“Absolutely fabulous service, kind people, and great food. As I'm writing this review, it's 3.8 stars, but right now they're putting out 5 star food. I recommend you try this place out!
The beef chow fun is incredible and VERY fun! :)“

“The best lamb & scallion dumplings for sure, and the pork and cabbage were great too (we ordered both potsticker style). Ordering online is super fast and easy. Very cozy and homey atmosphere and the owners were so sweet and friendly. Will definitely be going back every time I’m in town. ?“

“The dim-sum was excellent, reminiscent of the old NYC Chinatown. You order it from an iPad and they bring it to the table. I must say, that I wasn’t impressed with the beef chow fun with gravy. It was too sweet and the noodles were rehydrated from a package, not freshly made. Would I go there again, absolutely, for the dim-sum.“

“I absolutely LOVE their soup dumplings!!! They're always filled with so much soup, with great flavor, the perfect thinness of the wrapper...thin yet so strong to hold all that yummy goodness inside!
The Q-baos also hold so much soup inside them! They always seem to have the perfect brown crisp to the bottom of them.
Love their pig ear appetizer. It's an acquired taste, but they cut it so thin; I love how chewy and flavorful this dish is!
Their noodles, soups, and other hot foods aren't the greatest, but if you're looking for an amazing soup dumpling, come to Dough Zone!!! Their service is always so quick and friendly!
I just wish parking was better at this U-district location. There isn't a designated parking lot for this place as it's on the bottom of an apartment complex. You can park across the street at the u-village parking garage“

“Looking for something warm and comfortable food, this place wasn’t that busy for a Thursday night but all the food was really yummy. I wasn’t a fan on the beef noodle soup, it was packed with lots of noodles and beef was a little salty. The dumplings were good. The pan fried bok choy was delicious! Good for comfort food! The restaurant is in need of an uplift to bring more customers and bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Overall experience is good. The owner Ping is super friendly and very professional.“

“This place blows Din Tai Fung out of the water with their soup dumplings. Price isn't amazing but comparable to standard Seattle pricing. I think the crab and spicy dumplings are my favorite. If you're gonna take someone coming from out of town for soup dumplings, go here.“

“We had the ginger chicken and house fried rice. This place is one of the only Chinese restaurant left in Beacon Hill. This says a lot considering this use to be a Chinese neighborhood. The food is classic Chinese American. We will definitely be going back to contributing to their preservation. The first time we had it was at a catered event. I’m glad we went back. It’s an old school classic. Supporting or neighbors will be a joy. Can’t wait to try the chow mein.“

“We wanted to try a different family- run local place and were pleasantly surprised that all the dim sum dishes were very tasty! The shu maui, soup dumplings, stuffed eggplant, and sticky rice, stuffed tofu were highights. I left with a smile on my face! The wait staff were super nice. I'm definitely coming back.“

“Update: Super sad that the menu changed and excluded my favorite items. No more beef chow fun. No more fried rice. I hope those items come back.
Original: WOW!!! Went here with my partner, who is from HK, and they were super impressed. Legit HK dishes, done completely on point. Down to the dry ho fan (chow fun) using the correct noodles (something you rarely see in the US) to the hella authentic black pepper sauce, we were blown away. Oh, and the chili oil on the table is legit too, it's seasoned not just chili oil! The service was amazing too, oh and the HK milk tea hot was also just like you'd get in HK! Highly recommend, we'll be back soon!“

“I ate BBQ pork bread ($6)
It's delicious. I thought it was bulgogi, but it was seasoned with red haha.
If you are Korean, you also take Lee Kum Kee spicy sauce.
The sour + spicy flavors go well together.
If you don't have a place to eat, I recommend eating at pier62.“

“Nice Chinese food that packs flavor. In fact, the only complaint I had was that my zhajiangmian noodles were doused in so much salty sauce that they ended up being at least 3X as salty as they should have been. I actually ended up pouring half my cup of water into my dish to dilute it, and this helped a ton, but it's obviously not the best to have to have messed with my meal like this. Flavor otherwise was good!“

“Exceptional service all around. The hostess was very kind and even gave us some extra dishes on the house. Food was delicious and portions sizes were quite large, their dim sum had tons of shrimp and meat. Were from out of state, so unfortunately won't be able to be regulars.“

“The service and atmosphere at Dough Zone Dumpling House are excellent, friendly staff and a clean, welcoming environment. However, the food seems to have taken on a more Westernized twist, which may not appeal to those seeking a more authentic experience. I was disappointed to see that the Sichuan cold noodles have been removed from the menu, and the portion sizes for other noodle dishes are quite small for the price. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nothing particularly memorable.“

“I've been coming to Honey Court Seafood Restaurant for over 30 years and loving it. It's one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Seattle.
The food at this restaurant is authentic and flavorful. The servers are genuine and pleasant.
I've been coming to Honey Court for lunch, dinner, and sometimes at midnight since the restaurant close very late at night. That's another thing I like about this place.
My favorite dishes are beef chow mein, wonton soup, Mongolian beef, and salted fish fried rice. If you want good Chinese food, this is the place.“

“Excellent Chinese restaurant with Week end Dim Sum menu that is brilliantly executed. The portions are well served and the prices reasonable. The service is fast and friendly and there is a good parking on the premises. This is what Chinese restaurants in America used to be and there is a bit of nostalgia if you depended on them for meals when I. College in the 80s.“

“My first time here and the worker immediately greeted me. He opened up a large steamer and told me that he had just made them fresh. It was a stack of large tin containers all with pork ribs and rice rolls. I bought one and left as there's no seating that I saw. It was delicious. I would come back for more here for sure.“

“The service is absolutely terrible. I would give it a negative 10 if I could. I bought two steamed buns which can perfectly fit into a paper bag. The staff put them in a plastic box without asking me so she can charge me the box fee. I told her I do not need a box and please put them in a paper bag. The staff yelled at me "Don't ever come back again!!!" It is like robbery in plain day light. They force you to purchase the plastic box you do not need. I noticed they used to have plastic plates for dining ins, but now they got rid of all the plastic plates so customers who eat in have no option but to buy their plastic boxes. This is forced sale. How Sneaky! The staff are always yelling at you and extremely rude. They are incapble of speaking normally. Definitely avoid this place.“

“This place is my absolute favorite when I’m craving legit Cantonese seafood. The fish, crab, you name it, it’s always fresh and cooked perfectly, just like luxury seafood restaurants in Guangzhou, China. I swear, every bite takes me back to family dinners.
It’s also a perfect spot for big groups (they have a karaoke machine). We’ve rolled up with over 10 people, and they took care of us with huge portions, lazy Susans spinning, no stress. And if you speak Cantonese, chat up the aunties! They’re hilarious and will probably tease you while recommending the best/freshest dishes.
100% my comfort-food go-to in Seattle when I visit.“

“Great dumplings, appetizer (beef tendon), and noodles! The plants and interior seems a little neglected but that doesn’t change the great flavor of the dishes and we got!
Ps. We had pretty similar experiences with the service of the restaurant, and finding a parking was a bit tricky, but we’d say the dumplings make the trip totally worth it!“

“This is probably Seattle Chinatown best kept secret, as a visitor my family rely on reviews to try authentic asian food in Seattle. This Hong Kong Bistro is relatively low in rating but food is superb. It is much better than other nearby restaurants with higher ratings.

“After a long weekend of salmon fishing for the Everett derby, we stopped by to pick up some dinner for the road back home. We had been craving crispy roast pork and shrimp har gows.
When you enter there are steam trays of dumplings on the left and an open area with large tables to the right for dine in.
We were there mid evening so there wasn’t that many people in there. Our food was ready within fifteen minutes .
We ordered the two bbq plate, with roast duck and roast pork. An extra serving of roast pork, the soy sauce chow mein , bbq pork fried rice and shrimp har gows.
The roast pork was juicy and crispy, salty and sweet. A good meat to fat ratio.
The roast duck was fatty and juicy. Dripping with duck juices. Wish there was more duck meat, but overall still delicious.
The bbq pork fried rice was fluffy, and simple but paired so well with the saltiness and fatty ness of the meats.
The soy sauce chow mein could have used a little more seasoning, but I enjoyed the skinny noodles.
The shrimp har gows were everything we wanted. Nice chewy thin dough, with large chunks of shrimp inside. The order came with 4 . We inhaled these. Next time we’re going to order more.
Satisfied our craving. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their dim sum.“

“Sheng Jian Bao - A+; I think the best ones in the area. In fact, maybe the only ones in the area but regardless very good.
Xiao Long Bao - B; fairly good, but if you want xlb, nothing in the area can compare to Din Tai Fung. The upside to XCJ is that they have frozen xlb for you to steam at home that are pretty good for frozen xlb (about as good or slightly worse than traders joes ones, which are abnormally good for frozen xlb).
Zhajiangmian (sweet&savory noodles?) - A
Hainanese chicken rice - A+; I haven't had much HCR before here but it's very good, the sauces are tasty.
Jianbing - A; love the Chinese sausage and pork floss
The Sichuan Cabbage side that you can get with most items is pretty good, recommend trying it.“

“Our family love this restaurant in BC, so glad they are finally have one here, I love their variety of seafood choice and different way of preparing them that like no others restaurants have it here. They have crab promotion the night we visited so we tried the lotus leaf/sticky rice steam crab, everyone loves it so much. We also tried their steam abalone with XO sauce it was delicious. We finished it so quickly and forgot to take picture of the abalone. Other foods here are great too. Great service since it was a week night and about 60% full. They have promotion from Monday to Thursday dinner on special item, we probably will come again to try out on different night. All their servers are great, especially Tony, he was so patient answered all our questions and attending to all our needs; it makes our dinning experience much more enjoyable!“

“Lots of fun when you have a lot of friends to share the dishes with. Just don't get fried rice as it's just beef broth and rice. However, fried tofu was delicious; orange chicken was well prepared and the duck wasn't bad at all. All other dishes are excellent. The price per person was reasonable and the tip included.“

“First time here. Heard it was under the prior name of Joy Palace. Though they were packed (11am on a Sat), we were quickly seated. Cart came fewer than 3 minutes, very frequent, and always stacked.
We ordered the usual; siu mai (big and juicy), har gau (plump and succulent), Phoenix claws (perfectly braised), spareribs, tofu skin roll, har gok, honey char siu pastry (flaky and flavorful), egg tart (huge!). Oh, LOVE their house chili. Thoroughly satisfied with the meal.
The only bad thing is that the strip mall had seen better days. Hope the MLK revitalization project will make things better there.“

“I've tried different kinds of its food. None of them let me down. It is very good at making traditional Chinese food, especially in the JiangNan flavor, which makes me recall the memory when I was a kid. Definitely recommend having a try.“
