“I have been going to Best Buns for over 15 years. The bakery products are consistently wonderful across all the locations, and their service is amazing. They just proved it to me again today! One of the staff, well-trained in customer service and whose name unfortunately I did not catch, brought to a manager’s attention that this is the second time a mistake has been made on my online order. The manager, Zach, apologized but also gave me a very generous credit. Best Buns is opening a new location in Falls Church, and I’m very excited that now it will be even closer to home. Keep up the great customer service. It’s a rare pleasure these days.“

“The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “I wanted to share an observation about my purchase this morning. When I paid, the total came to $12, which seemed a little strange to me, so I decided to check the receipt.

When I looked it over, I noticed that I had been charged $3 for a cheese roll, which I never purchased. The item I actually bought cost $1.65.

I never had this kind of issue with the previous management, so I thought it was important to bring it to your attention. I’m not saying this with any bad intentions, but rather to encourage everyone to be more careful and double-check the items being entered into the register before charging customers.

Likewise, as customers, it’s important to ask for our receipts and review them before leaving the establishment to make sure everything is correct.“

“I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“

We went to a winery and I wanted to bring some desserts to share, but wanted it all individually wrapped (Covid-19 times call for a little twist on what you normally do, huh?). LaWann was awesome to work with and gave me suggestions on which desserts would work best as individuals. I ended up ordering red velvet mini bunt cakes (SO GOOD!) and heart shaped snickerdoodle cookies (I know they were good cause they were all gone by the time I went to get one!). They even had cute decorations to fit our winery bachelorette party! Keeping Strib'ble in mind for future birthdays & holidays!“
