“We ate at the Mechanicsville location on our way home from out of state. I always order a chimichanga every time I have Mexican, which is often. I ordered one today with ground beef. When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite it was lovely.”

“My husband and I were stationed in Italy for 4 years. While there we learned that American interpretation of Italian food is way off. After we left Italy in 1995, we only found three places that serve meals that reminded us of the food we had in Italy. One in St. Louis, one in Swaffham, Norfolk in the UK, and one right here in Mechanicsville, VA. , and not a one is Olive Garden (which has nothing remotely similar to true Italian food). Angel is a master chef, he and his wife Carla prepare and serve meals that are made fresh daily and remind us of the meals we had in Italy. We have been going here for eight years and have enjoyed every meal. Yes we tried a couple other places in the Richmond area, however they do not even come close to the quality of fresh, and perfectly flavored meals. We decided no where else is as good. Pasta House is a hidden gem and a well kept secret.”

Once I went to Zheng’s, I have continued going there on a regular basis. I believe you will like it too if you haven’t already tried it before.. I also like the lunch menu with either a spring roll, egg roll or soup with the entree and rice the way you want it.”

We got an XL pepperoni pizza and I requested 3/4 pepperoni, 1/4 cheese- which they honored. Family liked it!
Meatball Sub- My husband and I both liked it!
Lasagna, came with bread- no one liked the bread, but the lasagna was good.

I did not like the $1.99 “service fee”. I feel like that is a cash grab. Otherwise a pleasant experience.”

“I would just like to say that I am very impressed with the Starbucks employees at Target. Yesterday I bought a gift card and ordered a drink and the young gentleman was extremely nice but I was overly impressed with the fact that the lady after me began asking him questions in sign language and she placed her order with him. He communicated with her and she seemed very happy to be able to talk to someone about her purchase. I would just like to say to this young man “good job” you are essential and important and we are lucky to have someone who can communicate with all customers”

“This location is one of my favorite McDonald's to frequent. The dining area is open and has a variety of seating options, including a screen game for kids/at heart to play. There is a lady who works there, not sure if she is a manager, but she has been very kind and considerate of her coworkers and the customers with her words and actions - which I hope she gets acknowledged and rewarded for.

The food usually is fresh tasting, but the dine-in customer wait can seem long. That seems to be the case with the competition of time spent on the drive-through customers. The bathroom is pretty nice.”

We asked about their food and he took time to help us with it. The manager also was very nice when we asked go talk to him. To his surprise, we took time to tell him we enjoyed the place. He made sure we got our employee’s name so we could mention in the review. We did not buy the shakes, but if I could have eaten and drank that much, I would have. The price was also very good.”

“To my surprise, mid week at lunch time the drive thru was slammed however ordering at the speaker was best as could be, service at the window was excellent. Order was correct & food was as expected. (These things are hard to come across these days) the polite customer service was almost a shock, which is sad but was pleasant.
