The website said “choose from either our five-course tasting menu or our regular menu”. We arrived for our 1:30 reservation, were seated late and then told only the brunch menu was available. :(“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!“

“I was in town for a special event, I haven't been here before and was amazed with every aspect of my experience. our server Charles was utterly fabulous. he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. he made it feel like we were old friends. the steaks were perfectly cooked. I am 4 and 1/2 years sober, and to go out and enjoy an exquisite meal and only drink water can be a drag, but you all had an amazing selection of mocktails, my partners and I enjoyed immensely. I enjoyed that plate very much. the sauce pairs with the duck very well. it's fork licking good. the carbonara I didn't care for, I didn't finish it. it didn't taste quite balanced. also my pasta was under cooked. I checked to see if maybe I was given buccatini on accident but no, it was just underdone spaghetti. overall, I'll try it again. my experience I think was good for a first visit“

“TLDR: Food was increadible, felt very rushed and unwelcome by the staff.

My wife and I made a reservation and got 12 sushi + 18 sashimi and a bottle of sake to share. The food was increadible and came very quickly. There were many tables empty when we arrived and plenty still empty when we left. From the time we arrived to when we finished eating was maybe 30 min. It felt like after we paid they were trying to rush us out, really weird vibe. We sat for another 15 min finishing our water and left, having stayed for under an hour.“

“I have been looking for a vegan bakery that can do carrot cake since that is my favorite. I ordered the chocolate cake and the carrot cake and bother were excellent. They are very sweet so the small size cake is enough :) The bakery itself is super cute.“
