“My second time doing to Willy’s and it’s a 5 star pizza place. I ordered right when they opened. The wait time was 45 min. I went up at about 35 min and saw 2 pizzas sitting in the pickup area. Turned out they were mine and it was done early. Would have been nice to know that rather than let them sit there. As for the pizza it’s awesome. Today I had a NY style cup & char (pepperoni pizza) and it’s so good. I also tried a new crust today the Detroit style crust with pepperoni, sausage and hot honey. It was super good. Super thick crust with cheese and all the toppings. What i didn’t know was Detroit was sauce on the top! Oh what a surprise but oh so good!! I’d definitely get it again!“

If you’re ever in the area, make sure to check it out. It was so good to be with the family and finish up some details for today’s big event.“

One big issue I had was a stupid 5% fee that goes straight to the restaurant which I refuse to support business that use this tactic. I will go back one day but not a place I will frequent.

“There are places that claim to make good sandwiches. Valhalla makes great sandwiches. I have had two competitors sandwiches this week and I was so disappointed. Valhalla puts out a product that’s swings way above its price point. They put “gourmet” in gourmet sandwiches.“

Most of the shops are overpriced yawners, but the general store is very different. It has a cafe, coffee shop, and general shopping. Don’t sleep on the second floor seashell museum.“

We recently ordered a large group meal from Asian Kitchen in Shoreline, and the entire experience was outstanding. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, with staff who were friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating to our dietary preferences and portion needs.

The food arrived fresh, beautifully packaged, and bursting with flavor. Every dish—from the savory beef chow fun to the perfectly crisp walnut shrimp—was a hit with our group. The variety was impressive, and the quality was consistent across the board. Even the tofu dish had layers of texture and seasoning that surprised and delighted us!

“Stopped in with a friend to play some pinball on Wednesday 8/23/23. Pinball map was pretty accurate regarding pins on location, and the games we played were in good condition, spaced out well, and most had cupholders or tables close by. There were the requisite 40"-50" TVs playing sports set up around the bar, but they were not the center of attention - this isn't a sports bar. There were 4-5 pool tables, and all were busy by the time we left for the Ice Box around 9 PM. Stiff well drinks, a decent selection of beer, etc., and decent prices for the area. I like the square wooden-framed ~25'x25' area around the bar, away from the pinball and pool - it was kind of cozy and they had a corner with a mic set up for...music or karaoke or stand-up, or something else I guess. New owners revamped this place in late 2021 or early 2022, and they kept the dive bar atmosphere, but really cleaned the place up. No yucky smells, and I didn't feel like I had to wash my hands after I left. I know that's not a high bar, but I what I mean was that it was a pleasant and unpretentious place to hang out. Didn't try any food - maybe next time. Sorry, no pictures this time!“

“We visited Hamdi for the 2nd time a few weeks ago and it was once again outstanding! The flavors are incredible! My favorite dishes are the pide, the kebap, & the steak. We had fun trying Kat’s own thoughtfully crafted cocktails. Service was impeccable & the team showed us a great time! Now just recently I started seeing Tavern Style pizza show up on the instagram. Started with photos from other places and then Windy City pie puts tavern on their menu! i wanted to try it since it became available and finally decided to make it part of my pre game for a saturday Mariners game. if thin crisp crust is not your thing then stick with the deep dish! it continues to amaze! If you like the thin crisp pizza try the tavern. it is not just any pizza it is special. the crust is thin uniform and crisp through out the pizza. the toppings are high quality and the sauce is something out of this world! I ate about half and took the rest home to share with my wife. thought i would be able to share our reheat but it didn’t get past the cold pizza phase… this has to be the very best cold pizza i can remember! So good we didn’t take the time to heat back up we just downed it! Check them out! really great pizza on 2 ends of the pizza spectrum!“

So his employees can just serve it , and it will come out amazing .

They also have their own made in house Red or Green hot sauce. Which ever one you like, It will add spiciness to your exquisite delicious meal.

“I'm a picky eater but I wanted to try eggs Benedict. This was my first time enjoying poached eggs. The waitress was kind, attentive, and did not hover which was great.

My girlfriend loved the atmosphere and we'll be sure to visit again. It is tough finding spots worth waking up early to eat. This diner is worthwhile.“

It gets a little loud sometimes when it’s packed but if you ask you can always be seated in the much quieter back or even outside in the summer.
