“Great place! We had a large birthday party for my husband this past weekend. The food, wine, and set up indoors and outdoors made it such a special celebration. Many people said it was the best food that they have had at a party. It was amazing!“

“This is our friend group's go-to place for birthdays. We just celebrated for a fourth time this year. We love our server, Erica, as well as the food and ambience. Seasons 52 always sets up a little chalkboard "Happy Birthday" sign that makes the birthday boy or girl feel special. We'll be back next month!“

“I dropped in during Happy Hour by chance for a bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Happy Hour Specials applied to table dining at full sized portions. It was great opportunity to try a pizza and a queso appetizer affordably.

They both were very tasty. The portion size of the queso was smaller than expected but so rich and flavorful that it was satisfying and good to share.

The atmosphere was family friendly despite many people meeting for drinks. My 11yo and I were comfortable and enjoyed our early dinner. I’ll return to try other menu items.“

“Me, my mom & my 7 month old went to Earl’s for dinner last night. We were seated promptly, which was a wonderful surprise for a Friday evening. While we inquired about dining outside on the patio, the hostess was very honest about it being an option but warned us that, due to no fault of the restaurant, the red lantern flies had been a problem for some diners and we certainly appreciated the heads up!

William was our server and he was spectacular, from beginning to end. Despite it being a full restaurant & he was clearly busy, no request was forgotten and we didn’t wait long for anything!
William made good conversation, getting to know us, remembered all of our names, made wonderful recommendations, was honest about the menu options and how they’d align with our preferences and taste buds. He took notice & care of our food allergies/restricted diets & promptly brought out an order of mashed potatoes for the baby. He also made sure to acknowledge and bring out a small treat for my mom’s birthday. He made it a wonderful experience and I’m looking forward to my next visit already!

I cannot forget Jackie -who stopped by our table and was very funny, kind and welcoming!

“Great food and service, but disappointed that they have been out of AC for two months. They need to tell their customers at the door before they are seated. Not right especially if customers have respiratory issues. Some in the restaurant that day were experiencing discomfort Stay away from the Rockville Location until they fix the AC“

Our server, George, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He handled our party of 16 so smoothly — it felt like we were at a table of four with how attentive and efficient he was! “Very satisfied on my first visit to Ellie Bird. We came for Brunch for my wife’s birthday. The staff were all very attentive and many wished her a happy birthday as they welcomed us in, which often gets overlooked at other restaurants, but it made her morning feel so much more special. It may seem like a small notion, but it was a touching detail to our initial visit. The brunch menu is small but packed with flavors and meaningful dishes. We love this and wish we could try it all. We decided to start with the PB&J French toast as a shared app. It’s an entree item, but upon hearing how much the owner loves this item we had to try it out. We also ordered the Pineapple Bun sliders and Tornado omelette. For us the trio of entrees was the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and salty, hitting all the right notes. Also highly recommend the Ellie Bird Latte. Glad we came, we will be back for more!“

“I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.“

“I was visiting the DC area and wanted pizza, so I decided to try Matchbox. I love a meaty pizza, so I ordered The Pig, which was loaded with pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami, and bacon, and it was super cheesy! Most of the toppings were underneath the cheese. I chose a 10-inch pizza, which was a good size if you have a big appetite or want to share with a friend. The service was excellent; my waiter was very attentive. The space was clean, relaxed, and private enough for each party to enjoy their own area.“

“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us“

Large, airy restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Went with friends - waiter was so friendly. In fact, all the staff were. Food was delicious. All healthy and freshly prepared. “The food appears... lesser quantity than in DC. The biscuits were smaller, and harder. I saw no bacon. The sausage (pork or chicken) was not "week done" as with the DC restaurant. I ordered a Sausage and Cheese Omelette with sourdough toast. It’s one of the best omelettes i’ve had. And the price was so nice and affordable. Stuff like this in california would cost double and have less quality.

If work asks me to travel back for fairfax, i’ll definitetly swing by for other items on the menu. Thinking of getting the Katsu next…

“I’m only in town for a week, but have already been here twice since it’s short trip from where I’m staying and I enjoy a good brew pub. Ate at the bar both times. Food and service were 💯both times. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and the supreme pizza. Meatloaf was great, pizza’s ok. I tried both their hazy beers and the Freedom and Founders IPAs, all good choices. I’m planning on bringing my husband for my 3rd visit before heading home. Looking forward to having the Stroganoff pasta on my next visit. Would highly recommend for food and craft beer selections.“
