“Fun local spot. We've been customers for 10 years. There are many options, with a robust breakfast menu, many sandwiches, burgers, and my wife enjoys the Milestone salad. Burgers are discounted on Tuesday and they always have a good crowd.

We like the high top tables in the bar for dinner. The bar staff really hustles to deliver drinks ( IPA choices for me) and food. One young lady (perhaps a bar manager) has been here for years and will not let you be overlooked.

I'm happy to see the Meatball appetizer (photo) return to the menu, and make a meal out of it with a side of fries. The meatloaf entree is outstanding.”

When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite it was lovely.”

“First time at Chen's and happy we went there. We have been looking for a local Chinese restaurant that we like and have finally found it. We ordered fried pork dumplings, sauteed green beans, chicken lo mein, and Hunan chicken. All the dishes were very flavorful, and the food was fresh. Sophia is a wonderfully pleasant hostess who is always friendly, kind and thoughtful. They are also helpful with dietary concerns. Once I went to Zheng’s, I have continued going there on a regular basis. I believe you will like it too if you haven’t already tried it before.. I also like the lunch menu with either a spring roll, egg roll or soup with the entree and rice the way you want it.”

Always enjoy their food, they have great service - even when super busy, the waitstaff tend to keep us aware of where we "stand in the queue." Menu offers a lot, they also have weekly specials. Burger night is great for picking up and sharing. Favorite Sunday brunch place in the area - I ALWAYS get the French toast. Great neighborhood spot that will please most.”

“To whom it may concern, you shut down the store to renovate the drive through, only to make the drive through slower than before. Suggestion. Instead of making a mobile app only lane, make that only mobile orders go through there and allow drive through as well.

It almost feels worse than dropping off at Mechanicsville elementary. If you know what I am talking about then you know what I mean on how horrible that drop off system is too. lol”

The flavors, perfect, the meats were all good cuts (the pork fried rice had nice big chunks of lean pork). The only thing I would pick at is there was a little too much oil in the Singapore mei fun, for my taste. But still delicious. I loved the thin sliced beef in the Singapore noodles.”

Yesterday I bought a gift card and ordered a drink and the young gentleman was extremely nice but I was overly impressed with the fact that the lady after me began asking him questions in sign language and she placed her order with him. “This location is one of my favorite McDonald's to frequent. The dining area is open and has a variety of seating options, including a screen game for kids/at heart to play. There is a lady who works there, not sure if she is a manager, but she has been very kind and considerate of her coworkers and the customers with her words and actions - which I hope she gets acknowledged and rewarded for.

The food usually is fresh tasting, but the dine-in customer wait can seem long. That seems to be the case with the competition of time spent on the drive-through customers. The bathroom is pretty nice.”

We asked about their food and he took time to help us with it. The manager also was very nice when we asked go talk to him. To his surprise, we took time to tell him we enjoyed the place. He made sure we got our employee’s name so we could mention in the review. We did not buy the shakes, but if I could have eaten and drank that much, I would have. The price was also very good.”

“Driven through here twice now. Easy stop of the I-64, but about a mile from interstate. It might be a little slow but the staff is so helpful and courteous. Both times we asked if we could get half Sprite and half fruit punch for a picky son because you don't fill your own drinks, and it was no problem. Orders were right both times without error. We don't live anywhere near here, but it may be our go to Wendy's when pressing through!”

“Went to Hooked for the first time for my birthday. My husband and I went in a literal hour before they closed and we didn't feel rushed. Destiny was our waitress and so sweet and attentive. The drinks were strong, the food was awesome and fairly priced and I didn't feel rushed as I sat there and ate my 360 tower. We will definitely be back!”
