“I have noticed some comments on here saying that they were excited to try but when they got there it was closed down, please be patient with the owners guys the husband is a veteran of the navy, the army & the marines he has had some health issues recently and him & his wife who is the sweetest person in the world run the place by themselves so they have to shut it down sometimes when they are not able to make it. We all age one day right so if you are going to show up have your expectations set accordingly and also, show up with some respect.

The regulars of places like this go by all the time do not come to nine mile road or RVA period disrespecting, bullying, or trying to prove points because you didn’t get your way. You will be in a very unfavorable situation.

“Good basic pizza is hard to come by. I stumbled across Antonio’s Pizza because it was near my hotel which is near the airport. The price was good, large 2 items for $15. I asked for extra crispy and got exactly that. The crust was very nice. The toppings also good. The people were polite. I would go back.”

“I have never purchased a cake from them but have been in MANY times to purchase decorations for cupcakes and cakes that we make at home. Her decorations she has made with her own two hands are STUNNING! The people on the cake shows would not be able to compare. Her flowers look real, her booties are amazing, and the little small decorations are just outstanding! Go check them out!”

“My first time eating in, I previously ordered over the phone and picked up. The server was great, very accommodating and she worked every table by herself as well as the register and the phone. She gets a 10/10 herself. The food was great, I got a pancake slam and my bf got a jumbo slam. There was a weird feel with some of the other patrons, which were older, but I don't let other people bother me. I would definitely eat in again and take my food to go as well.”

“I love Anna's Pizza and I have never been disappointed with their food. There are at least ten options for anything Italian within 3 miles of Anna's, but Anna's prices, service and food quality are excellent as compared to many of the others. I probably order Anna's at least once per week and quality is consistent, the staff truly seems thankful for my business, the staff is always polite and sincerely friendly. The restaurant is always clean and that is important in any restaurant. All I can say to anyone reading this review is.... Sure you have many options for pizza or pasta but when it comes to everything I've described you will get your moneys worth and will feel it was money well spent, I recommend Anna's for sure. You won't be disappointed, I never have been. Keep up the quality, service, and great prices because as of today you are my number 2 go to for pizza and pasta.”

“I can say that it’s been a while since I been in the actual restaurant and what I saw and felt was a warm feeling that felt good! As I saw some staff putting up holiday decorations, I came in for a hand dipped chicken sandwich that was perfect! The staff was attentive and they smiled when I came to the register and I was very happy to get my service there! Also Kudos to the store on 9mile and airport drive in Richmond VA! “My friends and I had a fantastic time indulging in multiple rounds of Lemon Drop Martinis, along with delicious appetizers like cornbread and wings, followed by a delightful dinner. Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!”

“My partner and I went to Lost Letter last night for a celebration dinner. We tried a cocktail each and shared a bottle of wine. We ordered a bunch of appetizers/food to share and everything was delicious. The service was absolutely top notch. They boxed up my leftovers and checked them in the back so we could enjoy our dessert without them on the table and brought them back out when we were finished. I noticed that every little detail was considered, even with how they treated the tables that were around us. We both agreed this was the best dining experience that we have had in Richmond.”

“We sat at the bar with server and bartender, Austin. He made our entire experience truly outstanding. Beautiful restaurant with beautiful people working there. Everyone was courteous, kind and friendly. The food was exceptional, especially the chestnut bisque, I would come in for by itself. I ordered the catch of the day, which came with mussels. After a past experience with having a bad mussel at another restaurant, I was both leery and reluctant to try them. The beautiful server with dark hair and glasses reassured me, they were fresh and I would not have any problems. She was correct, the dish with rockfish was outstanding. Now, back to Austin. He was such a great guy, funny, engaging, and absolutely everything. I highly recommend L'Opossum and make your reservation for the bar. You'll have an opportunity to interact with the entire staff at some point. They all will take very good care of you. Bon Appetit!”
