for a treat, they’re worth every bite.

My family and I stopped in here a couple of weeks ago and we are all completely hooked! This ice cream is absolutely nostalgic, texture of which resembles the hand churn ice cream from your childhood. The flavors and toppings are simply amazing. I love that the cream is of just the right sweetness. There is subtlety and delicacy in the flavor that would otherwise be very difficult to balance. Staff is so friendly. I like how you get to control the flavor experience you get, and the gelati is well-thought out because you can get the custard on top, and the Italian ice on the top, getting an even experience to try the custards and Italian ices. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Fairfax area.“

I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it.
