“We were completely and pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. They were a bit understaffed but that seems to be a challenge many restaurants are experiencing. Our server was attentive and friendly. The salmon was delicious, the Wagyu burger as well. The wings were flavorful but not overwhelmingly hot. But the highlight were the French fries. Probably the best we’ve had.“

Now why not rhe food is a 5 stars just because the food i found it to be expensive for it's quality not that it is not good but we are in an airport which expected to pay more for something simple but it does pair good with the wines overall my go to for a snack and great wine, will be coming back.“

“Everything is 5/5. Our server was awesome, he even opened the door on our way out, which I have never experienced at a regular restaurant. Felt like a very high-end fine dining experience, with everything cooked to perfection. Dinner menu 80 dollars per person was awesome, I recommend getting shrimp pajeon, corn cheese, octopus salad, cold noodle, and patbingsoo. soft crab soup had more sweet taste so it wasn't as good as I thought, and beef fried rice was mid. Meat was high quality, and the visual when they bring out is STUNNING. Wow bravo this restaurant, they will open one in 14th street in DC and I can't wait to try that experience.“

The complimentary olives are so great! We can’t find olives as fresh as this restaurant so we often come here just to enjoy the olives. We’ve been to Whole Foods, Wegmans, balducci’s, even Italian stores and nowhere beats the olives here!“

“We were originally booked at 1609 restaurant for a birthday party of 10 people but they failed to inform us that they didn't have a separate entrance from the main casino floor like most casino restaurants in the area do, and with one of our party who was not 21 years old, had to scramble to find someplace close within the hour that could accommodate our large group with short notice. Ruth's Chris came through and not only made a last minute reservation for 10 work, but had the wherewithal to actually decorate the table and seat us about 10 minutes before our promised time. Tina and Joe were simply awesome and were so attentive and supportive throughout our meal, even down to the obligatory family picture in the wine room at the end of the evening. While so many think they are doing you a favor by hosting you at their restaurant, thank you Ruth's Chris for exemplifying what true customer service is all about!“

“Today my husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Fleming. The staff was AMAZING! Matt, the manager was on top of every request, need, and want. As soon as anyone in the restaurant needed anything, we witnessed him assisting the service staff to make sure that it was done immediately. He is the type of manager that people dream of! Wish he were on my team. Luis was our server and was great! He was on top of our every need, was attentive, and easily on of the best servers I've ever had. To round out the team, Juan was behind Luis with any additional support that we needed. Quiet professional with great service; Quick, fast, and in a hurry. The ambiance of the restaurant is hard to find in DC. It was quiet enough for a one on one conversation, but energetic enough to make sure that we were not bored. The food was top notch! My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“

“This restaurant and bar is located within the Hilton and for a hotel restaurant it is very good. The biggest plus is they are open till 1 am since they are an airport hotel. Doors is even served to the wee hours. Have eaten here many many times and as a whole are consistently good.

They have an impressive whiskey collection, and the bartender is knowledgeable. They have many cocktails choices and lots of beers on tap.

The burgers are great and so is the turkey club. Chicken wings are inconsistent but fine. They do a nice job on salads and their pot stickers are amazing!
