“I've waited a long time for a close by Chinese takeout style place, and I was very happy to see Pau's open. The crab rangoons are delicious, and the General Tso chicken was perfect. My friend loved the shrimp fried rice and the wonton soup. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu! ( I do wish there was a larger bubble tea selection, especially as I prefer popping boba or jelly to the usual tapioca, but that's not a serious failing lol)“

We ordered takeout and had the sesame beef, beef & broccoli, orange chicken, and sweet & sour crispy chicken which was included for free! The ingredients were high quality and prepared with care, the sauces were amazing, and there were incredible textures throughout each dish. Everything that you'd want to be crispy was crispy, everything that you'd want to be tender was tender. The beef in the beef & broccoli was so soft and juicy it basically melted in my mouth. “This is literally one of the best restaurants in the area! They are always super nice and efficient. I have mostly done take out but when you dine in they are just as lovely. I highly recommend the sizzling rice soup which is a very hard to find dish, the broth is so good it feels like it heals you, not to mention the generous meat and vegetables inside it. Honestly I want to get promoted at my job more so I have more money to spend on yummy meals like the ones from here!“

“It's hard to find good food at an affordable price and Gim Wah delivered for our group of four. While most people ate at the bar we sat in the dining room and had a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food came out at a good pace and was cooked to perfection. The Mongolian Beef and Sweet and Sour Chicken were the stars of the show.

If you want a nice spread of Chinese food in the Magnolia area that leaves your stomach and wallet happy I can think of a better spot.“
