“This is by far the best taco truck I’ve ever eaten at!!! There are so many options, especially for vegetarians- their veggie tacos and mulitas are so delicious and flavorful! Normally it can be hard to find a taco truck with a truly delicious veggie taco, but this truck seasons their veggies really nicely and has a full blend of potatoes, mushroom, onions, and bell peppers that make the tacos super filling and SO tasty!!! Their salsas are also really yummy. I highly recommend paying a visit here!! Very vegetarian / vegan friendly and so worth it!“

“We saw the food truck at lunchtime so decided to stop and try something new. We got the fried chicken torta, a side of fries and elote (corn). Our total for all was $28. It was served in about 6 minutes, and it was delicious! We really enjoyed the food. We would return again in the future.“

“Came here for taco Tuesday ($1.50 tacos) and got 3 tacos for $5, hard to beat that deal in Washington especially when the tacos are so good. And I mean really good, extremely tender and flavorful. Who I assume is the owner interupt ed and said, “Not just a Burger The Best Burger.” I asked if they had Gluten Free buns. They did! So we ordered Black N Blu burgers and fries. And what a Burger!!! It REALLY was the best burger we have ever had. So good. And the fries are like Dick’s but better. This is a not be missed place.“

I've added sour cream and got less than teaspoon in a huge burrito. Other than that, I love this truck and will keep coming back because it is delicious and convenient! “Today, I had my long time favorite, the purple falafel wrap, at the Ballard farmers market after almost two years and it was just as yummy as I remember it… they make the best falafels in the greater seattle area… crispy outside, moist and cooked inside… and that lovely purple slaw 😋. “An absolute must try for anyone who even vaguely enjoys mexican food. I get an adobada burrito with a diet coke every tuesday for lunch and it is a highlight of my week. The burrito is imo the best ive ever had, and i used to live in LA! The tortilla, the quality and ratio of the fillings, the delicious meat, it all comes together to create an experience that cheers me up for the rest of the day no matter how rough the morning was. The staff of course are polite and professional and the service is always quick, definitely deserving of a hefty tip. The sitting area is clean, comfortable, indoors, and with enough space that ive never had to wait for a table. Quality control is top notch, with every burrito coming out the same every time ive ordered. If there ever was a perfect food truck, this is it. I know im glazing them so hard it might sound like this is a fake review, but i promise that im a real person with high standards for my burritos at that, check my other google reviews if you dont believe me. “I've been going to Taqueria El Asadero for over 12 years. During that time, I've tried several other taco trucks, and recently, there's been a few opening up on Rainier Avenue, which I did try. While these have good food, they don't come close to El Asadero's delicious food. They don't even compare. I've tried many of their dishes over the years which all have been so good with great quality. The birria burrito, though, is my all time favorite. The only criticism I had in the past was the amount of fat in the birria (which never stopped me from ordering it). Though, in the last year or two, I've noticed that has changed. I'm rarely picking fat out of the meat. So, if you are looking for a Taco truck with the most delicious food and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend you go to El Asadero. You won't regret it.“

“I ordered 2 tamales, one red one green, a mesquite, and chicken nachos. By far my favorite nachos, the chips are homemade and were fresh. The chicken had good flavor and seasonings. The tamales taste like the kind my Mom and Tias used to make and had good flavor. The mesquite was prepared very well, a good sized portion and again tasted authentic. I would recommend and can't wait to eat there again.“

“Best taco truck chicken around. Good taco chicken is a lacking skill in the PNW. This place knocks it out of the park with well flavored, juicy, tender, shredded chicken. I’ve tried almost all the meats here and the chicken is on top. Burritos are rocking with default bonus accoutrements stuffed inside like FRESH avocado and pickled jalapeños. Available side salsa are meh, but completely unnecessary, tacos and burritos are great as-is. Taco meat ranking IMO: Pollo, Carnitas, cabeza, leguna, asada, al pastor.“

“I took a chance and ordered 10 bean and cheese pupusas to go. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I have been going to another Salvadorian restaurant in the past. I always use my own salsa so I chose not to get their salsa or their veggies. When I got home I was very happy with my order.“
