“I am a great fan of Subway, and this one does everything right. One thing you might not expect is that the staff is all biligual, so if Spanish is your thing feel free to use it. This is another destinantion for lunch for the hispanic workers throughout Great Falls.“

“This small little hole in the wall gives small deli vibes. You walk up to the counter, where you order many of the usual stables such as Breakfast Burrito, Eggs, Steak and Cheese, etc. Prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are good. If you just want a quick breakfast or sandwich, I would definitely choose this place over the likes of Subway.“

“Staff at any time is always friendly and store and restrooms are always clean. They crunch doing rush time and you can tell everyone knows their position very well and the menu. The managers are just spot on and I would recommend very strongly that they may have a tip cup by the registers. So many ppl including myself would love to tip in cash or credit/debit as well. I just love potbelly like really I do. This is my fav one in the Reston, Herndon area. So Kool.

Vegetarian options: Very healthy vegan choices. Um, you can like all the way personalize your order to a T. That just awesome.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, I totally see like family oriented space and kid choices on menu. Many ppl bring their loved ones, including children.“

“One of the best values in the DMV. A host of 3-egg multi-filling omelettes with potatoes and 2 pieces of toast for under $8?!? R U kidding me? I had to pinch myself to remember it wasn’t the 1980’s!

They’ll make omelettes to order too. Today I added gyro meat to their Greek omelette. Yes, a slight $2.25 up-charge for the gyro meat, but it was delicious. Both times I’ve been there, the food arrived piping hot. Coffee is excellent too.

On my previous visit, got the omelette with pastrami and corned beef - outstanding!

I saw the breakfast burrito a fellow patron ordered, and it looked delicious. I’ll try that on my next visit.

Friendly service. Clean. Lots of seating. Lots of parking.

My 2 suggestions to the owner/management:

- Develop some sort of ala carte system for omelette ingredients (ala pizzas) so you can build your own (or add things) w/o being constrained by the half-dozen standing variants on the menu board

- Use washable plastic plates and better cutlery for dine-in patrons. Will attract more diners tired of paying $19 in RTC and will be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. A post-Covid mindset shift from being an ‘office complex deli’ to a ‘legit fast casual restaurant…that happens to be located in an office complex’ would work wonders!“

“I cannot tell how happy I was to suddenly discover this gem. Run by a Mother/daughter team with 1 helper , they have the best chicken salad and barbeque sandwiches. They are always extremely nice and ready to serve. Please do try if you are in the area. I do not eat beef or pork so cannot tell you about the other sandwiches.“

“I ordered my favorite soup, one cup of cappuccino and a blueberry scone. The scone wasn't available, and at the pick-up area, they said the steam-machine doesn't work - no coffee. “Subway is a go to staple of mine. Today due to many factors I needed to buy lunch and was on 123. I saw this subway and pulled in. First off they greeted me as I entered. Nice touch. The store was adequately staffed and turning sandwiches fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. I ordered the subway club which is thankfully back on the menu. When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. The roll had a nice crust and was soft and fluffy on the inside like it should be. All the ingredients tasted fresh and I have never been happier with a sandwich from subway in all the years I have been going (20+) Great crew at this location.“

“The food at Potbelly is always great, and I haven't had any issues with this location (unlike the Ballston location, where I've experienced quality problems). I can't speak to delivery, but I've ordered in-store and pickup at this location, and the order has always been correct and tasted great!“

There are more hours parking on the back. The sub was ready and waiting as promised when I arrived. The No-Look Chicken by Patrick Mahomes had an exciting look and was tasted good. I was able to place a catering order with team member Edward the night before and pick it up the next morning, only for our event contractor to cancel the meeting at the absolute last-minute. Jimmy John's Falls Church's morning team worked with me to reschedule the order for the next [rescheduled] event, and I can't recommend the team enough. Edward has the patience and demeanor of a saint and is a natural problem-solver. He deserves a raise and a promotion. To the owner: Please consider this for Edward.

“Using my coupons to bring down high price points. Staff is excellent and very helpful with new kiosk system. Ownership just needs to find a way outside of coupons to make Subway affordable. That is only problem I see in this store not being busier. It has the best service of any food place in the entire shopping center. Clean place to eat. They are doing a lot of things right.“
