“Food is pretty great, no complaints. The drinks are pretty good also.

It would be nice if something said anywhere that the kitchen closes at 9:30 or 10 depending on the day so you don't think you can get food until the midnight close.. Disappointed to come back late and think they're the only restaurant still open on the island.“

“After getting turned away from a nearby bar for lack of ID, some friends and I randomly wandered into this place Canon—and honestly? The rejection did us a favor.

This bar serves the most outrageously fantastic, creative cocktails in Seattle. Bold, clever, and absolutely showing off (as they should).

The vibe? Classic old world. Moody, intimate, effortlessly cool. And just when you think it can’t get better, there’s an old-timey radio broadcast playing in the bathroom. Yes. The bathroom. Because commitment to ambiance and details matter. The food was delicious, the straws are glass, and the water glasses are crystal. A bit more $$ but worth every extra dime.

“Our first dinner in Seattle was at Joey Bellevue, and it was outstanding. We started with the mini French dips, which came with a port red wine au jus reduction easily among the best I’ve ever had. For dinner, I had the steak and ravioli blanco, paired with their signature crispy mashed potatoes. The steak was tender and flavorful, the ravioli was rich and buttery, the shrimp was perfectly fresh, and the crispy mashed potatoes were truly memorable. Our server, Lanesha, went above and beyond to make the night special. She surprised us with a crème brûlée cheesecake with strawberries as a welcome-to-vacation treat, such a thoughtful touch! The food, service, and atmosphere all combined to create a wonderful first-night-in-Seattle experience. Highly recommend Joey Bellevue for both locals and visitors.“

“My daughter and her wife treated me to lunch here on Galentines Day. I highly recommend! The menu is a great mix of Mexican food, American food (I had a Denver omelette which was excellent), sandwiches and burgers and a great selection of sides. I highly recommend the baked brussels sprouts with bacon and a tasty glaze which we all shared. They serve beer and wine and a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Compliments to the chef! Wendy our server was super sweet and attentive. It's a small, clean place with a chill vibe. Give it a try....you won't be disappointed!“

“They have THREE egg substitutes, which is amazing! There's Just egg, tofu scramble, and a 'fried egg' product that has a runny 'yolk' if you're into that. Amazing to find options! We had the vegan tenders and waffle, and biscuits and gravy, with a side of tofu bacon, tofu scramble, and a Cloud9 cocktail. Everything was great! I think the biscuits was the star of the show, the gravy was Awesome, and the dish was So satisfying. The kale that came with it was a really nice contrast to the rest of the dish because it was almost like it was air fried; more crisp than I was expecting. Really nice. The waffle and tenders was really good, but the tenders weren't anything super amazing. They nail the buttery diner style waffle, and the syrup is really high quality. Tofu scramble is great! The tofu bacon is a great texture and flavor, but under salted, but I feel like that's a really minor complaint. Cloud9 cocktail was REALLY good, but a bit sweet for me personally. If you like bubble tea, this is for you. The staff are wonderful people, our waitress was also vegetarian and super grossed out by eggs, and it's a very Twin Peaks vibe place. We will be back, and encourage everyone to check them out!“

“My spouse and I were craving a hot breakfast and some quality time at home, so they stumbled upon this place and we decided to head out to Wallingford. Parking was a bit of a puzzle, but it wasn’t too tough. Since it was midday on Saturday, it was a bit crowded, but we managed to snag a table in no time. The food took about 10-15 minutes to arrive, but once it did, it was hot and ready to go. We ordered the gluten-free chicken and waffles, and every bite was fantastic. The chicken breast was lightly breaded and seasoned perfectly, with a flavorful and tender meat. The Belgian waffles were light and fluffy, and they complemented the chicken beautifully. This was definitely a great choice on a dreary Saturday. We’re already excited about our next breakfast and brunch trip here.“

We have business in Seattle on occasion and Love the Fairmont Olympic. This Classy Spot reminds us of what upscale but not pretentious is supposed to be. “We decided to stop in for breakfast one day and have been back a couple times since - it's a solid place for a consistently good breakfast!

I have stuck with the basic egg/toast/home fries breakfast, but each time the eggs are cooked perfectly, and the home fries are some of the best i've had!

My dining companion has gotten the chicken fried steak and eggs and has thoroughly enjoyed that option, and really enjoys the fact that they offer rice and beans as one of their choices of sides with breakfast.

The folks (a couple?) who run the place are friendly and have very quick service - so i definitely recommend it!“

“When we lived nearby, my boyfriend and I used to go almost every week, and it’s the restaurant that we miss the most after moving. Their burgers are very good but the garlic pull-apart and the chicken wings are amazing! We also rarely got disappointed from the changing menu. Chili, chicken Parmesan, Cuban sandwich, lamb chop, tuna two ways, just to name a few memorable dishes. The consistency is pretty impressive. For the high quality of food, it’s also very reasonably priced!“

“I haven’t been to this ale house in many years. The wife used to come up here a lot before we met when she lived in the neighborhood. The English pub feel was great. Very homey with great friendly staff. The food was a very good. The salmon was moist and flaky with amazing flavors. The Root Beer was smooth and sweet just there was I like it. I would come back here again soon next time we are in the neighborhood.“
