“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. “I don't tend to eat out much due to my food allergies, which can be quite severe. Five days ago after meeting a friend for a pedicure date, we were hungry and decided to give this place a try. It took me longer than some to look around as I wanted review what my exposure possibilities might be after seeing how everything was set up. The kind woman at the counter was already really chipper when she greeted us, but I was blown away shortly after my friend ordered and it was my turn. After I'd stated what I wanted from the menu and before I could say it myself, she asked if I had any food allergies. Never have I ever been asked about my allergies when I ordered. I've been waiting for the day that I could eat at a restaurant without fear of needing an EpiPen... Until this Blaze Pizza. I could've cried. Safe wrote down my allergy on my order sheet and she even told the staff-loudly and clearly- to change their gloves to "cauliflower" gloves, which meant they'd be free of my allergen right from the start.
I chose a simple cheese pizza on cauliflower crust and my friend had a half specialty pizza. A half pizza!! Not enough slices to make a half, but they actually cut the already rolled dough in half. It's was so cool!
Both of our meals were perfect and I can't wait to go back again!

Dietary restrictions: Allergen precautions have them changing gloves when a customer mentions a food allergy.

“Jersey Mike's Sub shop is the best place in Richmond to get a real tasty sub anyway. The employees are very friendly kind and helpful. This is the best way to get a sub. They cut the meats & cheese and fix your sub anyway you like. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The vegetables are very fresh and healthy. If you want a good sub, then I would definitely recommend this sub shop 100%. They have take out or dining in whichever you prefer. They give you the choice of 3 or 4 different types of sub rolls you can ask for. What I love about this place is they cut meats & cheeses and prepare your sub with all the fixings right there in front of you. Very clean and a really good atmosphere to dine alone or with families or friends.

Vegetarian options: They serve any type of veggie you can think of to fix salads, veggie subs & all types of meats to choose from. Very nice place to eat.

Parking: This particular location that I go to all the time is in a little shopping center and there really isn't a lot of parking there. But they do have parking in front of shops and the other side of the lot to park.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Kids menu and desserts too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yess this is wheelchair accessible. Have posted markers on the saved spaces for wheelchair accessible.“

“The sweetest staff hooked us up with A LOT of extra Arbys sauce after we admitted how much we loved it.
Arbys has always been one of our favorite fast food places too. The menu is diverse and their roast beef has such a signature flavor. We went with the Marketfresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich this time. It's been ages! Tasted just like nostalgia. As were the potato cakes cooked to perfection.“

“I don't often leave reviews, but felt that our crew at the Midlothian Turnpike JJ's deserves a shoutout. We've ordered from them for years (mostly delivery) and have genuinely never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, made to order and quick to arrive. But I'm not here to write about the food today. It's the staff and their amazing service that I really want to highlight.

They know our regular delivery orders well and are always quick to call and double check if we ever make unusual changes or opt for "in store pick up"- that's some great service there. Every time we have spoken with a delivery driver or staff member they have been kind and professional.

Tonight, they went above and beyond. We had ordered our usual delivery and redeemed an offer to get a free brownie. When our order was delivered however, there was no brownie in the bag. No big deal. But our daughter was a little bit sad to see it didn't make it into the bag. Not too long after that, we noticed another bag had been delivered to our porch with not one, but TWO brownies in it. I called the store to thank them and wound up speaking to the staff member who went back and delivered it himself. Just wanted to say thank you for bringing a smile to our kiddo's face and for the continued great service. You guys rock!“

“I've only been to Sonic a handful of times, but decided to give it a go again because I was craving a milkshake. And WOW the Oreo Cheesecake shake is the way to go! They nailed the flavor.
I also ordered the limited time Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger. It was a bit drippy/messy with all the butter- but tasted sooo gooood. The onion rings never fail so I had to get those too.
Will definitely have to try more of their sweet options.“

“Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). “Looking back on most of my reviews, they tend to be negative. Well, I'm old school and expect good customer service and to get what I'm paying for. Today I went to Sonic for their new smash burger. I have reviewed Shake Shack in the past, and I have to say, Sonic's smash burger is every bit as good if not better FOR $3.00 LESS!!! The service was actually faster ( Shake Shack claims it takes a little longer because they cook to order). Sonic, to my knowledge, is also cooked to order. The burger was juicy and delicious, service good, and the over all value was excellent.
So for value and taste, Sonic is the clear winner. Before trying the hype that is Shake Shack, I suggest you try Sonic's smash burger first!“
