“Vibe is the place to be at 5pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Mark and Ly have been super cheerful, helpful, and accommodating this evening and deserve a shoutout. So, two weeks back to back, understaffed— our server (both times and the only one) was deer in headlights. Nothing came on time, things not delivered, curdled milk without any solution. No hostess for seating (twice). Staff seemed incapable of delivering things on time or on request. Tough call because the food is very good and we always have a nice time, but if you are looking for things to be delivered right and/or on time, don't go elsewhere, just know that is what you're getting.“

“We made a reservation arrived on time and we were seated right away. Our server greeted us almost immediately. He took our drink order and gave us a minute to look over the extensive menu. We placed our order. I had a cheeseburger which was cooked exactly as i requested and was delicious. My wife had the turkey burger which was juicy and also delicious. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts which were quite good. Prices were a good value for what was received. The only drawback was the noise level is quite high. There were also alot of children of all ages which contributed to the noise level. All in all we enjoyed our meal and will return.“

From the time I make reservations through walking through the front door of the restaurant, the service, the managers, the chef, the food, to serving the BEST ITALIAN CUISINE SINCE ITALY, and cleanliness in the restrooms. Look, I live in Old Town Alexandria, VA, where there are some of the best Italian restaurants on the East Coast but those restaurants do not compare to my Maggiano’s. I seriously have to drive out of my way, Springfield, to get the Best Italian on the East Coast. It’s worth every second. The cuisine inside this Maggiano’s tastes exactly like my Italian grandparent’s cooked it. I frequent this restaurant at least once or twice a week. The venue itself is fantastic for hosting events, and I highly recommend ShipGarten for birthdays, gatherings, or any special occasion. “Decided to try this late-night place after a long day at work. Since I was dining by myself, I was seated at the bar on the first floor--which I don't mind as it provided me a nice view of the yakitori station. I visited on a Friday evening so it was a little busy, but since I was on the first floor the atmosphere was calmer compared to the second floor. Jack was the only server on the first floor but he was prompt with my orders as well as the other customers on the floor. I ordered the grilled large intestines/daechang with a side order of kimchi as well as a light lychee martini. I've had daechang before, but I gotta say the daechang over here just tops it. They're marinated in this addicting sauce and the intestines were grilled perfectly. That chewiness and greasiness I normally get from eating just one piece of daechang from anywhere else, I surprisingly did not get after eating a few pieces here. I definitely would go again and try out their other menu items, especially their yakitori!“

We got a mix of street tacos that contained twice the meat compared to street tacos in comparable restaurants in the area. The hostess/waitress was very pleasant.
