“Best bakery in the state!“

“Went in around 11 am on a Friday, no line and still some donuts. The lady immediately greeted me, I got a raised glazed and a cheese danish. The raised glazed was fluffy, covered in glaze, and moist. It was delicious. The cheese danish was a little drier than what I’m used to but had good flavor. It was a little over $7. They had a couple of small tables in the corner if you wanted to sit and eat.“

“I used to work here. I was fired over diagnosed mental health issues. I've been beat unconscious many times I have memory problems as a result. I forgot to set the timer and burned a tray of pies. The owner has a huge temper. There were times he refused to come out of the office and talk to customers Last I knew it's illegal to fire some one for diagnosed mental health issues. “I'd never seen half of their breads at other bakeries. She helped me find what I wanted. Very friendly. I got like 12 different breads. Too many to name all. But included croissant, conchas, chocolate dipped and regular orejas, and more. ALL were delicious!“

“This place was incredible! So unabashedly Parisian, from the staff to the ambiance and the menu choices. We ordered a few breakfast items, all of which were delicious. “Beautifully prepared and delicious food.
Stopped by this morning to load up on pastries for family that was visiting, got a few tea cakes and donuts some savory treats like the gruyere and shallots croissants and tried some new things with the miso caramel cookie.
Everything that we got was flavorful and well-cooked.
The lobby is bright and open and I love all of the different plants. When I went the line was wrapped out the door and I was concerned it would take forever but staff had things moving quickly and smoothly without making me feel rushed.
Definitely recommend checking this place out!“

“My husband was sweet enough to wake up at 6:30 to walk 20 minutes to the pike place area to pick us up some pastries after I had been influenced by Instagram. This place did not disappoint! The stone fruit croissant/pastry and the berry cheesecake pastry were a total surprise! The strawberries & cream croissant was sweet and yummy and the croissants were delish too. All in all amazing.“
