“One of most clean, efficient and welcoming McDonald’s in the area. One of the best drive thru teams, quick and nice. Plus, they don’t usually make mistakes with orders. I don’t usually dine in but this location is also very pleasant to eat inside or at the tables outside as well. When we lost power we hung out there and the WiFi was so helpful.“

“McDonald's needs a grilled cheese kids menu just saying 😋 🙂 but I went got the kids a little happy meal fyi if u order a plain cheese burger kids meal and ask for NO MEAT they will make it for you and you don't have to hate think this post 😉 😜 I eat meat my daughters don't like meat ergo Argo whatever the service was awesome the dinning room was a little messy but it was good clean friendly“

“It's been a long time since I've gone to a McDonald's. I miss the salads. The ordering quiosk i used didn't work, but the young lady at the counter was helpful.
I think it's important to me to mention that that young lady as well as the manager were being loudly berated and bullied by another customer. She was making a lot of over the top demands and would holler orders out to the employees and manager and complained loudly to other customers. The manager remained calm and courteous the entire time.“

“Jalen was super helpful in showing me how to get my code and place my order using the mobile app, while in the DRIVE-THRU. They were patient, and afterward was incredibly quick in getting my order to me - without me having to pull forward and endlessly wait. I'm older so it was so nice to meet them and they show me so much patience, and kindness.“

“Fast and accurate. Used the app to order food as we were pulling into the parking lot. Pulled up to drivethrough and gave order number. Asked to pull up. Food delivered immediately. Flawless victory!

“Perhaps the BEST service i have received from McDonalds in a long time. Upon entering, I was greeted by the lady at the cash register (Black female) and I ordered on the kiosk. She asked what size drink did I ordered and handed me a cup. In addition, I told her I would like hot fries. I was order 617, Table 1, and she delived hot fries and fresh cooked quarter. She even asked if I needed ketscup. I usually have to bring my own ketscup packets and salt. Not today, she absolutely nailed the customer service. This particular employee takes orders, brings out dine in orders, and tend to the trash recepticles; all with a very positive and caring attitude! Thank You, I will be back. v/r, Dr. K. King“

“Well the Sausage McMuffin was good. Making the Right turn onto the road to get there Did Not 🚫 make my day. The curb turns into a Sharp Edge Drain that Popped my tire. So might not be visiting this one anymore or the car in the middle is going to back up because I am Not 🚫 blowing another tire.“

“Best McDonalds that I've been to in a long time. Came for breakfast and got a fluffy, warm chicken biscuit, hashbrown, and caramel coffee all for the price of one drink at starbucks. The inside is clean and modern, but still has a retro play area. Very friendly breakfast staff.“

“Lol, we come here so often, they know my partner and I the moment we speak at the drive-thru. Bantering with the employees is always fun, and they've never gotten our food wrong once. We typically go through the drive-thru and don't eat in, but the staff is always great.“

“The evening crew was fantastic. Even though there's "table service" for the kiosk, I didn't expect they would be able to. Next thing you know I looked up and my chicken big Mac was on its way to me. Darn these delicious crispity fries! 🍟 So good. Thanks for a great road trip pit stop.“

“Overall, it was a good experience. I'm very particular about the cleanliness of a restaurant. I see that an employee was mopping in an area where customers were eating and he did caution tjem, however, I would have waited and blocked off the area for safety reasons. Safety signs were placed but the words were worn out. Overall the customer service was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend they improve on etiquette and safety protocol to keep employee and customers safe. Lastly, why is the logo on the McDonald's cup upside down? Not a good look.“

“Your team member "Jay" , was so fun and professional, as my son and I stopped in for a caramel frappe with extra extra Carmel ??? Jay made the absolute BEST frappe we've ever had at McDonald's! Usually we have to beg for the Carmel and feel jipped most of time when the frappe is not made as requested but Jay was very accommodating and so nice and made our order perfectly the first time!!! Thank you so very much Jay for the effort you put into your customers!!!! We appreciate team members like you!!!!“

“I usually don't have time to write reviews but I just had too. The Lady in the back, in the chair is AMAZING!!! I had to pull into the parking space, to take a call before I ordered my food. I watched the beautiful brown skinned Lady do both sides of the drive thru & she was great. She was polite & so very very fast. Then when I ordered my food, I was greeted w/ a happy "GOOD MORNING". i didn't know what I wanted to eat, it's been so long since I ate breakfast at McDonald's. She assisted me so well & I ended up getting a #10. The steak was cooked to perfection, the grill onions & that creamy sauce, my word is was scrumptious!! The Customer Service & food keep me coming back every day so far, before work. I don't know her name i couldn't read her name tag ( my vision is bad) but whomever is in charge of compliments. Please acknowledge her beautiful spirit & how savvy & fast she is. My name is Beverly Pierce

Vegetarian options: They have egg & cheese on your choice of Biscuit, Muffin, Bagel or McGriddle. My favorite is egg & cheese on a hamburger bun. I also have a choice of round real cracked egg or a folded egg. They let me add the from onions on it as all. I special orderd scramble eggs & cheese on a tortilla. It was delicious!!

Parking: Parking lot was clean. People wasn't hanging outside of the restaurant like I see at some places.

Kid-friendliness: I haven't bought my grandkids yet. But the Happy Meals have plenty of options“

“I went to McDonald’s recently, and it was awesome! The food was super good—my burger was hot and fresh, and the fries were crispy and salty, just the way I like them. I also got a McFlurry, and it was the perfect dessert. The workers were really nice, too. They got my order right, and it didn’t take long, even though the place was kind of busy. Everything in the restaurant was clean, and there was a cool vibe with the music playing.I like that they have a lot of choices on the menu, so there’s something for everyone. Plus, it’s super affordable, which is great when I just want to grab something quick.“

“This is the most INCREDIBLE McDonalds I've ever been to! All my food was hot, made neatly, my sandwich had the perfect ratio of condiments on it, it wasn't falling apart or making a mess, the lobby was spotless from top to bottom left and right, they were all decorated for Halloween and the customer service was incredibly good. I will definitely be coming back for sure.“

“Stopped here for a little breakfast while our car was being repaired. What a funky fun McD's! I have not come across this decor option yet, and it was really cool. It felt very retro 70s with the "Avocado Green" and "Harvest Gold" accents. There is a cool touch light table and video games to play. We sat down and ordered on the app and the food came quickly with a friendly crew member dropping it off. Thanks for making our not-so-good morning a little better.“

“Typical McDonald's long line in the drive thru moved quickly. Slower service inside unless you preordered. Fries were hot, which is always a plus in my book!!! Slushy machine was working, I didn't know that McDonald's sold slushies!

Parking: Lot is a pretty good size

“My order was messed up but immediately the manager fixed it right away she was on her job atmosphere clean light it was all good all around cuz as soon as she fixed my order that was the only thing that went wrong but it was corrected right “

“I came to McDonald and was immediately greeted by the front cashier Leasia.she has exemplify in demonstrated customer service skills and greeted me with Great enthusiasm.i have been coming too this McDonald for quite some times and generally have problems, but today has been an exceptionally Great experience given the way that the Customer Service skills was render today. I hope y’all give this worker a raise and definitely keep her as a worker at this location because she is a great worker and I appreciate her ability and her agility I hope that she remains this way and becomes consistent with this. “I met a friend of mine over there for breakfast. The place was pretty clean. You don't get customer service anymore really all you do is sign in on the machine and put your order in. So impersonal I'm not really liking all the self-service Tech stuff they've got going on. It's bad enough they're trying to divide us as people in this nation“

“The morning weekday staff is amazing. In particular, a lady named Flo (and couple more of y'all I can't recall names). I come most mornings for breakfast and they always treat me right and the food is a lot better than others in the area. Dining room and bathrooms are also clean. I can come here and do my morning calls and paperwork with no worries! Thanks“

“I was at DMV the lines were long we had been there for 3 hours it was approaching dinner. I ran out n went to McDonald's. I hit the drive thru. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal. The food ordered took my order n I paid n got food in under 3 minutes drove back to DMV before my number was called. While waiting I began to eat... Or should I tell the truth. It was so hot n fresh I inhaled it. Tha best part was washing it down with a fresh Coca-Cola on ice. I've been eating McDonald's since the 60s and it still has the same juicy flavor especially the fries hot n salty excellent just plain.“

“First of all they have 0 customers services ? they be rude and don't mind being nasty rude!! I will never buy anything from this location ever again I don't care if iam starving!! The first experience was they sold me a recooked chicken sandwich soon as I took a bite out of crime chicken sandwich I tooth chip and I proceeded to open it to see what chip my tooth the sandwich recooked after sitting there for 2 hours I had to go to mcv that day and I was told I was blessed because if I would have ate the sandwich I would have had caught food poisoning plus I had to pay 400 to get that tooth repaired ? ? so basically I took a bite from a 400 dollar sandwich smgdh THERE EMPLOYEES NEED TO DO BETTER!!!
