“Went through the Drv thru line after 5pm . The line wasn't bad. I placed my order for the #1 Chicken sandwich combo plus a brownie. The line moved well until I got to the window. Several times I was asked my name and people behind me got their orders. Finally a new server asked what I ordered and at first he wasn't sure of my name. Then he brought me a bag for BRAD. Correct order but my name is LARRY. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, the food was good when I finally got it.“

“Took the dog to the pump road dog park today. When leaving I decided to go to the Arby's there in short pump to grab lunch. Pulling up to the drive through I asked "do you guys still have the BLT" knowing it was a seasonal thing. The reply came "It's not on the menu anymore but we can sure still make you one. “Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

“This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. “You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“I like this JM Subs but sometimes I wish the place was a little larger. You constantly have to be looking around before you move so you don't bump into someone. But the food is fresh and tasty every time. I also love they have sweet peppers.“

“I had a great experience at The Burg restaurant ! I tried the cheeseburger, tandoori pizza, and chicken wings, and everything was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was also very nice and comfortable. Everything was well prepared, and the portions were generous. I definitely enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend The Burg to anyone looking for a great meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! They apologized a bunch...but I am SO okay with waiting 2 minutes for fresh bread straight from the oven! Hell yeah! So I sat down happily to wait and they insisted on giving me a free drink for waiting. I even tried to turn it down because I don't mind waiting at all, but they insisted...so awesome! I grew up a mile from the Jersey Mike's in Bon Air and ate there at least twice a week from the day they opened. I was ALWAYS more than happy there and I still go back occasionally when I go to my grandparents house...the Short Pump location is every bit as excellent. I'm 25 minutes away so I don't eat there as often as I'm used to, but until one opens in Montpelier I will make do with the Short Pump location. Thanks guys!“

They serve it fast, and the people are friendly. I need to try their other sandwiches and will review them after trying them.“

“We ordered a classic cheeseburger pack and the food was spot on, the fries were very hot the cheeseburgers were just right temp also perfect amount of condiments on them, the nuggets on the other hand were slightly cool which ruined the five star rating also the caramel frappe was blended perfectly.
