“This establishment coming in was vibrant, exciting, and welcoming. Im usually a regular customer to Jersey Mikes in Fredericksburg. So trying a new establishment I was overwhelmed and worried about my order. My worrying and overthinking was thrown right out the window when the lovely cashier took my order and assured that my meal was going to be better than my regular spot in Fredericksburg LOL. The food was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and the crew member and manager was welcoming and professional. 10/10 I will be coming back“

“I stopped here after a looong and hot-like-fire ride home from Pennsylvania in July after picking up my new beauty (pictured here). Subway gave me air-conditioning, a bathroom, a sangweech, and some water to replenish my moto madness. The sandwich was probably the lowest on this list but hey, it's Subway, I don't expect much. But isn't that new bike prrrrreeeeettty.“

Go here before thinking about Subway or lesser - these sandwiches are excellent. I am hoping they will consider their version of a New Orleans muffuletta - then I’ll be a lifer! “The Sandwich Shop is awesome! I’ve had every sandwich a few times, and some dozens of times. They are all great. And the fries are the best! But if you don’t want fries, get the cheesy bacon tater tots! You can’t go wrong. This is a real gem in Vienna.“

“First off, the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful! They’re patient and always ready with great suggestions. If you can’t decide, you can even sample the chicken salads. They also checked in to make sure the food was to your enjoyment. The environment is upbeat and spotless — even the bathrooms are clean!

Now, on to the food! Everything is delicious 😋. The daily soups are savory and warm you right to the core. I had the Classic Carol on toasted wheat, and it did not disappoint! The prices are fair for the amount and quality of food you get. The food walls served very quickly, less than 5 minutes from ordering to get to your table! Highly recommend!

“This won me. Best Banh Mi in USA I have had, ever. I was a huge fan of Banh mi DC, see my review. This place is better. Fresher food, better bread, more meat, better value. I just went to banh mi DC yesterday. Banh mi one beo is now my favorite banh mi outside of Vietnam itself. If I had one issue, the Boba tea only has glass jelly option, no traditional tapioca ball. I didn't try it, because I don't like glass jelly, it's not Boba. If they did traditional Boba, I would rate thus as more than 5 star. Great place, charming, quaint, and you can sit in and eat.. can't do that an banh mi DC. Save the drive, eat here, its better.“

“I had the most enjoyable lunch here yesterday! I had no idea that this lovely little restaurant was here until a friend mentioned it to me a few months ago. I finally got around to trying it and let me tell you, I will definitely be back!! “Subway is a go to staple of mine. Today due to many factors I needed to buy lunch and was on 123. I saw this subway and pulled in. First off they greeted me as I entered. Nice touch. The store was adequately staffed and turning sandwiches fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. I ordered the subway club which is thankfully back on the menu. When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. The roll had a nice crust and was soft and fluffy on the inside like it should be. All the ingredients tasted fresh and I have never been happier with a sandwich from subway in all the years I have been going (20+) Great crew at this location.“

“My first time in a Potbelly and Terell was very patient and professional. He explained the process and menu items to me. He even checked the ripened avocado 🥑 for me before I could decide. The place was clean, and there were plenty of reserves parking for patrons that I love since it is by the highway in the busy city side.
The soup was hot and delicious 😋 and tasted like a pot pie, not chicken noodles soup!

She asked about our day, since it was our first time she recommended us some good food that was really good and she was so servicing with us. “I frequent the store occasionally for lunch to take to work, and the people are always so kind and friendly..The young lady, who is the manager and speaks both English and Spanish, is always enthusiastic and helpful, and you can tell she enjoys helping people.. The staff at this location were super accommodating and friendly - immediately offered to make the food I had ordered and cancel the pick up at the other restaurant. Great customer service! “Placed a catering order and figured it would be delivered by Doordash. Unfortunately Doordash ia terrible at delivering catering. It charged me $20 for delivery and then the driver forgot to pickup the order and only brought the condiment!
The store manager drove to my home to deliver the order! I am very impressed by their dedication, still very upset that doordash can not offer a reliable service and offer no support whatsoever for catering order they manage for stores.“

“Went in after work on a monday, and the place was remarkably clean, the staff were quick, kind and very attentive. I ordered a #2 and they double checked with me about what was on it, and asked if there was anything I wanted to add to it. I waited maybe 5 minutes behind 3 people, and the whole sandwich and checkout process was maybe 3 minutes. The sub was tasty, and I left feeling really satisfied with the whole thing. Compared to a lot of subways I've been to, this one definitely stood out to me.“
