It was very dry, dense, and chewy, nearly stale, like something from a box in a supermarket, not fresh from a bakery. Perhaps I'll give them another try one day, because they did seem like a very good operation, and maybe they're better when it's not a peak-rush occasion like Fat Tuesday and Valentine's overlapping.“

Service was a bit harsh and rushed with being asked “are you ready to order” several times by several people behind the counter within a 5minute period. Shop lobby is cramped when more than a few people are present. Treats are boxed up very pretty upon purchase. This would make a good gift for teacher/boss/coworker/friend/etc.Key lime tart was great! “As a New Yorker pretzels are a street thing...never liked them, it only took one bite for me to know that they were not my thing 25+ years later I came across this amazing place and with no doubt I had a cinnamon sugar pretzel and ate it before I left their Saturday stand in front of their kitchen (they don't have a store front follow instructions on their website on how to order and getting there) so far everyone I been in contact with are very knowledgeable of their products and are super friendly. The pretzels are on the pricey side but trust me they are worth every bite. Do not hesitate place your order and then thank me ?“

I was traveling for a nearby vet appointment and had my bird with me, so I couldn't leave him in the car alone. I called and requested curbside delivery, and the staff person kindly provided it. I tried giving her a cash tip, but she refused.Thank you so much for your kindness. It can be stressful making a 4+ hour round trip with a pet, and you made my day brighter and eased some of that stress.“
“I am visiting NOVA to house-sit for a friend while she’s on vacation, and needed a coffee ship while I’m here. I wanted to avoid the chains and go local. So I tried this one from a google search. INCREDIBLE. It’s so good and the bankers items are delicious. I have gone everyday since being here. They are very friendly and the line is long but moves very quickly. It’s just one of those fun little local things you have to try. I am hoping to move to DC in the next several months, and have this on my list of places to keep in my phone. 10/10!“

“Stopped by here with my sister and ordered a pork and cheese popusa and the Guatemalan style steak, which came with Pico, avocado, rice, beans, 2 tortillas, and a cheese whose name eludes me but was delicious. Everything was fantastic. The portions were generous, the tortillas were made in house and delicious, and the steak was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. All together, it was about $20 which was a bargain for the quantity and quality. Our waitress was super sweet and the atmosphere is great. I will be coming back. “I discovered this little cafe on my way out to Great Falls for a hike. I stopped by for a coffee and croissant but ended up with coffee and a couple of other things entirely! It's a very cute café with a small amount of indoor and outdoor seating.They have a pretty impressive assortment of baked goods here. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of labeling all food offerings on display with descriptions so that you can try something new! I have to come back and try the Nutella croissant, but the Kouign Amann was perfect! I only wish they had asked if I wanted it to be warmed up. I also tried the sunny side up Crogel and it was very good, although the bacon to everything else ratio was off (too much tomato, generous amount of Mayo, and a nice size egg. But not enough bacon!). I loved the croissant-bagel hybrid concept itself. Coffee was unremarkable but still very solid. I had a caramel macchiato. I will definitely make this place a regular stop for my morning snack before a hike!“

So unique. He also has all the favorites... apple pie in many varieties, key lime, sour cherry, and decadent chess pies and quiches. The shop is small and fun to visit... eat your pie at the bar or play the vintage pinball machines. Love it!“
