“This is a nicer hotel that’s very close to the airport. The only bummer was that the shuttle to the airport in the morning only ran every half hour. Be sure to put your name on the list at the front desk because the shuttle only had room for 10 passengers. Richmond airport is easy to fly in and out of. When I have to go to the area, I’ll often turn my rental car in the night before my flight and take a shuttle to the airport hotel and then shuttle back in the morning. To pick up the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, you need to go to the middle island and to the right as you exit the baggage claim area. I would suggest calling the hotel and letting them know you’re there if you don’t see the shuttle.“

“This was my favorite food in Richmond for breakfast/lunch. The people are friendly and patient with questions. The space is warm and inviting, but room for quiet work or reading too. And OMG! the food. I ordered it 3x in 5 days, including some to take home. Don’t miss this gem!“

“Sefton is the greatest cafe in richmond, the staff are so kind to everyone who comes in. I get the same thing every time I come in to the point where barista’s and the owners know my order 😂. I get it bc it’s easy on my stomach, but they have such an amazing looking menu and are always changing it to fit the season! The slushes and fruit teas are also delicious and they've entertained a few custom drinks for us when we feel adventurous. I’m always in the mood for all-day breakfast items when I’m on a work trip, so I tried the pork sausage, egg and cheese on sourdough toast, and a delicious latte. Food and coffee were outstanding. It’s obvious the staff puts care in the prep of every sandwich. The toast was toasted perfectly with the right amount of crunch, eggs were lightly seasoned with pepper before whisking, and the cheese was nice and “melty”. Get your order “for here” , and Chill to the beats of new and old school jams while you enjoy this little local gem.“

A ton of the places around here use microwave eggs or other shortcuts - not here. I also ordered an Arnold Palmer and watched the very kind woman at the counter squeeze the lemons fresh right there. “I am just mad that I'm only experiencing Roz's food now! Roz is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet and her waitress is friendly, knowledgeable, and very social. This little slice of heaven, located inside of a pharmacy in the Mechanicsville area, is a great spot for breakfast or an early lunch. There's also plenty of sweets like cakes and muffins to satisfy that sweet tooth. I hope to go back very soon and visit Roz's again.“

“I bought some Dark as Dark from the grocery store! My wife likes dark roast! She usually uses a creamer. I drink mine black! This has to be the smoothest dark roast I have ever tried! I usually end up with a bitter aftertaste with the dark roasts I have tried so far. Not with this. We bought a grinder thinking that may be the problem but even with fresh beans lots of dark roasts still give that bitter aftertaste. This is tasty all the way through! I’ll be buying this from now on and I like the fact that we will be supporting a Va business as well. We will have to try out one of your locations in Richmond some time!“

“I recently had bad service at a Starbucks at the Omni hotel downtown Richmond around 12:55 PM and normally Starbucks starts my day but because of the bad service and wrong order and this particular Starbucks stated that they can’t give us a receipt because they ran out of Receipt paper and they could not scan my phone for my points and also gave me the wrong order with my name on it. That was a very bad start of my day. I called customer service and they’re aware I went to physical therapy because I had to And after Physical Therapy, I was exhausted My husband asked me what could he do to put a smile on my face and I said I want cappuccino wet with almond milk Six pumps of classic syrup and a splash of mocha you William and the supervisor I forgot her name was so attentive. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for making my day . I also call customer service so they can be recognized on their service thank you, William and team“

“Very quaint very cute very sweet a little story we have here and the woman that was managing it took my shepsky cocoa and I with a very customer service friendly the service was top-notch show that early in the morning doing it all which I can definitely appreciate and respect I would if you're in that area definitely worth a stop in if you're into Starbucks there is no drive-thru so that's the kick in catch but again college kids it's in a perfect and very quaint little part of town that's very nice and clean

Parking: Street park8ng is how I was able to easily find dead front of the entrance but I was her first customer that morning and u haven't been there anytime other than that one. So I'm not sure how busy the parking may get but the have a medium good size lot to the side of the shop8ng strip and in the front along the street.

Kid-friendliness: Yeah just like any other Starbucks not going to be a No-No for kids to go into it's just not a big sit down with drive-thru type of Starbucks is very small and really nice and chill with Lobby in the front I definitely kid friendly but nothing for them to do in there if that be the case I'll just leave them in the car if you can it's not just be kind of bored looking at everything but I love bringing my dog in there with me so“

“This Starbucks location was such a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly, and my order was ready so fast, it’s probably the quickest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered the brown sugar oatmilk espresso and my husband ordered the summer lemonade, they were so great and tasted perfect! My kids got their favorite which are cake pops.

The inside was spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. I really loved the clean, modern feel of the store, and there was plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The landscaping out back was beautiful and made the whole place feel extra inviting. Overall, just a great experience in a great location.“

Yesterday I bought a gift card and ordered a drink and the young gentleman was extremely nice but I was overly impressed with the fact that the lady after me began asking him questions in sign language and she placed her order with him. He communicated with her and she seemed very happy to be able to talk to someone about her purchase. “I love the non dairy options. The customer service is usually awful but the good ice cream cancels it out for me each time. 🤣 They need training, they treat you as if you ordering bothers them. No smiles no greeting just tilted heads and attitude. One lady was so dismissive to us and had the nerve to make us wait while she trained two girls on milkshakes. We were like hello and she literally ignored my husband. 🤭 5 stars to the non dairy ice cream though.“

If you feel a head cold coming on or have one, the medicine ball is the best thing to get you through the day. My drink was perfect. My lemon pound cake was FRESH too!“
