“This location is typically WAY better than most of the other local stores. I've ate at this particular location literally my entire existence and it has ranged from 0-5 *. My mother worked here back in 1985 when I was conceived and her co-workers nicknamed me "whopper Jr." they would also joke and say that "it" happened in the parking lot. ?“

“The staff at this location is amazing! My daughter and I eat here every time she has to come to Kingsport for the doctor and we always look forward to it!“

“A decent store with decent food. Junk food but decent junk food. It's hit or miss if they'll follow your request for customization like add mustard, no mayo, or extra pickles please. Still, a decent place to eat and one of the few good local places left we don't mind supporting.“

“I've been going to this Pal's for as long as I can remember. The food and service are always excellent and a good value. The food tasted freshly made and was hot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned perfectly. It was a pretty day so we ate outside under the awning which was neat and pi ked up.“

“The atmosphere is a cozy diner atmosphere that would be un American not to love. The staff go above and beyond. The food is ok some things are better than other things but the prices match the quality of the food so I would eat here many times over. I wish they had fresh cut fries. That would be my only complaint.“

“I needed 28 meals for out of town workers helping to restore power in the area. I called and was assisted by Jared who was patient and courteous. The food was ready when promised and all 28 of our employees LOVED the food. I, personally, don’t care for fast food burgers, but this one was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the dinner so much they requested the same for lunch the very next day. 10/10 could not recommend this location and burger enough.“

“This little family owned greasy spoon is a local treasure. Excellent ice cream treats and good quality freshly made menu items. Typical of a classic mid-century drive-in the relaxed atmosphere is like a walk back in time. Make no mistake-you will not leave there with an empty stomach. The ladies at the counter are always friendly and helpful. They are patient with small kids that can't decide their ice-cream fate. Great variety. Ask about their Hamburger Steak specials.“

If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? “My pet peeve.. being pulled up to wait on my food. Being that it was only one regular roast beef, 2 sliders and a potato cake. Please stop doing that especially for small orders. I don't usually go to this location because it's inside a convenience store. But the food was good and the employees were very polite.“

“Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.“

“The Blizzards we bought were so good and cold. It really hit the spot on these hot days we have been having lately. Our food was nice and hot & fresh and tasted so great. I went thru the drive thru when I bought these meals to-go. I was in a bit of a hurry that day, but they had my order out the window to me in a flash and had me on my way fast. I was very pleased. Especially when my order was correct too. I didn't have to wait long at all for it at all. I love Dairy Queen's food, their ice cream sundaes, and all of their milk shakes. Great job Dairy Queen!!“

“Taco Bell has become my after work routine. I love stopping by and getting fresh nacho fries. I had an issue once with an employee giving me frozen fries. I guess cause I asked for them to be made fresh, he wanted to be smart. Since then, I've had nothing but amazing service! A employee named Mason goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm happy when I leave. He always has a smile on his face. You need more employees like him.“

“Every time I go here I get some kid with an attitude in the window. Always a different kid and one time they made me wait outside for them to bring me my order for over 10 minutes and there's no one behind me but Arby's always has good food and they managed to do it right.“

“This is the absolute best place to get a gluten free sub! It's also rare to have that around here. Besides Dominos with a gluten free pizza, your choices are limited. I recommend going to see them today. Food is delicious here. I chose to get oil & vinegar with my veggie sub. The spices add an extra hint of flavor. It stays busy so that's a downside. You'll have to wait a while sometimes. However, if you have allergies, it's worth it. Staff are friendly.“

The food has been consistently delicious and no problem with service. Best fries, albeit, a little salty. Quick turn around, both at drive through and walk in. We're staying close at a hotel and it's close, quick and delicious“

“I’ve lived here about a year now, let me tell you what- this area is blessed! I’ve never been to a consistently amazing Taco Bell my entire life until I found this one! Every single time I come here, the workers are SO polite! I’ve lived in a lot of different places and nothing comes close to the service you get here! Thank you all for being so awesome at your jobs! It’s always nice when I go through the drive thru and you guys are so personable, funny, and charismatic! I can’t say enough good things about this location! “Hardee's is one of our favorite places to go for breakfast and at this particular location it's not always the greatest food but more so the workers and the atmosphere. We love taking our 1 year old daughter here the staff are so amazing with her and the little gathering of older gentlemen makes our visit worth it every time. she just talks their heads off and they get a kick out of it it occupies her long enough for us to finish our food and it makes their day as much as it makes hers. She gets so excited when we pull in and she sees that big yellow star haha“
