“I have a soft spot for this place as it was the place of my first date with my now fiancé, the service is always top tiered and I love the throwback music that's playing that gives me a sense of nostalgia. If I'm being honest, the food there is very good but it is astronomically over priced and they don't even give you a large amount for the price you pay which is why I don't really come here often. I've been to other restaurants who give bigger entrees, more variety and reasonably priced that have had better food. I ordered the corn guacamole to start, for two it's a small helping but it was very good. As my entree I ordered the ravioli bianco and my fiancé ordered a burger, they were both very good but the amount was pretty scant, especially given my dish cost around $34. Not a bad place to eat at all but you are going to be paying some pretty steep prices dining here.“
“A unique, fun, friendly indie wrestling bar. Good place to watch live televised wrestling or just hang out for a beer. Not a great food menu, but there is a good happy hour beer special 6-8. They air televised "live" wrestling at 8 instead of 5, so be there by 8! This is a truly one-of-a-kind gem.“
“Mays is the real deal. She imported rose wood and teak paneling from her native Thailand. The dishes are part of her heritage. The menu is an adventure and the servers are knowledgeable and very attentive. It's best to get reservations. Check the hours of operation. In my opinion in the top three Thai restaurants in the Seattle area.“
“We stopped in on a whim. Nice, clean restaurant. Service was attentive and nice. We originally were just going to get a drink, but we saw the colombian empanadas on the menu and wanted to try, along with the flan. The empanadas reminded us of some we got in Colombia, so delicious with a nice crunch. The sauce they have on the side is also very delicious. The flan was good. The passion fruit margarita was delicious, it was made with mezcal so added a different note to it. We will definitely be back!“
“Great bar food menu and surprisingly good table service. Usually bars that serve food either require you to order at the bar or have long waits. The waitress was attentive and took our orders quickly once we sat down.My friends and I shared the Brisket Nachos, Fish & Chips, Chicken Wings, and then both dessert offerings (flourless chocolate cake and fruit cobbler). One of my friend's loves the nachos, but I especially liked the coleslaw that came with the Fish & Chips and the cobbler.I've been here in the summer and their back patio is a great place to grab lunch on a sunny day. It's surprisingly private and quiet because of the surrounding fence.“
“Their weekend brunch is great! My favorite is shrimp & grits with a prickly pear mimosa. A lot of people come dressed up, looking their best. If you wear jeans and barely brushed your hair it’s still ok, just know it’s kinda fun to spruce up a bit for weekend brunch at Classic Eats.“
“We absolutely love this place! The location is incredibly convenient and accessible, they always have an excellent selection of beers, and they have a welcoming, inclusive, friendly environment - even in the face of some nasty bigotry. We will do everything we can to continue patronizing this business to make sure they keep thriving!“
“Sports bar vibe. Pool tables and a couple of pinball machine and I think electric darts too. Bartenders were super fun and the locals that put up with me chatting and teasing (you know who you are Mr Bonjovi Karaoke!) made my day. Chicken wings nailed it and the Dragon style sauce was great, I didn't even touch the side of blue cheese when I scarfed them down. NOTE - They DO NOT have Karaoke! But other fun trivia and open mic night events“
“The drinks were amazing, the service was amazing, we let the bartender make us random drinks we just said what we liked about a drink or desired in a drink and they really made some amazing drinks for us. The food was great, and really felt they set the bar for a night out, getting drinks and desert.“
“Great little neighborhood bar in West Seattle with a wide selection that includes a bunch of gf beers, ciders, and meads (as well as normal beers and wine). The staff is very friendly and it's a neat atmosphere. The inside is modeled after a Scottish pub. The outside is a quirky biergarten.“
“Been reading about this burger for months now, and I finally willed myself to go down there to check it out. I had the double tavern and the chili fries. I’ll start with the fries, crispy and hand cut. The chili and was great and the sour cream and scallions were a nice touch. Huge portions though so they’re great for sharing. Now the burger, I had moderate expectations based off reviews and pictures. I always leave establishments disappointed when I have higher expectations so I came in with an open mind. I decided to dine in because all food tastes better when it’s Hot and fresh, and it was just that. The meat was cooked perfectly, the cheese melted all the way through, and the sauce was nice and light. The onions gave it a nice kick as well. It was very good. Beware, although it is a double, it is kind of small, so you can definitely kill a couple of them before you start feeling full. It’s really good overall, and I’ll definitely put it in my top burgers in Seattle (probably right next to The Red Mill.) These burgers were also a nice change of pace to fast food burgers, more expensive and the fries are extra but really worth it if you want just a nice, juicy, messy burger. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu items.“
“This place is awesome. I love coming here. I love their liquor selection and I also love their pizza. The calzones are really good too. It's a good vibes and good times every time I'm here and a very friendly staff. I can't pinpoint how many times I've been here but of course I always get a pizza and some beers. I'm so happy this place is still around even during the pandemic.“
“Awesome retro arcade bar! Forest and Joe are cool fellas! Always with excellent customer service and the atmosphere here is just simply fun! They also so a great job on updating their arcade machines, if one no longer functions, they'll try to fix it or replace it with another game.“
“Lots of bar seating, with a busy dining room and great central views of the SeaTac runways. In the main concourse just inside security gate 3. Great friendly service from the bartenders, and food runners. As a tequila drinker, Salty's is the only spot I've seen top shelf like Clase Azul and Don Julio 1942. Needless to say, my spicy Bloody Maria's hit the spot.“
“One of my absolute favorite bars in the area... What sucks is that I only get there once a year to celebrate a fantastic birthday celebration. I need to rectify that and get there more often... The service is always friendly, fast and good. Really nice selection of draft beers... They have a good food menu selection. Nothing unique. Just good bar food. Sandwiches are always tasty.“
“Great night at the pre opening party at Tim’s Tavern. Staff was on point, friendly! Drinks were good and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend going! Live music and many large screens to watch the M’s game tonight! Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Coco joes Is the best place to go for great bar food they have the best chicken strips and waffle fries all bartenders that work there are always friendly quick with Service and make great drinks all three karaoke DJs are wonderful humans and the people there always friendly“
“Stopped by with a couple of friends for the ska brunch - fun crowd of locals and food was actually pretty decent. This is definitely a dive bar and expectations should be held accordingly but would 100% go back to catch a show or just do some people watching over a cold drink.“
“I love Max's triangle. Ashley is the best bartender in White Center! She makes the best martinis, and the owner has this secret recipe for pudding shots that's unmatched! The karaoke is badass, and you have to get the crispy chicken salad if you go for dinner. It is so clean and the vibe is low key and chill.“
“The Santa Fe hamburger is amazing very good quality and flavor thanks for made me a great hamburgerVegetarian options: Veggie sandwich with multigrain bread Is so good mayo lettuce tomato onion and avocado yum yumParking: Safe private parking only costumers“
“We ate here late at night at the happy hour, the menu had good choices and the chicken tacos were really good. The waitresses and customer service is really good. I would highly recommend the street tacos and the guacamole. The bar area can get a bit loud with some customers. But overall, it was a good experience.“
“Bought a $100 gift card for my Father for Christmas. Can't wait for him to tell me about his first experience . My wife and I enjoyed individual flights last night, seated on the vintage looking green valour settee. The Bigger Bodies Reds. Each was amazing and it was a tough choice of which to choose for a glass. New World was the flight my wife enjoyed. Next I had a glass of the Blesoe. Two of our friend couples came so we became six. Each of them enjoyed a flight or glass. The staff was informative, super friendly and hospitable. We will certainly return, great meeting spot and The Spar is across the street;). The only suggestion is filtered water please as the water provided tasted to my wife & I like tap water.“
“This is the most humbling place you could ever eat in the food is extremely delicious and satisfying to the soul the taste is amazing the Atmosphere is amazing I Give praise to the young man who told me where to eat I met at the Airport in Seattle to the owner and your family much blessings from Jah Rastafaria mother of LoveVegetarian options: From the yams to the greens to the little beans everything was good delicious“
“Super cool, super casual spot. They open the large doors so people can pick from a table inside or out. Sometimes their site won't load but you can use the menu in Google. We all got a round of margaritas which were fine, nothing too special. Drinks were between 10-15 before tip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do want to try more and enjoy thr atmosphere (spooky objects and a screen playing horror movies!!) Again. Just note they do take cards seriously- if they don't like something about it then they won't count it and won't serve you, even if it is legal. Still a good spot and a good Seattle staple.“
“Came here on a Saturday night and the place was super laid back. No having to fight your way through the crowd to get from point A to point B. Karaoke from 8-Midnight. Karaoke host has years of experience as well as the bartender. Overall a great experience“
“Came here for DJ brunch. It’s the first Saturday of the month and a vibe. Queer friendly. Would five stars this place, but veggie options weren’t great. The food I did order was delish. The bartender was slammed and was still awesome. Would go back again.“
“Please do not come here. It's my bar, not yours. This is the best thing we have in Burien and I do not want you here to ruin what we have. Such a welcoming and wonderful place where people off all types can just be themselves. Do no come here as we are too busy! You should really come here if you are in Burien as I would enjoy chatting with you. Just don't take my spot. The HOB is the best! And Deuce is the bestest. Hey friends!“
“On a night where I wanted good food, good environment, and some fun interactions, this has become one of my favorite new places. The food is excellent. Definitely did not expect this level of quality out of this place. It's a bar putting out high class food for a fair price. Definitely worth checking it out.“
“Our room was nice and clean. Great overnight location because we needed to get to the airport early and they offer 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Best part??? They have a bar and restaurant downstairs, so we did not have to worry about where to eat.“
“Great (large) neighborhood dive bar that is actually a REAL dive. Pool tables, high boyz, bar flies, the whole nine yards. You could be just about anywhere in the US. The burger and tots really hit the spot and the draft beer was cold. Friendly people around that seemed to know when you want to be left alone or chat them up.“
“As a child, in the late 70s, I remember my mother bringing me to the Rainbow Cafe to eat. One of our friends, Johnny Giggis, was the cook back then. My fiance and I still eat there today. The food is still as good as it always was and not overpriced and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. I'm happy to see that the Rainbow Cafe is still going strong. There are not many of the good old restaurants left in Auburn, Washington. Auburn has changed a lot and it certainly hasn't been for the better. I Highly Recommend the Rainbow Cafe to all who love great food‼️“
“When the chile relleno is right, I’ve found that the rest of the menu is pretty good, too. No discounts for military or seniors but the service and presentation offset a one star demerit. There should be a yes/no button added below for discounts. I tend to favor the venues with discounts. If I had known beforehand, we may not have selected this restaurant.“
“My family has 5 generations that have eaten at this restaurant. Everyone is always very kind and patient. They always have the same menu but have specials. Usually, 10 or so items on it are often seasonal. Salad with Roquefort dressing and no limit buttery bread with your meal is amazing. You can reserve 2 dining areas, sit in the main area or bar. Sometimes, the food needs a little seasoning, but I imagine that may be due to the older crowd that often eats there. The open kitchen gives a sort of welcoming atmosphere that a lot of restaurants don't have anymore. Please go and try.“
“I'm new to the Renton area still exploring great Asian cuisine in the area. This is by far the best Japanese restaurant I have been to. The family is so nice, the food, atmosphere, and feng shui to this place is comfortable and cozy. If you need to destress during lunch or dinner in Renton, go to them! You also get to learn more Japanese words and they encourage you to communicate in Japanese with them (on the menu there is a list of common phrases). They are a small and wonderful operation. The woman at the front who hosts/serves/cooks not only does it all but she does so quickly. I love them, I will see them again with friends soon!“
“Oh My Goodness So Much Fun Place ever.! I be there Saturday Night with my husband and friends. 1 hour and half. Drink 2 beers and 2 water bottles total is $55.00 we can sing the Korean songs and American pop songs. My husband didn’t trust me when he been here before the Private room and can sing a karaoke. When he saw this Karaoke room and he was singing super duper fun and happy. He asked to me go there again lol. Birthday party, celebration, whatever you want Just go and singing.! The owner guy and lady are so kind and sweet.“
“We like the ever-changing craft beverage menu and the variety of food items. I've had the Jamaican Rice Bowl twice recently - once with prawns and once with chicken. It was very flavorful both times. My only complaint and it's tiny, is we ordered coffee at the end of the meal and it was lukewarm at best. On a busy Saturday night, I didn't want to bother the server who I'm sure would have replaced it if I'd asked.“
“Cool place! Went early in thr afternoon before it got crowded. Drinks were made quickly. Pretty good, with fun options. Fries were delicious and shared easily in a group setting. Definitely need to go back and take another chance at the night life plus the brunch.“
“After flight delays when returning home internationally, our ride arrangement fell through. We went in here with a great deal of luggage at midnight, to wait for a family member to come pick us up. We were thankful for their 24 hour service!! They secured our luggage in a closet, and we were able to be seated at the bar. It was a lively place even at midnight, with large parties coming in to dine well after midnight. The service was good enough. The food was okay as expected for how busy they were.“
“I have not been to the Bahama breeze in years. I had a good experience with my friend. The food was great, service was good but not great, drinks were delicious. I would definitely go back in the near future.Parking: It's in a mall parking lot so I am sure during the holidays it would be full. But plenty of parking when I visited.Kid-friendliness: Lots of exciting foods and drinks. Cool environment for kids.“
“Vegan options are delicious, flavorful, healthy, high protein. Get the vegetarian combination plate. We went in late at night while it's more of a local hangout at the bar with loud music. Friendly, helpful people. Served very quickly. Clean. Outside does not look inviting, but go on in!Vegetarian options: Usually all vegetarian labeled options are also vegan. There is a section on the menu. I like the combo plate with 5-6 items.Parking: Lot next to buildingWheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be, might be one step. Wide door, easy inside. Not sure about restroom“
“Just WOW! I haven't been to Auburn golf course in like 22 years. Wish I would have brought my sticks! This place looks gorgeous! The clubhouse is really nice and food and service was fantastic. Went on a Saturday night.. they had live music?? Group called Phase 5.. super fun.“
“Absolutely have fallen in love with this place! Was looking for something new and different SeaTac area. Typed in best bar food and this place popped up. Little hard to find but so well worth it! Portions are huge for appetizers, food is yummy and drinks are worth their price! Will be coming here again before we fly out!!“
“Wife and I stopped her for her birthday dinner. Great food and great service? I thought that didn't exist post-shutdown.Here it does. Not only does great service still exist, but the manager on duty is visibly taking care of his staff. He stepped in when our server was starting to get overwhelmed, and helped him out until he could give the server a break.Eating a meal here felt like we were a guest seated on someone veranda.Thank you for the service and the meal. We'll be back.“
“I have seen this place advertised a few times across some of the social media sites. So we finally decided to give them a try. It was great. Really good space and a bit of a remembrance to the original space. A tin forming metal shop back in the 1930s and now a sharp little bar with attached theatre space. They make a dang good cocktail. Located in old Burein, they are worth a visit.“
“The food is great and the drinks are nice and strong. There is a nice selection of beer as well. I love the purveyors of this establishment so much that I couldn't call them staff. Also, just a note, karaoke is no longer offered at this location, and there are no foreseeable future dates.“
“Great vibe, great music, great employees!!! And let's not talk about the food!!! My first time in, I had a Reuben with fries. 10, 10,10!!!! Alicia, Gina and Bruno the chef were amazing. I am a foodie am a tough critic. Thank you Bruno!!! I will be back and telling my friends. Congratulations Sean (sp) the owner, you have a gold mine!!“
“This place seems to have gotten an overhaul I got the boneless wings which were pretty dang good seems to have rather fair prices but I didn't get a chance to try much of the menu but a good little gambling place if you're sick and muckleshoot for sure“
“Hubby wanted to try something different so we decided to explore beyond our Burien bubble. This place is a gem. We shared the pear and gorgonzola salad. They split it to two plates which was nice. We also had the Pompeii but added sausage. The sausage is delicious.I saved room for dessert and we had the Nutella calazone. If you love Nutella as I do, well worth the calories. It is so good. Save room.Service was great. As said, a gem in Des Moines.“
