“This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and exceptional customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager, who was warm, friendly, and truly wonderful. The entire team went above and beyond. They came from behind the counter to introduce themselves, took the time to engage with our children, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just customers. The desserts were absolutely scrumptious and unlike anything we've ever had. We were especially grateful that they offered delicious plant based options, which made the experience even better. This wasn't just a stop for dessert. It was an experience we'll always remember. We will definitely be back, and we hope they remember us because we certainly won't forget them. I wanted to update my review because I felt it was important to recognize Mr. Joseph and Ms. Anita. They are two of the kindest, most pleasant people I have met in a long time. My family and I were truly grateful for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine consideration of our dietary needs. They work incredibly well together, run the business with excellence, and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute joy spending time with them, and they made our entire experience even more memorable. They are a true asset to this establishment, and we look forward to seeing them again. They are absolutely worth sitting in traffic for.“

“As a coffee lover, I can honestly say Shotted Coffee has the best coffee in the city. My favorite is the red velvet, it is absolutely delicious and unique. “The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. I was in a rush as I had a bus to catch and she quickly rung me up and got me a bag to hold my delicious pastries. Great customer service! “Not only is the food great, but the owner treated us like guests in his home rather than just customers. We had a larger group and showed up late for our reservation by mistake, and it was no issue at all. Yannis regaled us with stories from his life as a restaurant owner and offered us some life advice, too, haha. It's really nice that places like this exist even in random suburban corners of Virginia.

Also, the menu is large so there is something for everybody. The food came out fast and tasted great. Our group had the pork gyro, lamb gyro, vegetarian gyro, and souzoukakia. Everything was perfect.“

“I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“
