“I have noticed some comments on here saying that they were excited to try but when they got there it was closed down, please be patient with the owners guys the husband is a veteran of the navy, the army & the marines he has had some health issues recently and him & his wife who is the sweetest person in the world run the place by themselves so they have to shut it down sometimes when they are not able to make it. We all age one day right so if you are going to show up have your expectations set accordingly and also, show up with some respect.

The regulars of places like this go by all the time do not come to nine mile road or RVA period disrespecting, bullying, or trying to prove points because you didn’t get your way. You will be in a very unfavorable situation.

“Good basic pizza is hard to come by. I stumbled across Antonio’s Pizza because it was near my hotel which is near the airport. The price was good, large 2 items for $15. I asked for extra crispy and got exactly that. The crust was very nice. The toppings also good. The people were polite. I would go back.”

“I have never purchased a cake from them but have been in MANY times to purchase decorations for cupcakes and cakes that we make at home. Her decorations she has made with her own two hands are STUNNING! The people on the cake shows would not be able to compare. Her flowers look real, her booties are amazing, and the little small decorations are just outstanding! Go check them out!”

“My first time eating in, I previously ordered over the phone and picked up. The server was great, very accommodating and she worked every table by herself as well as the register and the phone. She gets a 10/10 herself. The food was great, I got a pancake slam and my bf got a jumbo slam. There was a weird feel with some of the other patrons, which were older, but I don't let other people bother me. I would definitely eat in again and take my food to go as well.”

“I love Anna's Pizza and I have never been disappointed with their food. There are at least ten options for anything Italian within 3 miles of Anna's, but Anna's prices, service and food quality are excellent as compared to many of the others. I probably order Anna's at least once per week and quality is consistent, the staff truly seems thankful for my business, the staff is always polite and sincerely friendly. The restaurant is always clean and that is important in any restaurant. All I can say to anyone reading this review is.... Sure you have many options for pizza or pasta but when it comes to everything I've described you will get your moneys worth and will feel it was money well spent, I recommend Anna's for sure. You won't be disappointed, I never have been. Keep up the quality, service, and great prices because as of today you are my number 2 go to for pizza and pasta.”

“I walked in today and this nice employee attended me his name was cruz he was such a nice guy he provided great service to me. he’s made my sandwiches before, he makes the best sandwiches. “I can say that it’s been a while since I been in the actual restaurant and what I saw and felt was a warm feeling that felt good! As I saw some staff putting up holiday decorations, I came in for a hand dipped chicken sandwich that was perfect! The staff was attentive and they smiled when I came to the register and I was very happy to get my service there! Also Kudos to the store on 9mile and airport drive in Richmond VA! “My friends and I had a fantastic time indulging in multiple rounds of Lemon Drop Martinis, along with delicious appetizers like cornbread and wings, followed by a delightful dinner. Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!”

“We’ve had phenomenal meals, drinks, and service here. We’ve also had underwhelming experiences on all counts here, including our most recent visit. Service here is typically stellar but last week it took 20 minutes to be greeted by our server once seated, and then another 20 after ordering drinks to receive those. This was at 8 pm on Wednesday night when they were not overly busy. My husband’s pasta was very undercooked and the sauce was just OK. My fish was fine but it’s the only main on their menu that someone who is gluten sensitive and avoids red meat (and the fish is served on rice with sausage) can have. So despite an often changing menu, this fact never seems to change. We’ll almost certainly go back and try again but do wish their hits outnumbered their misses.”

“I have been twice now and both times the food was great. The view is outside is gorgeous btw. Now as for the food the menu is a variety of dishes themed from different parts of the world. It honestly doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be delicious. If it’s on the menu when you go I highly recommend the Georgian flatbread, the bao buns, the chorreadas, or the cachapas!”

“I was so hungry that I didn't take pics of my food. The choice was to go here or some steakhouse place. I was intrigued by the menu and the possiblity of some new flavor experiences. Our server was Elliott, she was great. Knowledgeable, funny, and told us what Trouvaille meant ...lucky find. And it lived up to that. I had a mocktail, it was pretty good. As a person who loves wine and on a break, I needed something to give me the vibe of having a drink but not really having it. Anyhoooo, we had the cauliflower appetizer. It was a variety of textures and flavors that went so well together. It was crispy, the black bean puree was unexpectedly good with the flavor of curry and pickled shallots. We both ordered the braised short ribs. Today was the first time I have had kimchi and it didn't disappoint. There was a fair amount of ginger and whatever else pickled. The crispy rice was great, I wanted more. For the star, the short rib...fork tender. Amazing flavor. This dish is served in a bowl and it's cool for me because I literally could get a bite of everything at once. It was amazing. Everything was very fresh. I'd go back. We also got there before 5 and there was no wait which was great for an early date. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something new.”
