“This establishment coming in was vibrant, exciting, and welcoming. Im usually a regular customer to Jersey Mikes in Fredericksburg. So trying a new establishment I was overwhelmed and worried about my order. My worrying and overthinking was thrown right out the window when the lovely cashier took my order and assured that my meal was going to be better than my regular spot in Fredericksburg LOL. The other lady not so much, she had bad attitude, and rude come backs when she barely put cheese on the sandwich and then when I asked her which sandwich had jalapeños she asked Omar to open the sandwich because she didn’t remember. “Had Charley for lunch about 2 days ago, and was satisfied with the customer service between different clients and the rush hour they were going through. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, with fries and a coke and a small Chicken buffalo sandwich. I absolutely recommend the Philly it’s a classic can’t go wrong, the fries are crunchy, not soggy or floppy and is decent size 10/10. The chicken buffalo felt like it needed more flavor from the chicken, most was from the sauce it was still delicious and still ate it, 7.8/10. Overall even busy I was given good service and got my food in a nice manner and it was tasty. 🙌“

When I started eating my sandwich the first thing I noticed was the roll. This was much better then any subway I have been to. “It was my birthday recently and after running a few errands I remembered that Jersey Mike’s always gives me a complimentary sub each year. However, my birthday is now past and I didn’t have any success finding my digital coupon before my birthday when I last remembered. I walked into the Shady Grove location not know what to expect. I explained my story to the manager on duty and, before I finished explaining, she said, “I could just make you a Birthday sub”….I paused for a second and then said thank you. I wasn’t used to people just believing me on my word. I felt like this was excellent customer service, it made me feel like coming back more. Then, when I came back to pick up my order, she said, “Enjoy your birthday sub sir.” I will definitely be back. Very refreshing to get this type of customer service“
