“The food at this restaurant is extremely delicious, and I highly recommend trying the braised noodles! Be prepared for a long wait time, as this place is quite popular. Dining here requires a bit of self-service, so be ready to take care of some things on your own. Despite the wait and the self-service aspect, the fantastic flavors and quality of the dishes make it all worthwhile. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal if you have some patience and are ready for a bit of a hands-on experience.“

“I went in semi naive to what was on the menu. Nothing stands out. You order at the counter. Understand that the dishes are larger to feed 2-3 people and their are no sides. Meaning if you like rice with your Asian cuisine it will be extra. Not realizing the size of the dishes I ordered 5 things and 2 sodas and a beer and 2 sides of rice which are small 1 person small and I spent with tip close to 140$+
It is in a strip mall so this is not meant to be fancy. Think small cafeteria style. Of the dishes the on that stood out for me was the chili shrimp. Otherwise pretty generic stuff. Beef had a diffrent texture to it that didn't suit me well. But if your into Asian cuisine make your own opinion. I more then likely won't go back. Quality of food for the money not a win for me.“

“We ordered beef pho and bun. Both were well made and flavorful. The pho was a little on the salty side but otherwise tasty. The presentation of the food was excellent. They have a very large menu so I hope to return to try a few more things. Service was fast and friendly. Interior get a bit dated but otherwise clean.“

“Amazing. Michelin 3 star food and environment for basically McDonald's prices.
Listened to the lady (whom I assume is the owner) when she talk to the other tables. She offered 3 separate tables mango sticky rice and they all said no. We asked her to get us one, and it was THE BEST MANGO STICKY RICE EVER.“

“Atmosphere is very spacious and doesn’t feel crammed. Very attentive service and amazing pho. The main star are the eggrolls! Best egg rolls i’ve ever eaten and i’ve eaten so many of them. I recommend everyone try them when you come here!“

“Parking: small shared lot.
Atmosphere: diner like setting with booths and upbeat music playing from the back corner.
Service: wait to be seated, scan menu, place order via your mobile device and send to kitchen.
Menu: photos and titles only, no descriptions.
Seaweed Salad: generous amount of long, cold strands of seaweed with chili oil. Spicy but cooling. Refreshing cold spice that does not linger. My tongue liked it. :)“

“Seattle’s famous Tianfu Chunqiu Sichuan Restaurant
The taste is pretty good. I especially recommend the pickled fish.
But the portion in a big pot is really big!
It’s very filling for 2 people~
I also ordered a fried lotus root dish with green beans.“

“This is the best pho restaurant on the East side. The pho broth is always hot and delicious, and it doesn't make me thirsty with water afterwards like other places do. The service is fast and no frill, just like what you would expect at a typical Asian restaurant.“

“This is a take-out counter at the Crossroads Mall in Bellevue. Terrific and friendly service and excellent fresh-made food.
Vegetarian options: They offer Tofu (bean curd) as one of the protein options and veggie as well of course.“

“There are a lot of pho places in Bellevue and the Eastside. This place beats anything in the Bellevue area for Chicken Pho (Pho Ga). The key is their broth - Slightly spicy, umami and an extremely deep flavor profile.Very popular lunch spot, so expect a line most days.“

“Food was pretty good and tasty, we got the potato noodle with non spicy broth and mild spicy broth. Both of the broths were rich in flavor. The intestine was really good and had the right amount of chewiness. The portion is also just right. As someone who usually eats a lot, I left the restaurant pretty full and satisfied. The price is also fair. Would definitely recommend coming here for a quick and easy meal.
The only complaint I have is that the place might not be super clean (but it's also not dirty).“

“I came here for a quick bite in between my studying (SAT prep). I walked past this place a lot on my way to other restaurants so I decided to give it a try. I’m pretty sure this is a family run restaurant (I thought it was pretty cool you don’t see a lot of them in bellevue). I got the beef noodle soup which is one of my favorite dishes and it was amazing. They prepared it in about 5-10 minutes. The noodles were the right softness and the broth, while on the lighter side, was also amazing. The beef had a lot of flavor and it was also cooked very well (not too chewy). It was the perfect amount of spice: you could taste it, but it didn’t overwhelm the overall flavor. Very good and would come back.“

“Love this place! Each time I've gone it's delicious. They have a really good combination plate that I split with a friend and it's enough to feed both of us! Delicious tea too. Plus the guy who works there is always happy and nice , highly recommend!“

“- HmmMM spicy vegan ramen and panna cotta -
Food: 4 stars
Service: 4 stars
Ambiance: 3 stars
Price: 3 stars
Overall: 3.5 stars
We came here a bit before 6pm but there was only one group of customers. We sat down and ordered quickly. The menu looks the same as last time since they got a new owner back then (it's been a while though).
I got the spicy creamy vegan ramen ($19.8) with low sodium, and hubby got the Jinya Tonkotsu black ($19.8) with low sodium and firm noodles. I ordered the vegan ramen because it's the #1 most ordered on door dash for some reason... I need to find out why it's popular!!
Our food came after 10 minutes, and they look good. I initially thought the broth was too spicy, but the more I eat it and mix the soup, the less spicy it gets. In the end, I enjoyed the broth a lot. Though I was hoping it'd come with meat instead of tofu since I don't think tofu goes well with ramen, and I also wish my noodles were a bit more firm as well.
They took a while to redeem my dessert plate for my birthday, but they have good attitude and I really didn't mind waiting. They also made sure I got points for our food today as well.
The dessert plate was the panna cotta with a chocolate mochi ice cream (est. $9.25). I didn't really care about the mochi ice cream, but the panna cotta was good. The caramel cream sauce was a bit too sweet but not overwhelming. I enjoyed it a lot.
They started to fill up when we leave around 6:30 pm. I think this is a good dining experience and definitely sign up for their loyalty program if you haven't already. I believe their ramen is more expensive than other places, but the dessert plate was good.“
