Parking: Parking is limited because the little strip mall is pretty small, and the high school is right across the street so sometimes people will take over the parking lot for games.”

I love it, go get cultured and eat some amazing un-Americanized Spanish foods that will fill you up, not leave your stomach hurting when you leave, and leave you wanting to try everything on the menu! “I have noticed some comments on here saying that they were excited to try but when they got there it was closed down, please be patient with the owners guys the husband is a veteran of the navy, the army & the marines he has had some health issues recently and him & his wife who is the sweetest person in the world run the place by themselves so they have to shut it down sometimes when they are not able to make it. We all age one day right so if you are going to show up have your expectations set accordingly and also, show up with some respect.

The regulars of places like this go by all the time do not come to nine mile road or RVA period disrespecting, bullying, or trying to prove points because you didn’t get your way. You will be in a very unfavorable situation.

“My family went to this diner for the first time today for breakfast. It's only about 8 minutes away from the airport. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it has a warm and inviting atmosphere inside. The staff was friendly and our server took great care of us.
The prices were amazing for the portions you get.
The food was decent but standard diner fare.
The menu had a lot to offer and had many choices for breakfast and lunch.
But we were impressed with the portions we received for the price. We wished this diner was closer to where we live!

“I walked in today and this nice employee attended me his name was cruz he was such a nice guy he provided great service to me. he’s made my sandwiches before, he makes the best sandwiches. As I saw some staff putting up holiday decorations, I came in for a hand dipped chicken sandwich that was perfect! Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!”

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!”

The smorgasbord is a must: beautiful house made pates and cured meats and fantastic cheeses, tailored to your preferences. A well curated menu of beautifully prepared sides and mains. Service is the way I love it - genuinely attentive and warm without going over the top. Prices are very fair for the quality and the level of attention to detail they bring to everything. One of my very favorites in town.”

The decor is somewhere between quirky NOLA and sexy seventies art scene. The lighting is low enough to be romantic and the music is perfect for the surroundings. “Saw Slay burgers on TikTok and Facebook, noticed they were located in Richmond VA. Wanted to give it a try, and I gotta say, I was blown away, the interior design was custom made for the restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, the menu was super easy and straight forward to read, they offer burgers, chicken sandwiches, hoagies, chicken wings, waffle fries, and drinks. The cooks KNOW what they’re doing, the front of house staff was amazing. 10/10 BETTER AND CHEAPER THEN 5 Guys. GO TO SLAY BURGERS”
