“5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you for such a great experience!“

“Had such a great experience today! First time eating here. Probably the first time I saw that there wasn't a long line. But, after having eaten here i see exactly WHY its so popular. I very polite red curly haired kid took my order and my payment. His manners really stuck out to me. If more kids had manners and customer service skills like that the world would be a lot better. Anyway, besides the service.. the fries OMG. THe exact amount of crispness and soft potato inside, especially for being thin fries. Right about of salt and you could eat them with or without ketchup. And the burger.. its better than Frisko Free@e, but with that same local familiar taste...like your favorite uncle was on the BBQ grill at home (not dad, but cool uncle jerry was on the grill)!! When i looked inside I saw every person working as fast as they could. A great team for sure. Oh and the prices!! Jeez what a steal. My true recommendation is DONT PASS THIS UP. YOU CANT BEAT THE VALUE FOR THE QUALITY FOR THE SPEED OF SERVICE + the QUALITY of service . A+++. That kid at the window, his parents should be proud. Those business is doing it RIGHT!! “5 guys already has an excellent way of showing that they are one of the kings at making burgers with their amazing way of preparing fries and using fresh ingredients. They never fail at great customer service and its so enjoyable to walk in any burger joint and always hear patties sizzling fresh. Their prices are definitely worth the flavor, specialy the burger size! Cajun fries always make the car smell amazing, I only wish they sold an air freshener for my car with that smell. I rather save some money and go to five guys than to spend it on cheaper mid burgers. Thank you for taking care of my taste buds, for that ... you are now family.“

“The location in Fircrest WA is the ultimate best one ever. Everyone is so nice and professional. There is one person that is over the top the best. Her name is Lenora. “Big shout out to Sam. He truly does an amazing job keeping the lobby clean, checking in with each table to make sure they have everything needed. Sam has conversations with us every visit even remembered my sister went on vacation two months ago! He makes my kids feel noticed by remembering their names while he offers them a stamp. Even when customers do not have the best attitude towards him he always seems to have a positive attitude back. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant, playground and bathrooms. The team at this Chick-fil-A has been doing an amazing job!“

“I think I've spent the latter half of my teen years at this 5 guys location. Sometimes coming in 3 times a week, others once a month, or every other month. But I always come back here, I'd come after highschool, or after coming out of doctors appointments, I'd come on days to celebrate, and days full of sadness, and when I didn't come here, I or someone I knew ordered it for me to make me feel better. After surgeries, after my highschool graduation, after a car crash, after my flights home. I've stayed here. And I've seen plenty of staff come and go, and I've never had any issues with them. On the contrary because everyone has always been so sweet and helped make my time there feel special. Their foods great, the people are great, the music is great. 5 guys is a classic place, a reliable one to keep coming back to over and over again, for any kind of day. Not many people I know have ever been to 5 guys, but everyone knows how much I love it. And everyone I've introduced to 5 guys has loved it too. So if you're thinking about trying it I'd say do it, just be careful or you'll end up like me and ask for it 24/7.“

They have never messed up an order, the food is always fresh, and using the app makes everything quick and easy. “Came in on 7/5/2026 to have lunch with my mom and husband. The beer battetrd cod fish and chips were fantastic. Chowder was just right thickness with lots of potatoes and clams. Definitely my new favorite Ivar's location.

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“First time I tried the fried chicken (had the sandwich before), chicken was very juicy, nice crispy batter, got the spicy version and could have done with more heat, it was present but more in the aftertaste.

My wife got a side of the spaghetti and really liked it, I found the sweetness odd, not bad but it seemed to lean towards a BBQ flavor to me. I will have to try it again, my biscuit was very buttery, the gravy had a great flavor though it was a bit thin.

Hopefully we get one closer to Vancouver to more easily try it again.“

“Beautiful decor, and yummy food and drinks. We went for lunch yesterday, and it was perfect out on the deck, relaxing in a comfy chair with a nice view. I ordered the chicken and brie sandwich, while my mom had the French onion soup, and we both loved our dishes. Their cocktail menu is great, and our very kind waitress actually offered a custom-mixed drink, when I had a hard deciding between a couple of options. Loved everything and will definitely be back!“

“Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store.“

“One of the managers I believe one of the night managers is very very problematic very rude and when I go inside it usually takes a long time before anyone comes to take my order even if I'm the only person in line other than those things everything else is pretty good.“

“This was by far the most pleasant McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had. The food was hot and fresh, and they got our order exactly right. There was no need to head back to the counter to ask for something that was missed, like what often happens at fast food places.
The employees were so friendly and kind. Someone even stopped by our table half way through our meal to see if we needed any more sauces or napkins or anything. Almost like a real sit down restaurant!

I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. We wound up coming to Firehouse Subs twice more during the week that we were in town. Hopefully there are Firehouse Subs locations in Seattle... I better check!“
