“I go here all the time and it is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The baristas are all extremely friendly (especially Bri) and provide excellent service. The seating is nice inside as well as outside- love that they made the outside patio an all-season area with heaters and fans and such. If I had to say one downside about the place is the parking situation- very small parking lot and I constantly see people with trailers trying to park in here and in-turn plug up the parking lot because there is nowhere to turn around. I know there is an empty lot next to starbucks- maybe one day there could be an expansion to the parking lot for these types of people with larger vehicles? If not, maybe just some signage or something to avoid traffic backups in the parking lot.

Parking: If you have a RV, trailer, or camper, please don't park in the parking lot. It is really hard to turn around and the spots are not big enough. Please park on Friendship road and walk in.“

“Parking: Nice ladies friendlySesame bagel was really good it’s content sesame and that’s some thing you don’t find in a lot of locations between Texas and upstate New York and Texas. Actually the bagels if it’s sesame plain or everything bagel they all smell everything bagel give me a bagel if it’s available somewhere it doesn’t contain any sesame it’s like spread from far away little sassy Monette, this one in this location back inside they are really doing a great job. The omelet was fluffy and well-stuffed, just the right start to my day. The coffee was rich, aromatic, and clearly brewed with care from their locally roasted beans.

The vibe was cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who seemed genuinely enthusiastic. It’s a laid‑back, comfortable spot—perfect for breakfast or catching up on work. Plus, this place is a local favorite and known for its great baked goods and full breakfast menu .

“The owner's son is not disabled and parks for extended periods in the handicapped parking when he is not doing anything for the coffee shop and has been documented shooting birds at disabled people who try to park in the handicapped parking that ask him to move and saying he doesn't have to let handicapped people use the handicapped parking spot because his mom owns the coffee shop. I do not recommend Little Green Hive Grandin for anyone who has a disability or cares about people who are disabled.“

Stopped in at Elderberry's Salem, and the food was excellent fresh, and the staff there was wonderful. Stop in and check them out you wont be disappointed.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The drive thru line is sometimes quite long but usually moves along steadily. The baristas here are SO nice. I swear they have a conspiracy to compliment my sunglasses every time. And they make consistently the best tasting drinks in my opinion (I mean I like it so much I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks...) I had the best sweet cream nitro cold brew here just recently. “A great Starbucks. The location is good as it is near downtown, there is ample seating, and the baristas are very nice. Prices are a little high compared to a few years ago, but that is probably due to inflation. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to get a cup of coffee or something cold and maybe use their WIFI to browse the Internet.

Parking: Plenty of free parking but there are a few other businesses there so sometimes it might be difficult to find a parking space.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order. “I have been coming here for probably 5 years now, and I love this location. I always use the drive thru and the mobile app, but the interactions I have with employees are always pleasant. Orders are almost always right on point. Sometimes they will be out of an item, but always offer to replace it with something of similar price. The coffee is good. Sometimes it varies, but I’ve never really had anything here that was bad.

“The Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks this morning and was really impressed by the professionalism of the manager Ryan. While I was in line, I overheard him calmly and respectfully handling a very difficult customer in the drive-through who had apparently caused problems before. He was patient, kind, and firm in standing up for his staff — even after remaking drinks and doing everything he could to accommodate her. It was clear he genuinely cares about both his team and the customers who treat people right.

It’s refreshing to see a manager lead with composure and integrity like that. This store is lucky to have him, and it made me appreciate my visit even more. I hope Starbucks truly values this man.“
