“This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and exceptional customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager, who was warm, friendly, and truly wonderful. The entire team went above and beyond. They came from behind the counter to introduce themselves, took the time to engage with our children, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just customers. The desserts were absolutely scrumptious and unlike anything we've ever had. We were especially grateful that they offered delicious plant based options, which made the experience even better. This wasn't just a stop for dessert. It was an experience we'll always remember. We will definitely be back, and we hope they remember us because we certainly won't forget them. I wanted to update my review because I felt it was important to recognize Mr. Joseph and Ms. Anita. They are two of the kindest, most pleasant people I have met in a long time. My family and I were truly grateful for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine consideration of our dietary needs. They work incredibly well together, run the business with excellence, and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute joy spending time with them, and they made our entire experience even more memorable. They are a true asset to this establishment, and we look forward to seeing them again. They are absolutely worth sitting in traffic for.“

“Consistently delicious! Normally, I just go for the cookies, cronuts, and petit fours. This time we tried all things savory. We were invited to a German Christmas Market Themed party — very specific I know… Since it was a potluck, we decided to make currywurst. Heidelberg’s brats for the recipe were so good. We also grabbed their huge soft pretzel (yum) and their curry spread (double yum). Whether you go sweet or savory, you can’t go wrong. Love this bakery!“

“The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “I wanted to share an observation about my purchase this morning. When I paid, the total came to $12, which seemed a little strange to me, so I decided to check the receipt.

When I looked it over, I noticed that I had been charged $3 for a cheese roll, which I never purchased. The item I actually bought cost $1.65.

I never had this kind of issue with the previous management, so I thought it was important to bring it to your attention. I’m not saying this with any bad intentions, but rather to encourage everyone to be more careful and double-check the items being entered into the register before charging customers.

Likewise, as customers, it’s important to ask for our receipts and review them before leaving the establishment to make sure everything is correct.“

“I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“
