It arrived at my home in Chesapeake, VA in great condition. Thank you so much. That is true customer service.“

“After participating in the Sunflower Festival, we stopped by this unfamiliar restaurant on the way home. What we discovered was a hidden gem of great food, southern hospitable service, all at a very reasonable price.

The food options were plentiful and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive.

The only regret we have is that this place isn't closer to home. But I anticipate we will return as often as we are in the area.

We encourage you to stop by enjoy. You won't be disappointed.“

“Some probably have already been here, but this was my first time eating here on the restaurant side. If you haven’t already, be sure to swing by and give them a try! That salad was HUGE but all those veggies were probably the freshest I’ve ever gotten anywhere! And those season fries/chips were made to order, so hot and fresh, and cooked right! The server was working both the restaurant side and the bar side. There were like 2 birthday parties happening over there. But she managed to work both sides, not feeling overwhelmed (or at least she didn’t let it show) and was always friendly and was smiling. What a great personality! If you’re looking for some place different, y’all swing by Don Ho's Restaurant & Lounge and give them a try!“

“My husband and I first visited The Hotel Roanoke last year for a "mini-moon" after our marriage. This year, we revisited for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. To add to the festivities, we dine our first night at The Regency Room. The food is spectacular. The music is amazing. The environment is breath taking. The service is out-of-this-world! Would like to take a moment to thank the host for his hospitality, kindness and going out of his way to make each guest feel special. The second night of our trip he saw us walk by the dining room and followed us to the elevator to say "Hello" and to "Come see him again." I am still so impressed and touched by the gesture.“

“This restaurant is one of our favorites and we visit frequently. The food is always good and the staff are always kind and attentive. The restaurant is also always clean and presentable, which we appreciate! Jess (the manager) is always so kind and is a pleasure to talk with. She made our family feel super special during lunch today and we really appreciate her kindness. Every time she is there she always has a smile and genuinely nice attitude. “Great brewpub! Facilities are well kept. Staff is friendly. It's so great they have food available, and not just a food truck. But...food was just okay. Got a Railyard Steak and Cheese in a wrap, and the Twisted Fries. Wrap was very greasy, but not really flavourful, and the fries were okay but not that hot. For the price, both should have been better. Brewery is a five star experience, but their food brings it down one star

“I usually dont dine in alone, but ordered their chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was pleasantly surprisedly the same size as the bun unlike other restaurants. The staff was very nice and polite. Inside tables and floors were kept clean even during busy lunch time.“

“I have posted before about this Applebee's before. This past trip was very good. We were seated in the bar area in a booth. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon. The hosted that seated us was very friendly and cheerful. Our server, KK, was very attentive. My wife had a drink from the bar and was very pleased with it. My nonalcoholic drink was kept filled during the entire meal. The food came out quickly, not and done to our requirements. My chicken sandwich was so large that I had as much chicken hanging off the bun as there was on it. The wifes steak was done to perfection. All in all, a very nice meal at a very nice restaurant. “I have eaten here for decades. I have never gotten a bad meal or bad service. The patrons here are mostly families and senior citizens...just good folks. This morning one of of those good folks anonymously paid for my meal. I teared up with gratitude. The fact that the person/persons did not want to be identified said a lot about his/her character. It also says a lot about the fact FA attracts Good Folks...not just for food and service but also there is good Karma here.“

“A nice place to grab a good home cooked meal. The prices were reasonable and the food came out very quickly. The waitress was very friendly and brought the check out and a refill when asked for though it was a busy time during Sunday lunch.

Parking: Free parking but it was busy and if it was really busy might have difficultly finding parking.“

“Me and my mother went to the Red Robin located in Roanoke, Virginia. Our waitress named Bambi or however you spell her name. She got my mother's order wrong after she stated what she wanted twice! She hardly checked on if we needed anything else but checked on other around us. Very very late with serving us. She was off talking to some other man that was sitting not too far with us knowing we needed service. She was also seen by me drinking alcohol and sticking it behind the bar. When she walked by and she smelt like straight alcohol, can't tell what specific but it was just terrible service. I normally have amazing service going there but after today I WILL NOT be going back for a while!! PS: she did not get a tip from either me or my mother.“

“I've been eating at Crown's Chicken for years. As an honest review I will say I do not like the chicken. As others have comnented, it has a tough texture and not a whole lot of flavor. I'm assuming it's under heat lamps for aby amount of time. However, the double cheeseburger is absolute fire. The Gyro is really good too. The fries are always hot and unsalted (though typically the drive through guy asks if I want salt + ketchup on the side. The staff is nice although I really only have interacted with the drive through operator. It's been a pleasant experience. The prices are very competitive. Id rather spend my money here than a national fast food chain.“
