“I visit the short pump location often, it serves the best spicy and crispy chicken in town, for sure. I like spicy food, so I like choosing the hottest spicy category here. “Aside from just being Chick-fil-A, this is one of the smaller retro fitted facilities which was originally intended to have a single drive lane. Well, business picked up and now it's packed from lunch rush through dinner bell. However the inside sit down dining experience is still very similar as most folks would rather take it to go. Service and staff are very polite and always game faced and ready to go. Drive, or dive, this is always a good stop“
“Beautiful Arbys on Pouncey Tract. Great food! Loved my beef and cheddar! The curly fries were so fresh. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. One of the employees said they hope they see me back soon and told me they loved chatting. They said I made their day! They’re just too nice!“
“This is probably one of the better MOD Pizza locations this side of the river. The pizzas always come out constructed and cooked perfectly. The toppings are well proportioned with not too much or too little of sauce and cheese. Service was never consistent on each of my visits but has been OK or above. I like that they are conscious about food allergies whenever I ask for dairy free cheese. Overall, good pizza, dairy free cheese, and decent service is why this is my go to for a personal pizza.“

“The Arby's jingle is "we have the meats." Yes, they do. It had been a while since my last visit to an Arby's. Frankly, it had been years. To my surprise, they no longer sell the Cordon Bleu sandwich or potato cakes! Thank goodness they kept the Jamoca shake!! Although I was disappointed in not seeing my old favorites on the menu, I did get to see a healthier fare with salads, baked potatoes, along with classics like the Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich. Service is friendly and with a smile. The associates are very helpful in the decision making process (so many good choices). This particular store is super clean with a convenient location. Despite missing my old favorites, I'll be returning to Arby's!“

“Jersey Mike's Sub shop is the best place in Richmond to get a real tasty sub anyway. The employees are very friendly kind and helpful. This is the best way to get a sub. They cut the meats & cheese and fix your sub anyway you like. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The vegetables are very fresh and healthy. If you want a good sub, then I would definitely recommend this sub shop 100%. They have take out or dining in whichever you prefer. They give you the choice of 3 or 4 different types of sub rolls you can ask for. What I love about this place is they cut meats & cheeses and prepare your sub with all the fixings right there in front of you. What they are super great for is for getting a quick and good fast food dinner when you work late. “Had to grab a quick lunch between classes and popped in to this Arbys. I immediately recognized the man behind the counter. He had worked at the Arby’s on Patterson years and years ago. I said hello and told him that I remembered him and he told me that he is now in charge of all the Arby’s in this area. I told him congratulations. Then I ordered and got their Brunswick stew which was exceptionally good. It was also steamy steamy, hot which I always like. Hope you stop by here and try some of their food. The restaurant was clean. The people were friendly and I would definitely come back here again.“
