“The food appears... lesser quantity than in DC. The biscuits were smaller, and harder. I saw no bacon. The sausage (pork or chicken) was not "week done" as with the DC restaurant. Also there wasn't any shrimp. I got there at 9:am, and was told reservations were needed. So I Sat at the bar. Def a 3.5 rating on food here“

“Almost every dish is the right choice for you. Enough choices that you will be planning your return while you enjoy your dinner. Wine list is extensive with a few inexpensive choices to add wine to your meal. The staff is well trained and engaging. They make your evening better. Of course desserts are perfect taste size to finish your night.“

Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise.
