“It's McDonald's so pretty consistent with most other franchise locations. Neutral star for service because there was no self serve ketchup available in the dispenser and no one bothered to fill it up after I asked for ketchup. It was clean and it didn't take long to get our food.“

“Went through the Drv thru line after 5pm . The line wasn't bad. I placed my order for the #1 Chicken sandwich combo plus a brownie. The line moved well until I got to the window. Several times I was asked my name and people behind me got their orders. Finally a new server asked what I ordered and at first he wasn't sure of my name. Then he brought me a bag for BRAD. Correct order but my name is LARRY. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, the food was good when I finally got it.“

“This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. “Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. “Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“This is my favorite Burger King by far! Customer service is the best. You're met with a welcoming smile and greeting. The lobby is always spotless, as is the kitchen. “This is one of the best places to get chicken straps. If your not looking for chicken straps don't go as that is the only thing they have and there menu is very limited. It,s my favorite place for chicken strips and crinkle fries. It's a little pricey but for delicious fresh food it's on par in that category.“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“I was in town for a doctor appointment. I grew up in Midlo and drive an hour and half to still see a few doctors I grew up with. After my appointment I stopped in Wawa for a rest stop and to get hot tea. I am never helped in any store anywhere, but the gentlemen behind the food counter could tell I was looking for something and helped (I was too tired to see the great big ‘restroom’ sign lol). While getting my hot tea there was another gentleman getting hot coffee and accidentally spilled it on his hand and a lady was immediately attentative (he was fine). I was very tired from driving in early so far away, but the gentlemen behind the food counter as well as the gentleman cashier were all exceptionally friendly. It was just very appreciated and made my day when having a tough week.“

“This Midlothian Virginia McDonald's is set apart from the regular franchises. It's in a posh part of town and everything from the outside structure to the environment inside, to the upkeep of the restaurant is amazing. Their maintenance guy is very thorough with his cleanng...the in between the tiles with the grout brush to the steel plates on the bottom of the bathroom doors. Kudos to him during my visit earlier today (July 3rd around 11:45/12ish.“
