Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. Katana is consistently reliable to serve good food, but this time we had especially amazing service as well. I highly recommend katana for a family celebrating a special occasion!”

“It is an absolute hidden gem!!! Food is outstanding! The way they seasoned meat and grilled it did not require any sauce or even a steak knife for it, even though they provided it. We ordered Pichana, grilled pineapple and Parotta Madurai, everything was so delicious! I even saved some to share with my boss and his wife, who runs well-known cured meat business in Seattle, and they smacked, enjoyed each bite of it! We definetely going back to experience more food they have and chat with a super friendly and knowledgable owner!”

“We have been passing this little restaurant Everyday everyday and finally heard some good feedback about the food. After trying many restaurants, very disappointing. We tried this place and it was amazing. The menu is so big and so many choices. I wanted to order one of everything. the waiter I wish I would have caught his name. I'm sure he owns it or is there every day, very friendly , very polite worked with me on my drink of choice , not knowing there was alcohol in it, traded it in with no problem. Just five stars all the way around. I really wanted to try dessert but I didn't have room. That will be the next visit. The only downfall , the only bad thing I have to say is , I live way too close.”

“We will definitely be back. We’ve been here a few times but this evening didn’t start perfectly as we ordered normal medium pep and a large salad. Food came out fast but the pep was a thin crust.
I asked about it, if the pizza had changed or something and the guy (didn’t catch his name but he was cool about it) said he totally made the wrong pie by accident. He made a normal pie for us right away. So slow start, great finish!
The sauce is always good here, cheese has a good pull, so an all around good pizza.”

Got my free drinks tonight I wanted a spiced vanilla chai with a little extra spiced chai for that month and it basically tastes like warmed with the splash of try chai.

“Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.”

Prices are more reasonable than any crappy fast food option (cheeseburgers $6.49) and the burgers are actually homemade. We will choose Nicks over almost any other option when we eat out, and we have quite a drive to get there! So highly recommend this place!”

OMG, the flavor of the Blue Cheese Bacon, the Cubano, and the Chicken Little sandwich’s were all LOADED exciting mouth watering flavors like I’ve never experienced before, and the quality is excellent. The fries are delightful, delivered hot and crispy, with either with chimmychurry sauce or without, but they come in a leakproof paper box which is intended to keep them hot, but it needs to be vented or the heat of the fries steams themselves and the go soft rather quickly. I live thirty miles away from Bao Boss, so I can’t wait until I’m in the area again. I want to try everything on their menu. They have some cosmetic issues outside that need to be addressed and that could turn off a lot of people, but be bold and try them out, you will not be sorry.”

The food was good, and we both enjoyed having a Huckleberry scrub (a mocktail sipping drink) made with local ingredients. This is a wonderful place to go and just "be." There is no hurry and you can relax and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and conversation around you. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will definitely be back!”

A week later still not refunded and no one will return the call. Absolutely terrible experience!”

Stopped into Tacos & Beer in Everett and had a really great experience. The place has an awesome vibe—casual, lively, and the kind of spot you want to hang out for a while.
We ordered the shrimp ceviche and the shrimp quesadilla, and both were fantastic. The ceviche was super fresh and bright with great citrus flavor, and the shrimp quesadilla was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was just as good as the food—good music, friendly service, and a relaxed energy that makes it a fun place to grab a meal.
Definitely recommend if you’re in Everett and craving good Mexican food. We’ll be back.”

I also tried the pink rose cocktail, which was a delightful complement to the meal. The location is fantastic, right next to the water with plenty of parking. I had a wonderful visit to this Applebee's and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and inviting the atmosphere was—even the bathrooms were absolutely pristine, which says a lot about how well this location is managed.
The food was amazing, but what truly set this visit apart was the service:
Kaitlyn, our waitress: She was incredible! She was friendly, professional, and impressively quick. Her positive energy made the whole dining experience so much better.
Management: It was such a nice touch to see the manager still coming around to the tables to check in on guests. You don't see that everywhere anymore, and it makes you feel valued as a customer.

“Long ago there used to be a French bakery in the same location. They were amazing. Imagine my shock to see that is now a sushi place and that they had all you can eat! Dove right in. First of all the value is there if you want to eat a lot of sushi and don’t care if it is made correctly. However the calamari side was super burnt (over fried), the wasabi is not real, and there is more sugar added to things than should be. The sugar is why I don’t recommend. I am guessing that it is this way because it is in an area that can get away with it. At first I thought might be worth the drive. But when you also factor we were on a date and the lady got upset that we didn’t want to sit at the counter but a table. Then was super grumpy and rude to us the whole experience. Pretending as well at our table she didn’t speak English well, yet did fine elsewhere. I was tempted to tell her in Spanish her attitude was as awful as the calamari was over cooked. But decided she could continue thinking whites and Asians don’t speak Spanish. Chose to be the bigger person in the moment and regret it, so be prepared if you get a heavy set Mexican lady. Was not helpful with pretending not to speak English well when our first time there and wanted to verify how things worked. 36.95 per person + tip (which gave 24% because is not the chefs fault she was a pain). For the same cost the two of us could have eaten quality sushi and not just been full, but also have had a better experience. Overall I don’t recommend this place. Mill Creek has a better sushi place by far, without the all you can eat gimmick. If you go take note of the bottom of the menu. You will find rule about waste and being charged for it, as well as eat all rice. We had a couple rolls that the end pieces were missing much of any substance and were mostly rice. The wrapping on the rolls was pretty loose, meaning they were a pain to pickup with chopsticks and falling apart everywhere (however we went in the after dinner rush and could have just been tired so kept that in mind when calculating tip).”

We ordered the shrimp ceviche and the shrimp quesadilla, and both were fantastic. The ceviche was super fresh and bright with great citrus flavor, and the shrimp quesadilla was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was just as good as the food—good music, friendly service, and a relaxed energy that makes it a fun place to grab a meal.

For that price difference you should notice a difference in the serving size. Bigger or different packaging would help.
The nuggets are real chicken the same as tenders but chopped up. It's a good value. We will be back a lot if they can get the packaging and fries on point”
