“While visiting Richmond my husband decided that he wanted to visit his favorite spot, Waffle House for those delicious porkchops.. We all enjoyed our food tge waiter was exceptionallypolite, courteous & patient, just can't remember his name.“

“first I’d like to say the waitress me and my wife had was very friendly and service was exceptional the night shift crew has the best service we’ve ever experienced and they are hilarious our waitress we didn’t catch her name but she was light skin and curvy her and the light skin man with the beard they were picking light fun at the chef and it makes us feel like a place that’s very family oriented and special and a good vibe all around .. but to the point me and my wife ordered a all star and they were absolutely delicious ! Everything we asked for cooked to perfection and quality was amazing we will be continuing to come back here for years to come and showing love to the night shift !!!!!!!“

“My day started out pretty hectic, but I received the best service from 2 very friendly ladies at RVA that put a smile on my face. I only had time for a pumpkin spice iced coffee pick me up, but it was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend this place just for the vibes and sweet service alone! Next time, I’ll be trying the food.“

“Stopped in recently and had a great experience. The staff was genuinely friendly, the place was clean, and my order was made exactly how I asked even with a bunch of changes. I got a steak hash brown bowl with no onions and no cheese, and I added mushrooms, tomatoes, and two over easy eggs. Everything came out right, cooked well, and tasted great. I also appreciated that she brought me water with no ice without any hassle. Solid visit.“

“Stopped there for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. We were amazed at how the staff worked hard to serve customers. It seemed like a well managed operation. Food was great, and our server was a lovely young woman who dealt with another complaining customer with grace and respect. She didn't have to, he was obviously trying to save a couple dollars by claiming that the food was bad (after he and his family ate all of it).“

“The food was delicious. Make sure you wait at the front. The hostess caught a bit of an attitude because they had removed their 'Please wait to be seated sign', and I walked in and went to sit down. The breakfast has was gluten free and absolutely scrumptious. Great atmosphere. Good coffee.
