“The cocktails here are incredible. They're not too expensive and have a variety of fun options with interesting presentation. The charcuterie board had some delicious cheeses. The seafood pasta was creamy and the seafood was cooked perfectly, I wouldve liked a bit more flavor..The flour less chocolate cake was fine.
A heads up for special events: we asked if the kitchen could do something for a graduation but nothing was offered (I don't think they regularly do that sort of thing). All in all, terrific service and good food.“

“If you’re look for reasonably priced seafood B&C is definitely an option. We bought lobster tails, shrimp and cluster crab legs. They have some of the best prices and quality seafood in the Newport News-Hampton area (I have only shopped in these cities for seafood). The customer service is friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the various seafood seasons and locations each shellfish comes from. From ocean to table. Note: The seafood is frozen and you might initially find it a little difficult to find the entrance. If so, give them call if you get turned around.“

“I got an entire pound of steamed shrimp for 14 bucks, that is an amazing price. And the shrimp was great, I would've been happy with it even if I had paid significantly more. If you are anywhere remotely close to this place and don't despise seafood, go here. The food is great and the prices are so ridiculously low it feels like something has gone wrong.“

“•This no doubt be an old school restaurant, but, it's uniqueness in food is far beyond the norm - has been for years. •No hard to chew food (like No. 1 kitchen's General So's Chicken), (etc.) just very good flavor. •I hope that the people in this restaurant never leave. •The cooks got the skills!! •It's a shame that they can not expand productivity when they get really busy, but, it's worth the wait!!“

“Had the most incredible chinese food of my life here! I wasn't expecting much for takeout but boy was I surprised. Although the interior could use some redecorating, it's evident that they focus on the quality of their food. It was filling but light on the stomach. Everything was hot and fresh. “Fresh tasting and delicious! Also the price is worth how filling the bowls are! I got the Hawaiian bowl and my husband got the rainbow bowl! We liked both but tended to prefer the rainbow bowl since we both appreciate more spice. We took our food to go mostly because it was so quiet in there, we felt awkward - granted we showed up on a Sunday around 11:30am.Will be back!“
